Updates! WOO sorry for not being active, ive been..actually busy, surprisingly enough.
I've got a few pieces of work to do including three hats and another dragon. So I have been working on those as well as a Harry Potter themed sweater vest.
Thankfully I finished the hats a couple of days ago, and will be posting those soonish, if I havent already.. I don't remember... Anywho! the dragon will likely take a few months and is for a lovely lady who needs a fluffy hug.
The sweater vest is for myself as a test before I make one for a friend for some cosplay shtuff, cause why the fuck not.
also I will be doing a lot of HP themed crafts this year for a party later this year to celebrate the movie coming out Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, so this may be a harry potter reboot year.. who knows!!
Little toys are still being made and I hope to start selling them by the end of the year, but due to the canadian dollar being SO INCREDIBLY LOW right now, shipping will likely be priced..uh..higher, than usual. that will be announced at a later date though when I have some stock to sell :3
I do hope you are all having a fantastic time! I'll be over on the Mogran page for a bit today to update it, so if you are waiting for acceptance on a design, it will be done this week, and every friday hereafter.

Update: November part 1
Posted 10 years agoSo im in a good mood, so i'm gunna update here and now while im in the mood.
I'm SO CLOSE to finishing Grohl i CAN TASTE IT. if I can stop coughing long enough, I just have to attach his crystals and he's done! Than he can be shipped off to his mama! I'm so excited, honestly. Not just to have that ginormous space of my desk back for working on, but because he was initially supposed ot be half his size and only take a few months to make..back in January.... at least it hasn't been a year yet... close, but not YET!!! MWAHAHAHA
Anyways, not that Grohls completion isn't excitement enough, Mogran are back officially this nov 15th (which is also my burfday. its a special yeehaw to me) and I have just a few stories for the Mograns history to finish and upload and I can shove it back into peoples faces :3 NIFTY
also I started on a christmas present for my friend of Kevin, the minion, and he's already huge.. so I'm hoping she likes it, cause she's been looking for a pillow sized toy of him and asked about me making patterns for her to knit one of him.. with a newborn on her hands I know for a fact she won't have time to make him yet, so as I make the pattern i'm making her a giant sized crochet version..so I know she will grin at that.
Once Kevin is done and I stop coughing I can start on another Dragon from FR for a lovely friend of mine and get back into my little toys that im making and shoving into a bin. Makes me grin. I'm happy to get back into my work soon. I just don't know when 'soon' will be >.<
anyways things are coming, photos will be taken and uploaded as they are completed. the mogranofficial is open for those to look around, if not submit MYO mogran :3

MOGRAN SHTUFF

I said I would post here when the Mogran got their info updated and such, so here it is. They are updated, and the process of making sure everyone who had one, knows where they are now, is done.
the process of doing the new ID system and how its run, is done and loaded.
the process of writing lore and legends and the history of the mogran..is just starting..
is up for those to browse who wish too, to get a head start. But we will not be taking in any MYO's till NOVEMEBER 15th!so yes, you can design and plan now. and even send it in, but we not be approving or adding ID's to new Mogran till the 15th when the last of the hidden things is finalized :3
I honestly don't expect to be flooded with new Mogran or anything, lets face it. It's still a baby species compared to others out there, but I do look forward to seeing stories and continuations from those with Mogran :D I myself have been writing for a while, and though Cinder, Bubbles and Ember have not had very big parts in these writings, I am looking forward to seeing how the community takes to Deities, predecessors and ancient Mogran that may make an appearance now and again as random events :3
but thats a secret for now shhhhh
anyways im sick and had a busy day so im gunna go have some tea and watch a movie or something, but I thought I would let you all know, if i'm not answering messages on here it's because im over on mogranofficial tweeking things and spell checking..lets face it, im not the best at spelling hehe.

a little pissed, needed to rant, and UPDATES OF IMPORTANCE
Posted 10 years agoSorry folks, this is mostly a rant and a HOW DO I FIX THIS BULL SHIT post... well to start, I'll do an update later on.. skip to the

