(This Terms of Service goes in effect starting January 1st, 2019. Any preexisting commissions will abide by my 2018 T.O.S)

By commissioning me, it's suggested you have read through and agreed to my terms. YCH's (Your character here) count as commissions. Any problems stemming from your failure to read my T.O.S or skipping over it purposely can result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me again.

• Copyright Information •
Being the artist, I retain all copyright to my artwork. I do not, however, claim ownership of the character(s) depicted in the artwork if they are yours.
By commissioning me, you are buying my services, not a product. Which means you are paying me for my time spent for creating the piece for you.
Do not use the work for commercial uses unless it has been discussed with me. Please be upfront if you want it to be, otherwise you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
You are given a watermarked (which I post to my account) and unwatermarked version. If you wish to repost the work, please post the watermarked version. That is to prevent art theft of any kind. If you find anyone to be reposting your commissioned work, please come to me and I'll deal with it as soon as I can.
As the commissioner, you have the right to use the artwork however you want for personal use as long as proper credit is given. Though do not edit/trace any part of the work unless you have come to me asking for permission and I give it to you. Even so, I would prefer edits to be done by me only, as I only give out the PNG version. No PSD, Sai, etc.
• General Terms •
You must be 18+ to commission any type of NSFW art from me. By bidding, buying, or commissioning anything NSFW related, you are agreeing that you are 18+.
I have the right to refuse commissions no matter the reason. I do not have to disclose the reason to you. Please respect that.
Examples of my art can be seen in my FurAffinity gallery and DeviantArt gallery. If you want to see something specific, do not be afraid to ask me.
Please be sure to give as much detail as possible so I can be sure to try and match what you want as accurately as I can.
Please respect whatever wait time I give you. If there's complications, I will try my best to let you know. Please do not hassle me when I accept your commission. Asking for updates every so often is fine, but every day is not. If you continue to hassle, you will be refunded.
I prefer to work with visual references only as they're easier for me. It doesn't need to be flat colors (though it's preferred), just a clean reference that shows everything I would need to know. Please let me know if there's gradients in your character as well as I have trouble differentiating shaded/lighted references.
• Payments and Due Dates •
If you want your commission to be private and not posted, that will be an added fee to it.
I do not start work until I receive your payment. Payment is due within 24-72 hours. If it is not paid, your order is considered cancelled and you will have to recontact me.
If there is a deadline, please let me know and we can work something out. If it's a rush order, it is going to cost extra as that makes your order a top priority.
I accept payment through paypal only (USD). If you have to convert your currency, please do so. I do not accept echecks or any other payment that takes a while to be processed.
I will take half/half payment, but only if it's $50 or more. I'll start the work with the first half, then upon sending the sketch, you are prompted to pay the second half, or I will not continue your commission.
I work first come, first serve, unless there is a halt in your commission from your side usually. Bigger projects will take longer to finish. So if people after you is getting their art done before yours, either they paid a rush fee, or their commission was smaller than yours.
I never give promised dates, but I try to have at least the sketch done within a week or two. Receiving the finished piece could take 2 months max. If anything happens that prolongs your commission, I will be sure to let you know as well as provide a WIP of your commission.
There is an added fee for characters with any type of complexity (fur pattern, outfit, wings, etc). Depending on how complex, the added cost will be between $5-$25. If you are unsure if something is complex, please feel free to ask me. I will let you know in advance if there will be an added fee.
If you are still insistent on getting a commission from me of a character or something that fits something I do not do (IE: Bright and super saturated colors), you will have to pay an added fee, no questions asked. I will always recommend either choosing a different character, or going to someone who can do what you ask without the fee before including the fee.
• Edits and WIPS •
I usually only give two WIP (work in progress), the initial thumbnail sketches for you to pick a pose, and sketch phase. If you purchase a YCH, you will only get the sketch/lined phase. If you'd like more, please be sure to let me know.
If, for whatever reason, you request changes after the line art/base colors has been done, after you have given me approval, or you forgot to give me details of something, I have the right to refuse or charge you more for not specifying in the WIP phase. So please be sure to let me know during the WIP phase.
Once the sketch has been sent, you have a max of three edits unless the fixes are from my carelessness. After that, you either have to pick one of the three, or pay $5-$20 for three more. Price depends on complexity of the piece. The limit may be small, but it's to be sure me, as the artists, is not screwed over. You have permission to redline the sketch if it makes it easier to point out mistakes to me.
• Refunds •
If I choose to cancel a commission, no matter how far along I am, you will always get a full refund. You will never get the unfinished work as your commission will be considered cancelled.
If you choose to cancel a commission for any reason, you are not entitled to a full refund unless nothing has been started.
If the piece hasn't been sketched out, you get a 100% refund. If it's a YCH it goes back up for sale
If the piece is sketched out, you get a 80% refund
If the piece is lined, you get a 50% refund
If the piece is halfway finished coloring/shading, you get a 25% refund
If the piece is fully completed or delivered to you, you cannot get a refund
Anything beyond me not sketching it, you will get a refund of some kind. Unless it's fully completed, in which case you get the completed piece.
• Streaming •
In-Stream commissions I do take and work on above all as those are to be worked on and completed the minute they are paid for. So your commission would be put on hold until I finished what was ordered.
I stream every now and again, but if you want your commission to be streamed, you are allowed to request it. My schedule isn't always consistent, but I run on EST time. I should be able to work out a schedule that would be convenient for both of us if seeing me work live is something you like.
• Mature Content •
There is no extra cost for this content, unless it is something I don't usually do or don't favor on doing.
Please do not send me references of real world genitalia. Your commission will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.
I do take mature work, but you as well as the character(s) requested must be 18+. I do not do adult work for minors. You will be blacklisted from ordering NSFW from me until you are 18+ if I find out you're underaged.
There is certain content I will not draw. Some being: Diaper play, scat/watersport, vore of any kind, non consensual/rape, tickling, inflation, birthing/unbirthing, pregnancy fetish, extreme hyper, feral NSFW, egg laying, regression, adult content featuring minors, etc. If you are unsure, please be sure to ask me before trying to commission me.
I will not draw work I am not comfortable with, including: hate speech, fetishes, etc. I may also decline if I feel I cannot fulfill your order due to my lack of skill. I have the right to not disclose the reason to you.
• Contact •
We can have contact through whatever way is more comfortable for you. The ways you can contact me are: Discord, Twitter, FA/DA Notes, or email. Please let me know what you prefer.
Even if we are friends, whenever we are discussing your commission, it is strictly business. So please try to keep the relationship as such and do not disclose personal/real life information to me. That is unnecessary.
If something halts your commission, I will let you know without going too into detail of the holdup. I will simply let you know that due to real life/health, your commission will be done later than expected.
You are allowed to poke and ask for updates. Please do not be afraid to ask for updates! It doesn't matter how sick or busy I am. Please let me know if you want an update or you're curious about progress. I will always provide what I have for you at the time.
Please do not, however, poke and message me every couple of hours or every day. I am not a robot, and these things take time to get done. If you continue to do so, even if I ask you not to, you will be fully refunded.
I will always try to stay in communication with you while doing your commission, whether it be asking for approvals, questions, etc. Please let me know if you'll be unreachable for a certain amount of time. Failure to communicate means I will stop working on your commission until I get a response from you.
