2019 Commissions, Terms, and Policies

Hello and Welcome all!
Update:
June 4, 2019:
-Lowered base price for "Flat Color"
-Lowered Additional Panel Price and Additional Characters Price
-Increased base price for "Cell Shade" and "Soft Shade"
November 18, 2019:
-Lowered base price for ALL base comic prices.
Tier 1: 20 USD -> 15 USD
Tier 2: 25 USD -> 20 USD
Tier 3: 30 USD -> 25 USD
Tier 4: 55 USD -> 50 USD
Tier 5: 75 USD -> 60 USD
-Additional characters involving my characters are free (no "additional character" extra charge). If the only character is my character, the comic base price will be reduced by -5 USD.
-Commissions will ALWAYS first come, first serves till further notice or otherwise.
Backgrounds
If you want a background to your commission, please give me as many details as possible to make your commission worth it. The background price mentioned for every tier is the minimum price, aka, the simplest background. If the background description goes a little beyond the simplistic background, then the price will rise just a tad bit ( +1 USD to +20 USD).
If you want me to create the background for you (artistic liberty), I'll give you some of my suggestions. I won't go overboard or make it too detailed but I will make the background appropriate as best as I can.
What do I draw?
SFW: Humans (not for fetishes and NSFW), mammals, equines, vulpines, Pokemon, Digimon, avians, ursine, canines, felines, rodents, lupines, cervines, bovines, sergals, taurs, most mythical creatures (like kitsune, dragons, phoenix, etc), marsupials, mustelids, and dinosaurs.
NSFW: All sex poses and genders.

Character Complexity Limitations
"Where do I cross the line between basic and complex characters?"
Complex characters have...
1. Rainbow coloration
2. Complex clothing (fancy clothing, more than 3 wearable accessories, etc)
3. species (legendary pokemon like Zamazenta, dinosaurs, etc).
If there's any clothing, species, and other attributes I haven't mention here, ask me.
Negotiations and Paypal
If you wanna get a commission from me, ask me in the comments below or send me a note. If you have skype, discord, or telegram (less used), we'll share contacts privately. Please do not share my contacts with anybody. When we negotiate, please tell me ALL the details and information.

After negotiating and sending me the commission description, send me the money to Paypal so I can get started on your commission. If you plan to pay me a little later, let me know. If you're having some financial problems, we can talk and work some things out.

Refunds and Revisions
You can ask for a refund anytime. However, if we already agreed with the results "after" I send you the sketch, you WILL NOT receive a refund.
You will get 3 Revisions (changing the limbs, different colored shirts, etc). If the revision is small, I won't charge you. However, I won't change something major like the pose, background, etc. Your job is to let me know those major revisions BEFORE agreeing with the sketch results. No exceptions.

Alternates
+5 USD - 50 USD per alt.
You can ask for alternate commissions. The price depends on the complexity of the alternate designs and how they affect the characters.
Panels
Comics have a number of default panels of three. They won't be simplified and will highlight the main points from the narrative or scenario if you don't want to pay extra panels.
If paying for additional panels, the FIRST THREE PANELS are free. After that, prices may vary depending on the shots, view, and complexity. For example, getting a Tier 5 comic with an additional panel about a close-up of an eye WILL NOT cost you 35 USD. However, that does not mean the additional panel price is the maximum price based on content and quality. Complex characters, numbers of characters, special effects, and perspective shots might contribute to raising the estimate panel price.

I have my rights as an artist to reject commissions I do not feel comfortable with. I have the right to post or not post the commission art as you have the right to post your commission and do whatever you like with it (edit, recolor, cropping, etc as long as you credit the original version to me). I will also let you know whether you can post your commissions in other art sites.
PLEASE DO NOT REPOST WITHOUT CREDITING ME. VIEWERS WHO DO NOT OWN OR PAY FOR MY WORK WILL NOT EDIT IT AT ALL.
If you wish to keep your commission privately, let me know so I won't post your commission publically.
When you commission NSFW content from me, you are letting me know that you are 18 years old. If I find out that you are under 18 years old, paying for adult content, I will cancel your commission with no refund. Period.
All threats, drama, arguments, and suicidal messages are ignored.