Ahem.. so this is getting fucking ridiculous! Not once, but six times so far have I had this stupid thing happen to me, and last nights was just..the last straw. It's probably my nerves being as they are from being sick since August and than getting this nasty ass cold/flu hybrid on top of it for the last 3 weeks. no sleep and lots of ick will do that ya? ya.. but that does not excuse my computer from pulling this bullshit!
Okay so I've been googling about this every since it first happened a few months back, and so far no one has a conclusive thought on WHAT causes it, just a bunch of theories, and no way to fix it? ya.. that kinda bullshit..
So I have this one nice little folder on my desktop.. this folder holds alllll my youtube rocroding thins from videos, audio, compilations there of, images, the recording programs and pretty much anything I use in the videos I make... and every now and than I can be sitting here. Doing my thing, and I will open the folder and grab the files I need, do what I need to do etc...and I can go back five minutes later and literally there is NOTHING THERE ANYMORE. I do a computer search for the files and find them, but when I try to open them or their 'location' it says they no longer exist, have been deleted, or moved and that what I am looking for is a shortcut to something that..well.. no longer exists...
I've tried all the things that are suggested from scans for malware and viruses (all came back clean), I have done the dskchk and command prompts for -h and yatta yatta... I also went to restoring the old files (which is usually fine depending on how busy I have been with the file.) but for things like last night, where I spent five hours making o compilation video from some previously lost episodes, thanks to this bullshit. I left it on to save over night and came back. It was all 'hey! it's saved, no worries' but I go to the save location..and GUESS WHAT.. the folders empty again... like holy fuck balls!
This time I even lost THOSE recovered files from the previous two times and I'm just.. I'm done.. I'm so done with this bullshit. No one seems to know whats wrong or how to fix it... I'm hoping that making new folders, in a different location and moving what I could save to those, keeping them separate, will help me solve the matter. maybe its something in that one main folder, i don't know.. but i'm tired of it.. I really am. I had so many things going and now its just..all gone.. I have to restart three series now once I can get my voice back and can breath without coughing up a lung... if this is happening to you, or has happened. let me know aye? it seems this has been happening to a lot of people since some windows and virus scanners updated their software, so maybe they need to suck it up, fix it and take the blame instead of being all 'oh i dunno whats doing it, its not OUR fault...'

Health: Is shit. so very little is getting done. Got a flu/cold hybrid on thanksgiving to top everything else health wise off, so im down for the count for a while.
GET YOUR SHOTS THIS YEAR this thing I have is going around like a super virus this year and will knock a COMPLETELY HEALTH PERSON off their feet for 4-6 WEEKs..not days.. Weeks. so think of all us non healthy people around you, kids, elderly, immune suppressed, health compromised people, and please get your shots this year. just because you wont be affected by it cause your super awesome, doesnt mean you aren't carrying it on and about you and getting others sick. so please please PLEASE get immunized this year. if no other year, this one is important for us unhealthy people.
Digital Art: pretty much not doing this much anymore.. I still doodle, just lately not on the comp. It will come back eventually, I'm just in a slump with the digital world I guess? XD though I have gotten into ap rogram called pixeledit and been doing some small Pixel Animations for my dragons over on FR (Flight Rising, user Antibus if you want) so that's kinda fun.
Knitting: I have..a ginormous Minion to knit for my friend for christmas L3 She's into the little crazy shits that I don't like, but for her I will make her a big ol pillow so she can comfortably nurse her newborn lil boy, Phoenix...I love his name... so much...you have no idea... that's his real name btw, not an alias... XD
Crochet: yes they are different, so yes they Do get different spots. I will have some Purmkurn Burts up here for show so, once I can get a nice pic of the ones I have left over. Originally I was going to throw them at kids who go trick or treating while im at a party, but since I'm sick and won't be going I will either sell them through here or stock pile till next year. If you like one when you see the pic go up, let me know :3 they will be $15.00 Canadian Dollars each. ($8 of that is shipping by the way.. fricken expensive)

Happy about that because I enjoy working on dragons and bigger toys..but alas I don't want to get my two ladies sick, so I am trying not to work on them while I'm contagious with plague >.> my hazmat suit is at the cleaners and im afraid my blow up hamster ball isn't helpful for crafting...
Mogran: They ARE coming back THIS YEAR I swear it! even if it ends up being a christmas/holiday event for them1 they will be back! I'm working on new line art and bases for them and they WILL MOST DEFINITELY be make your own (MYO) only exceptions will be two color rangers and a few mutations. what was once called Mutations will now be called Patterns and I'll be simplifying the Genetics Code (ID number of the mogran) and going over their breeding. there i will be a Mogran group account so I can keep track of all your pretties and you have an easy place to find others who have them, as well as a place to show yours off and see any Mogran Adopts that come out :3 (you can make and offer adopts, but you will be unable to sell them for cash. for art trades or other currency, what eves, but not for real world money unless otherwise stated by me. Cash Adopts will be by me or certified breeders, for Rares and uncommon mogran only.) more on that when it all gets put down on paper though :3 So keep your eyes open for that, with this sick time I have had plenty of time to work out the wording and kinks and such for the species, just not the art side XD
secondly for mogran, I was going to offer plushies/amigurumi but that will probably not come till next year as I am not yet happy with the patterns I worked out.
Other: other crafting and art stuff..pretty much doesn't exist right now. To much to do with the ongoing list as well as what I now have to re do for the youtube channel thanks to the computer being a derpface. I have read a lot though recently. that's been nice. Curled up by the fire in a big cozy blanket, powering through those Anita Blake novels. I forgot why i loved them so much, even four years later I still like them. That's a good sign :3 I might have to go find the rest of hte books i don't have just so I can complete the set :D hello amazon?!

