In preparation of my first adoptables batch I made this little Tos for those that purchase my work. I will be updating this information and eventually include a Tos regarding commissions as well. I'm so excited to finally start creating work for you all, I truly appreciate all the encouragement I received to begin do so 💖
Adoptables Terms of service
• feel free to change/alter anything about the design(s), this includes but not limited to changing the species, markings, gender, colors, etc
• I allow edits over top my adoptables but do not trace the art and try to claim it as your own
• Once bought, the buyer is free to re-upload artwork to any site of their choosing, however I must be credited as the artist/creator of the artwork

If work is being uploaded to a site that is not listed above please use my twitter handle for credit
• you may resell, trade, give away, etc
• If resold please do not charge for more than purchased, unless additional artwork is provided
• if uploaded to toyhouse, please credit me as a designer, my username is: icecream_gh0st
• unwatermarked Artwork will not be given until full payment is received.
• Designs are made for personal use only, if you wish to use my work commercially (i.e. selling and distributing prints, stickers, graphic tee’s, pins, etc.) additional charges will apply
• I reserve the right to post the artwork wherever I wish and to use the artwork as examples for portfolio/ promotional purposes
• If a bid or offer has been placed on a adopt you may not retract it, please make sure you are serious when placing offers/bids
• I do not offer refunds for predesigned adopts (this excludes custom adopts)
• I reserve the right to change/edit these agreements
