Posted 15 years agoWell... i have returned (with those requested artworks that i owe you all, really dont have any excuses for it)
I was very happy with my parents (jus six months away, but its kind a whole lifetime) but the money dont care for such things so i was forced to return again... just to find that there was a giant rat in my bedroom! I fought with it (really jumping around and screaming trying to make it run) and then when that rat have gone i started with the clean job... It took me 4 hours to make my bedroom a fine place to rest and when i though i have earned the right to lay down there was my uncle that wanted i teach him how to use computers! but well... at leat he knows how turning on and off that old machine that he got.
But now, now that you have heard my "adventures" i wanted to say that i found 2728 submissions and that i dont have time to watch them all... i know that im missing some great works but i cant... i mean i dont know how to watch them all and favourite most of them....
Dont worry guys - and ladies- i will upload your requested artwork tomorrow (cause i forgot to copy them in my Flash memory)....

Posted 15 years agoOk... i have found this when i was looking for new artist to watch their work, and i found it very inspiring... For those who want to be artist...
To be an artist
It's not a matter of talent or simple use of techniques, you need much more than that, you need to know first that you may never achieve perfection and there will always be someone as or even more skillful than you out there. You're just human after all, with a bunch of limits and fails,
But you don't need to feel down or give up. You can take it as a motivation to improve, to learn more, to evolve, to reach your limits and fly beyond them...
For an artist, it’s not necessary an excessive pride and self confidence concerning your own good work. So don't be an egocentric fool! It's not gonna help you to acknowledge the reality around you.
Be humble and simple. Just be yourself, and don't ignore the good criticism, it'll help you building the path to reach your own personal goals.
You need to workout your own personal marketing, and you need to be aware of your stronger qualities and the things in wich you are trully tops. Even though you must not underestimate or mock on the other people’s work, since if you’re really all that good, your work will shine for itself.
It’s important to love your work. Through this love, the artist will express and understand himself and the world around him.
And If the artist truly loves his work, It’ll never be an obligation or hard work for him.

Para ser un artista...
No es simplemente algo que tiene que ver con el talento o el uso de técnicas variadas, necesitas mucho más que eso, primero debes saber que nunca alcanzarás la perfección y que siempre habrá personas más talentosas que tú. Al final, eres sólo un humano, con limitaciones y fallas.
Pero no tienes que deprimirte o darte por vencido. Debes verlo como una motivación para mejorar, para aprender más, para evolucionar y superar tus limitaciones...
Para un artista no es útil tener un ego enorme y mucha autoconfianza respecto a tus trabajos. entonces... no seas un idiota egocéntrico!!! No te ayudará a alcanzar el conocimiento de las cosas a tu alrededor.
Sé Humilde y simple. sé tú mismo, y no ignores las críticas constructivas, te ayudarán a construir el camino a tus metas.
Necesitas trabajar tu auto publicidad, y necesitas estar conciente de tus cualidades más fuertes y en las cosas en las cuales te destacas. Tampoco debes subestimar o burlarte del trabajo de otros, porque si eres más bueno que los demás tus trabajos van a brillar por sí solos.
Es importante que ames tus trabajos, porque através de ellos, el artista estará conciente de sí mismo y del mundo que lo rodea.
Y si el artista realmente ama lo que hace, nunca será una obligación o un trabajo duro para él.

Posted 15 years agoSe me ocurrió la siguiente idea.... espero que lean y se la pasen a los otros....
Estuve entrando en la cuenta de paraguayfur (la de FA, no el foro...) y se me ocurrio una idea... que les parece si hacemos un fotomontage con todas las fursonas de los Furries paraguayos y las colocamos como Featured Submission en la cuenta de paraguayfurs.... Así la hacemos un poco más vistosa.... Al principio pensaba hacerla yo (o sea dibujarla pero abandone la idea porque era mucho trabajo para mí).... ¿Qué les parece? Cada uno dibuja su fursona (de cuerpo completo y la pinta, luego hacemos un fontomontage ...
¿Qué les parece, eh? Comenten y respondan este journal para así saber su opinión y arreglar los datos técnicos........
P.D. : Posiblemente hubiese sido mejor enviarles una nota a cada uno........
