Not for kids, and that's not candy inside anyway.
A bull is restrained in a manner similar to the speedbag pictures - he's bound to the floor of an upper story room or a platform, his balls hanging through a hole in the floor of the room or platform. Underneath, there is a person (female, blindfolded) swinging a stick around, trying (and maybe succeeding? Getting very close at least.) at hitting the hanging balls. There would be an audience (all or mostly female, I'd imagine), but maybe not shown, shouting directions and encouragement.

I can just see the bull's alarmed look as the bat/pole/whatever has just gone *swoosh* ever so close to the mark(s).
And just imagine if was a spiked bat...."mommy!"
