~NSFW Material Warning and Agreement~

-I ooZee, am a NSFW (18+/Pornographic/Adult/Mature Content) Creator. These are the Terms and Conditions regarding the
commissioning, completion, and revising of any and all commissioned works by ooZee, ooZeeArt, and the
ooZee Monster Emporium. By Commissioning me you are accepting the Terms and Conditions listed in this document and are
legally acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to the purchase and ownership of this NSFW material.
-Anyone found to be under the age of 18, commissioning me will be permanently blacklisted and reported.

~ooZee's Usage Rights and Restrictions~

As the creator of this artwork(s) I can;

- Post/Share to all of my various accounts, galleries, and social media for public viewing and advertising.
- Copy, Re-post, Print, Share, Edit, Crop, Resize, Alter the commissioned work(s) for Personal Use.
- Copy, Re-post, Print, Share, Edit, Crop, Resize, Alter the commissioned work(s) for Commercial Use.
(I Will not Re-Sell any artwork depicting your characters. But I may use them as Gallery Samples and Advertising)

As the creator of this artwork(s) I CANNOT;

- Claim any of the Commissioner's Original Characters or Third Party Characters depicted in the artwork as my own.
- Re-Sell the commissioned work(s) without a written agreement from the Commissioner.
(I will not re-sell or distribute your characters or other characters not owned by me for profit)

~Your Usage Rights and Restrictions~

As the commissioner, You are allowed to;

- Request any number of copies of your fully rendered artwork in .png or .jpeg format.
(I do my best to save everything so if you lose it, let me know)
- Claim ownership of any of Your Original Characters depicted in the artwork.
- Copy, Re-post, Print, Share, Edit, Crop, Resize, Alter the commissioned work(s) for Personal Use.

As the Commissioner you are NOT allowed to;

- Take sole credit for the artwork nor lay claim to any of ooZee's
- Characters or other Copyrighted Characters that you do not own.
- Copy, Re-post, Print, Share, Edit, Crop, Resize, Alter the commissioned
work(s) for Profit/Commercial Use. (Don't sell my art please)

~References~

Please follow these following guidelines when submitting references for your commission;

= 1-5 photo references required, no more than 5 references per character. (additional
references for clothing, items and weapons is acceptable)

= At least 1 of the 5 references should depict every aspect of the character you wish to
have drawn (I.E. Don't give me just a headshot when you want a full body work)

= References can be SFW and NSFW

= You may use short paragraphed descriptions for your commission but you must provide
at least 1 photo reference of your characters.

Single Nude Character Comm Prices:
--Rough Sketch: $15
--Lineart: $25
--Flat Color: $40
--Shaded Color: $65
*Wings Characters and Complex Patterns and Designs may cost extra
*Additional Characters same price per character
*Backgrounds, clothing, items prices vary on complexity
*Sales and Discounts Apply after Commission Total

Accept the Price, Edit your Submission, or Step Aside for another raffle winner.

Additional Characters:
-Each Additional Character is 20% off base price (i.e. A $40 Half-Body, Flat Color with 1 Additional Character will cost $72. $40 for the first character and $32 for the additional character
-Tentacle Monsters and Slimes are 50% off on the count that they are easier to draw than other humanoid creatures (This list may change in time)

Alterations:
-Each alteration will cost $5-$15 based on complexity, $5 Simple, $10, Moderate, $15 Complex
Examples of Simple Changes: Cum/Ejaculation, Sweat, Eye color, Small Markings on Body, Facial Expressions
Examples of Moderate Changes: Arm/Hand Position changes, Belly, Breast, Butt, Dick/Vaginal Expansion/Cumflation/Inflation/Weight Gain, Ripped/Removed Clothing
Examples of Complex Changes: Full Body Transformation/Expansion/Cumflation/Inflation/Weight Gain, Head/Torso/Leg Pose Change

***ENTIRE POSE/PERSPECTIVE CHANGES ARE NOT ALTERATIONS. THEY ARE NEW COMMISSIONS***

Prices for Characters and Add-ons are determined by Me and are non-negotiable

~Payment and Tips~

= Do not send payment until the terms are set and I have agreed to take the commission.

= I will not start on the commission until payment is made in full.

= I do not accept installments or half-payments.

~Edits/Revisions~

Edits/Revisions will be based upon 3 different phases of the artwork's process. The “Sketch Phase” the
“Line/Color Phase” and the “Post-Completion Edit”.
The following lists are what Edits and Revisions are Free to you during each phase. Each phase is completed
when both the artist and commissioner agree the phase is done. Any edits/revisions done after a completed
phase will be charged accordingly.

Sketch Phase:
- Character/Pose Changes (Limit 2 changes)
- Major Anatomical Changes/Corrections
- Clothing/Items
- Facial Expressions and Hairstyles

Line/Color Phase:
- Line Flanges, Gaps, Floating lines
- Color/Hue Adjustments
- Minor Missing/Incorrect Detials (I.E. Fur Patterns/Tattoos, Item Details, Clothing Details, Jewelry
- Minor Anatomical Changes/Corrections (I.E. Eyes, Nose, Ears, Hands, Feet, Cock/Vagina/Breast shape or size)

Post-Completion Edit: (This is a ONE TIME FREE EDIT That applies to Sketch Commissions or
Line/Color Commissions, After the work was proofed and finalized. Anything beyond this point will be charged accordingly.)
- Color/Hue Adjustments
- Minor Missing/Incorrect Detials (I.E. Fur Patterns/Tattoos, Item Details,Clothing Details, Jewelry
- Minor Anatomical Changes/Corrections (I.E. Eyes, Nose, Ears, Hands, Feet, Cock/Vagina/Breast shape or size)

~Cancellations and Refunds~

Sketch Commissions:
- No Refunds once completed

Lineart, Flat Color, Shaded Color Commissions:
- You may cancel a commission at anytime before or after the completed sketch phase but I do not refund the amount for a completed sketch.
- If you cancel before the sketch phase is completed you may receive your full refund.
- If you cancel before the work is completed past the sketch phase you will receive the remainder of your money.
(I.E. Commissioner requests a $60 Full Body, Shaded Color Commission and Cancels after the completed Sketch Phase, The Commissioner will receive the remaining $40 of the $60 spent)

Completed Works:
- I DO NOT grant refunds on completed artworks

Late Works: (This only applies to Commissions with Paid Deadlines)
- If you cancel your deadline before the work is fully completed you will be fully refunded your $20 per character deadline fee(s).
- If a work is late on it's deadline you are fully entitled a refund on your Deadline Fee. (For more information on what qualifies as “Late” please see the Deadline section of the ToS)
- If you Cancel a work before it's completion or deadline, you are entitled a refund of any uncompleted phases as well as your commission deadline fee.

Cancellations by Me:
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point during the process for any given reason
- If at any point I personally decide to cancel the commission, you are entitled a full or partial refund based on the level of completion.


These Terms and Conditions are subject to change in the future and users will be notified of such changes.
