my goal is to make 15USD an hour, but I'm more than willing to negotiate. With traditional pieces I'm also more than happy to mail out the originals for the cost of postage, I usually work on either A4, Letter (8.5x11), or 9x12. But for something more complex I can work up to A3 comfortably.