September Update
Posted 10 years agoalright so... the Mograns have once more been put on the back burner because I am changing so much it requires restructuring how they are run..again.. so I am going to take a break from the Mogran stuff and get into the Amigurumi making patterns more for a bit.
There will likely be a bit of a pause in uploads, as much as I love what i'm making, they are all prototypes so far and I don't want to put up unsatisfactory creations online >.< Just a personal thing lol.
For prototypes though, they do have a chance to be given away during my streams. I'm trying to stream at least once a week and if I finish a toy during a stream, it has a high chance of being given away to a chatter.

still sick... will be for a while.. docs dont know what it is yet, on a waiting list..uhhh... lost 10 pounds in three weeks >.< but im still eating lots and drinking lots to try to stop the weight loss and i am feeling..generally alright aside from the symptoms so thats good.
im more of..all about the toy making right now, so life has been pretty dull hehe...
so i think thats it? If I think of more I'll post again, but hope you all are having a fantastic time! and I will talk to you again soon!

August Update - Mogran, toys, health and more
Posted 10 years agoSo some of you know I have been planning to bring back the Mogran species here sometime this September. I'll be making a separate FA account for those, but I am running a bit behind on it so It may get pushed to October. I CAN tell you though that they will be MYO (Make Your Own) and more of an open species, though they will also have color and mutation restrictions and require being registered to the mogran account to be 'official' mogran... This will be explained when everything is put together. I will post a journal and submission here when it is all complete for you.
I can answer questions on mogran here, should you have a few you'd like answered before things are put in place :3
This account is quiet, I know, I'm sorry. Yes most of my artwork is turning to Yarn crafts with knitting, crochet and felting stuff, so digital art..likely will not be returning unless i get into a doodle spree or something when making designs. hehe. But I am hoping that in the next few months I will be spamming you with some new creations and I would love to have honest feedback about said creations. So please do keep your eyes open :3

No I'm not saying what it is, and yes i know some of you will be like 'ooh feel better i hope your okay' and I appreciate the concern, really I do. I just am tired of talking about it so I wanted to end it here :3 thanks for your understanding!!!
Last but not least...uhm...ya youtube is still a thing? sorta. ya it is. I update on wednesdays every week with gameplay. the occasional friday is the craft corner, If I have things i can show publically before they are done... and than there are box openings and such which come at random. So that will still be going on as well.
I will be making a few changes to things like Icons and designs that I use that represent me, this has to do with the 'rest of my life project' thing, so don't fear. It's just setting me up for my future :3 I'll still be everybodies lil Jackal Antibus so that will never change.
If things work out the rest of this year, and over the winter, I may even start attending some Cons next year. Starting with local ones to test the waters and my anxiety issues, and maybe over the next few years branch out to other places. so we will see.
Anyways I am really looking forward to the near future, and though i've been very vague and probably confusing about it, I hope you all are too :D

Last but not least...uhm...ya youtube is still a thing? sorta. ya it is. I update on wednesdays every week with gameplay. the occasional friday is the craft corner, If I have things i can show publically before they are done... and than there are box openings and such which come at random. So that will still be going on as well.
I will be making a few changes to things like Icons and designs that I use that represent me, this has to do with the 'rest of my life project' thing, so don't fear. It's just setting me up for my future :3 I'll still be everybodies lil Jackal Antibus so that will never change.
If things work out the rest of this year, and over the winter, I may even start attending some Cons next year. Starting with local ones to test the waters and my anxiety issues, and maybe over the next few years branch out to other places. so we will see.
Anyways I am really looking forward to the near future, and though i've been very vague and probably confusing about it, I hope you all are too :D

