We - and our dog - need some help. Read if you can, please.

I know y'all don't come here for sob stories and donation posts, you come here for furry porn, but I've not much else to turn to.
Moet is our Boxer. She's 10 years old, and my husband, mightymightyena has had her since she was herself a puppy. She kept him going while he was deployed overseas in the USAF, and seeing the two of them reunited, with him all smiles and her butt wiggling like it was gonna fall off when we came to the US after his deployment was one of the brighter moments of our lives together so far.
She's a massive cuddlebug who blatantly prefers him over me, and I'm okay with that. Seeing the two of them cuddled up and snoozing is one of the cutest sights I get to see on a near daily basis. If either of us so much as thinks of sitting on the couch, she insists on being there to cuddle up against us while we do whatever it is we're doing. When we go to bed, she has to be there between us.
And now she's sick.
For the past 4 days she's been having trouble keeping her food down. Then came the intermittent balance issues. Then came her losing control of her bladder several times.
We've had her on a bland diet, which she's managed to keep down, for the last 3 days, but she's still sick and all it's really doing is making sure she isn't going hungry.
She still has plenty of energy, and gets excited over all the things she normally does. Yesterday, when my husband asked her if she wanted to cuddle, she practically vaulted onto the couch from a sitting start to land paws-first square in his crotch, to his chagrin and my amusement.
She is trying her hardest to be a good girl and not have any accidents but her body is fighting her. It's obvious she's struggling. We need to get a vet to come look at her (we have no car and even healthy, her old bones wouldn't make the walk to and from the nearest vet's office) but I already know there's no way in this or any other earth we'll be able to afford that and pay our rent and bills. I'm not giving up on her over it though. I'll use credit if I have to. She may be old but she's not in the ground yet and if I can fight for her, I will. And if the vet says it's her time, well... we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
With that in mind... if any of you can afford to send us a little help, it would be much appreciated. The housecall vet is going to be about $200 and that's before she determines any other tests or treatment are needed. Ko-Fi, Paypal.me and Zelle details are below.
I'm going to be 100% transparent with this. Any expenses we get that are covered, in whole or in part, by any donations given will be made public. If, by some chance, we get more than we end up needing, then any extra will be donated to a good cause - a no-kill shelter in the area or something, and I'll get a receipt and proof for that too.
We love this stupid animal. We just want to help her get through this.
Thanks for reading, and sorry if I bummed out your day with this. :c

EDIT: Okay holy shit, I forgot how generous people can be. The vet visit is covered. $200 just dumped in my paypal. I'll update this if and when we have a better idea of what the long-term expenses might/will be.
UPDATE 10/1/2019 - Got an appointment with the hc vet tomorrow morning. Just got to keep an eye on her til then. Mighty's mom suggested we bring her meal sizes down as she's still having some bring-up issues so she's currently eating half a can of her usual food with the usual vigour. Now here's hoping she keeps hold of it.
