With commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms Of Service.
I. THE BASICS.
When contacting me about a commission, please be polite and respectful to me as I am to you.
Be patient for response as I try to respond within 24-48 hours- usually much sooner.
DO NOT send me a wall of text describing your character, their personality, etc.
Fill out the commission form:

As stated above, I'll respond within 24-48 hours. I'll inform you if your request has been accepted and when an invoice has been sent out. Your commission will not be started until payment has been received in full.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid upfront!
Accepted form of pay is Paypal USD.
Auctions are to be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay or backing out
will have you blacklisted from any and all work with me.
III. PROCESSING INFO
I WILL notify you when I have started your commission.
wIPS will be sent out after the rough draft and completed sketch. Sometimes
I'll send out a WIP after the base colors.
Completion times vary starting at a few days to several months.
I'm a mom with 3 children and both mental and physical health problems.
If something occurs you will be notified asap.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I want you to be happy with your commission.
If something is not to your liking when you are provided with your WIPs, please
say so.
Big changes will incur and additional feel
Such as an outfit change or removal, background changes, or anything that requires a lot of reworking.
Please (if possible) use flat color references to ensure your char's colors are clean and correct.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I hold the rights to the art I produce, meaning:
-I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
-Publish books with.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner is allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Commercial rights are negotiable.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel your commission.
A refund WILL NOT issued after the coloring process has begun.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have made you will be retracted and used as I see fit.
You WILL NOT be allowed to ever commission me again.
I have the right to file a complaint against you for any form of harassment or abuse.
If you abuse our contract in any way, shape, or form, your name will be publicly blacklisted to warn others.
*My T.O.S is subject to change. Any commission prior to the changes will be upheld to the original T.O.S. All new commissions must follow the new T.O.S.*
