My only concern is the waiting time on commissions. Do you have a list of your “in progress” commissions.
It is good to have public commission queue and keep it updated.
People are more likely to buy when they see you are organized and keep customer updated.
You don't need to be perfect at art to get that attention you just need to find a way to get people to notice your good work.
You can maybe draw some examples of what you're trying to sell and use that make gift art for some artist who you look up to. If they share it could help get some attention as well.
