COMMISSIONS - TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment
• The pricing, scope, and details of the project must be laid out in full and agreed upon before starting.
• Payments are processed via PayPal’s Invoice system.
(I’ll need your email address to send the invoice.)
• Commissions under $50 are paid up front.
• Larger Projects are ½ up front and the remainder paid after completion.
Refunds
• Full refunds are offered for projects I am unable to start or complete.
• If you cancel a commission that is already in-progress,
I will refund your payment minus a fee for any work I have completed.
• No refunds will be given after I have completed the work.
Timeframe
• All my commissions are OPEN-ENDED (no due date)
unless a deadline has been arranged with me in advance.
• To request a deadline, you MUST notify me in your first communication about the project
along with an exact due date ahead of time.
• PRIORITY PRICING: Project Prioritization is available for additional +20% for deadlines of 2 weeks or less
(Be sure to check for availability and pricing)
Subject Matter
• Most basic adult kinks are OK, but some hardcore stuff may be turned down.
Hurtful messaging and Political themes are also avoided.
• Be sure to check first and see if your concept is something I’d like to draw.
Reference
• Visual references are strongly encouraged.
(Reference Sheets, Generic Photos, Pose References, Color Swatches, Character Descriptions, etc)
Intellectual Property
• For original characters, I may need permission from the original creator to draw a character that does not belong to you.
• Rule 34 is generally ok.
Work Process
• The artwork will be shared at key stages for approval (Sketch, Line Art, Colors).
• Reasonable changes can be made at the earliest stage possible.
• Any MAJOR or significant revisions are available at an additional cost.
Copyrights
• I maintain copyright to all my works, and I reserve the right to publicly display/upload/distribute.
• Private Commissions are an available option. Feel free to ask when ordering a commission.
• There may be some images I may elect to NOT take credit for, depending on the material.
• Reposting and Alterations are OK as long as credit is given.
• Artwork is not to be used for Merchandise or for Profit unless prior arrangements are made.

Buyer is responsible to cover any and all shipping costs via UPS or FedEx + insurance.
