Nothing says democracy quite like martial law.

What I find funny is how when the democrats are in power, they want a border wall built, but never follow through when they get the approval. But when banana head wants a wall, HELL FUCKING NO!!!! THAT'S OUR IDEA TO RUN INTO THE GROUND WITH FAKE PROMISES! LET'S OPPOSE HIM!!!

It's no surprise that since the midterm elections (Even since he took office), the Democrats have opposed any and everything he has proposed and done, even when he used the same policies the Monkey Ears used during his terms in office.

It goes to say a lot for how bad this two-party system is fucking the people and how they aren't working for the best interests of THE PEOPLE, but of their respective parties.

I already responded to this on your journal on IB - as far as I am aware centrist democrats have remained unchanged in their belief on border security.

The often-quoted Obama phrase for a 'border wall' doesn't refer to a border wall across the entire US-Mexican border. There are existing fences and existing parts that are cordoned off. Trump was offered many compromises that offered him fact-based solutions to the problems he claimed would be fixed by the wall - which itself is not fact-supported - and he rejected them.

Also maybe you can list some of those other policies?

I suspect the Republican party won't even back this move too much. This is not a precedent they want to set, because if this is allowed to stand then the next time Dems have the presidency, they can pull the same card for things like gun control.

I say take over Mexico. They want to be Americans anyway. Build the wall to separate Canada. Too many Canadians living in this country illegally.
