...insomnia sucks!

i dont even think it's as much about my sugar/caffeine intake anymore either, im starting to wonder if maybe living alone for the first time in my life, maybe its affecting me more than i thought it would? like subconsciously anxiety-wise? or maybe its because im mostly been keeping myself inside over the winter, and im bored because i really would rather be doing something physical other than my job but all ive been doing is watching youtube vids, anime, and porn, playing video games, experimenting with apartment cooking... nothing really overtly physical... built-up unspent energy keeping me up maybe?

whatever it is im tired of not being tired enough to go to sleep when ive really run outta stuff to do in the evening... maybe i need to force myself to do push-ups or somthin just for the sake of tiring myself out...

i dunno, it's 1:50 now and im still awake and not feeling overly tired despite waking up at 6am yesterday with 3 hours of sleep last night... fuck it...
