Refund List + Refund Form

(Please read the entire journal. If you have a question please note or contact: KanelArtwork[at]hotmail.com with the subject "Refund Question - Username". Email would be preferred!)
What's going on?
- Majority of commissions from 2017 and earlier are being refunded in full.
- Refunds will be sent out through December to February
- You will be contacted either by email or note once a refund can be sent your way.
- Refund order: Priority Commissions ★ -> Older Commissions -> Newer Commissions
(Priority is for those who submitted a refund form during August - November)

Please only fill out a Refund Form for the following:
- If your name or a commission you ordered isn't listed
- If you want Credit instead of a Refund
- If your commission has not been STARTED on in [1 month]
- If your commission has not been COMPLETED in more than [2 months]
What's on my plate:
- Finishing up 2018 commissions and any other commissions I felt were close enough to completion until February / March.
- A public queue list will be going up in January 2019.
(The amount owed for 2018 is far smaller and small enough that in January I'll have a proper public queue list up and running.)
(The January queue list does not include your commission If you requested a refund beforehand or I contacted you to provide a refund.)
Making a few things clear here. (Slight copy & paste)
- I want my backlog cleared and the amount reduced so I may focus. With little or, close to no leftover owed work besides things taken within recent months, weeks or commissioners I've contacted recently.
- If you commissioned Art in 2018, a refund is YOUR choice but the refund policy in your invoice still applies. [No progress for 1 month = Full Refund] or [Work not COMPLETED in 2 months = Full Refund]
- There will be two options for commissioners. Refund or Credit.
- Any amount paid thus far can be used to pay/purchase any future Sketches, YCHS, Adopts, Comics, Custom Designs, but not including emergency commissions.
- Credit gives you first priority / first call over newer commissioners.
- Credit won't be taken into account until January 2019!
Personal Comments below. (Slight copy & paste)
- Firstly. Realistically speaking. I can no longer maintain the backlog while also keeping myself afloat. I tried that and it caused too many problems as is.
- The time used up could be going into pieces that would fairly cover both refunds and my home responsibilities. So that my focus isn't everywhere and on so many things. (I am one person)
- I've tried my best and threw in the towel a while back. (Went on about my exhaustion, stagnation here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8818378)
- Took some advice, removed the freebie bit as an option as not to cause more problems or give promises. Once I've finished all I need to, I'll have the names and will properly consider it again!