July Update

I have a few exciting updates for everyone today, mostly regarding my Mogran species, but a few other things as well. so lets get to it!
MOGRANS ARE RETURNING and better yet, they will be a make-your-own now. I will be recreating their information sheets and journals as well as uploading a useable lines image for people to color in to design their own Mograns. Yup, that's right. I'm opening up the species for YOU to design! There will of course be some restrictions, such as there being colors and patterns that will be reserved for customs by me only, as well as breeding will still be done through me, with me sending your color ranges, how many eggs, and the patterns useable to your chipasi. as well as a Mogran Registration. this will make you Mogran officially accepted and breedable! Basically you would just send in your design and I say yes you can use it or no. this is purely to make sure no one uses the restricted colors/patterns, so chances are high that your design will be accepted.
Anyways I would explain it all here, I will post an update when it is all complete :3
Along with Mograns, I am once more starting to make a toy oh the Mogran.. or trying to. I have come across a number of difficulties, but the urge to create it is strong, so I am working on it as best I can. I am in no way a professional toy maker, by any means, so it is guaranteed that the early versions will look rough, but improve as I make more. I intend to sell these along with a digital version of the Mogran and so they will be like..mm..how i made the earlier ones.. adoptables, but in real form i guess? ya.. They will have the restricted colors/patterns and such. HOWEVER that does not mean you can't get one of your own mogran. I will be selling customs that can be designed after your own Mogran too. The toys will be a little pricey though as I will be charging for the design, digital mogran, supplies and materials as well as the Time put into making it as they are all hand made. So there won't be no cheap lil things going on there. Prices are not settled yet as I first need to make one that I actually like and can recreate over and over XD
The above may take a while yet, maybe a month or so, but it is on the forefront of my work table, and so I thought it alright to mention them now instead of when it all comes out :3
Not regarding Mogran, I finished a few projects I had on the go, though I can not post them yet until they get to who they belong to...no spoilers and all. So I finally have a cleaned up list, and this makes me happy and far less stressed. I am still in a handy-craft mode so there won't be any digital art or drawings and such yet, there will be more crafts and such uploaded over the next month or so I believe.
Ugh I had so much I wanted to say and tell you guys but now that I look over my list I find out that a chunk of it I can't mention because SECRETS!!! AHAHAHAHAmwahahaha...ya...
anyways I'm going to go back to working on things and I will talk to you all again shortly!

a little June update
Posted 10 years agoVacation is long over, but nothing has been completed as of yet. Within 48 hours of returning I got a nasty flu that im still trying to get over. had some doc appointments and more to come. There are a few projects that have been worked on, but nothing completed yet so things are just..coming along slowly.
Thus no uploads this month, sorry folks. I'll see about having some more things done by the end of the month but we will see :3 who knows. maybe I will once more pick up that tablet and start doodling again.

Vacation dates and quick update
Posted 10 years agoI have been checking messages from all you lovely people, I missed you too and am so happy to see so many still around and active!
Some people may have noticed I unfollowed a ton of people. I DONT HATE THEM I am just making my messages more SFW friendly. I have been having a lot of family and younger people watching over my shoulder and frankly I dont come on here to look at porn, so I unwatched all the NSFW accounts I was watching but kept watching those peoples SFW accounts. I just thought you should know, if you saw I stopped following you, it is highly, extremely very likely that is why. (yes I know there is the SFW option, and I have it on all the time now, but that doesnt stop me from getting the submission messages for NSFW that flood my inbox. so thats why)

I will be away this weekend (friday 15-monday 18) to spend the long weekend at my aunts for some quality time with her, without the other family members around. gunna go to the zoo and one of the big malls and just spend some time together. I'm really looking forward to it as we havent done the 'just us two' in yeeeaarrrssss either my family or her children have been there.. so..ya... this means I will be offline for that time so I won't be replying to messages sorry.
second Vacation is from Friday may 29 to June 8th. I will be away in BC for a wedding and to visit my moms besty on the coast. I will have my ipad with me but chances of looking at it frequently for messages is low. Maybe once every two days or so before bed or when I wake up, but there wont be any new uploads during this time. Sorry.

Before the big trip I plan to get some video recordings done for the Youtubes gameplay shite I do (currently trying to finish off FF XIII, but the computer is being a dick and i have to spend the next two days transfering files to the external)
I also am hopefully going to finish that latchhook mlp rug to post up here before I go to BC. It's getting close to done, just the tail and back legs left to fill. than to trim the extra grid away and clean up the edges to yarn and its done.
Other than that, the sweater I was knitting is coming along nicely but wont be done before than and neither will the Tundra because reasons :3

Happy Mothers day and 8 years on FA
Posted 10 years agoSo I first want to wish Everybody and their mothers a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY
It is a special day that we should all treat the mother figures in our lives to a special little something. For example making a watermelon Kibab/skewer as a side dish to heart shaped eggs and toast for breakfast with a bouquet of chocolate chip bran muffins. That's what i'm doing for mine anyways lol.
every year since I got my first paycheck, I have gotten my mother a swarovski statue for mothers day. I didn't realize I did that every year, as its just habit now, but it made me wonder. do YOU have any rituals or things you do every year for your mother figure? Whether on mothers day or their birthday? I'd like to hear about it!
Let us share our stories!
Also today is the anniversary of my joining FA 8 years ago, yay. nothing big but I thought it would be a great day to make a submission comeback and let you all know more things are coming to my FA account and yes, i have returned and will actually reply to notes and things instead of just reading and disappearing without responding :3, like I have been doing for the last year.
anywho I have a busy day so I am going to go now, but let's hear those mothers day tales!
