Hey there watchers! I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in Beta Reading WIP fics that I have, or maybe even point out a Beta Readers group here on FA? I primarily write fanfiction. Hey, just want everyone to know, commenters on my fics, and people who I PM with, sorry for my late replies! We've got a new manager at work, and he's driving me crazy with his bad handling after only 3 days of working with him... I am a night shift supervisor, and I already run really late hours, but it usually isn't any later than 1230 on weekends. Last night however, I returned home at 2:45 AM, because of my manager's REALLY poor planning.

So, since I'm starting to think (though I REALLY hope I'm wrong) that this is gonna start to become the standard fare under this manager, my already late replies might just end up being later than normal. I DO appreciate ALL the comments I receive on my stories though, I like to hear feedback like that!

Speaking of feedback, I'd be interested in getting a few possible betareaders for some of my work. I have quite a few WIP stories, of varied subjects, from really dark, to straight up smut, to maybe some action/thriller stuff. If anyone knows of any betareading groups on here, or perhaps would like to offer to beta read themselves, feel free to let me know!

I will ask however, that you give an in depth opinion please! As much as I like hearing 'Yeah it's good', that doesn't really point out mistakes or tell me if the tone is off in some places ^^;

...you wonder how someone so incompetent and lazy and terrible at their job, could even GET that position in the first place. Where you just want to grab them by the shoulders and shout "HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET THIS JOB?!"

Work is gonna suck today and tomorrow, because of my manager's utter incompetence, and probably illegal instructions to have me threaten a fellow coworker with less hours if she doesn't stay longer than her schedule tells her, to help ME close the store that HE should be staying to close because of upcoming inspections.

Gah, a while back, I heard about that game that was coming out for the Playstation, called Until Dawn... it looked awesome and the premise was also badass! I hadn't heard about it for a while, and assumed it got canceled or something... but I just saw a video of it for 2015, and it's still around! Yay, right? Well... unfortunately now there are celebrities playing characters in the stories (they get enough fucking exposure and shit in TV and Movies, so it always annoys me a little when they're shoved into videogames, with very few exceptions.)... and THIS celebrity is one that I just DO NOT like at all, so now it's like, if I get the game, and it's good, it'll still be tainted by this person acting in it lmao X'D you know, it's like getting a really awesome gift... that someone dropped on the floor, and now it still WORKS but there is a big ugly crack on it lmao XD

The celebrity in question is Hayden Pantierre... I don't like anything about her heh... I first saw her in Heroes, as my most HATED character on the show, and of course, since she's immortal in that show, she never died, so she was ALWAYS involved in a storyline, and brought her whiny annoyingness into it. And now she's in that stupid show about country music crap (Boom, TWO things I don't like in the least, Hayden Pantierre, AND country music lmao X'D), and now I think she's also gonna be in Quantico too... but NOW, she's gonna be in this game? UGH... apparently you can kill off every character as part of the dynamic storytelling, so HOPEFULLY she IS killable, cause I'll get rid of her as soon as possible lmao, as assholish as that sounds heh ^^;

I'm fine with some celebrities in games... I can understand why quite a few of them would be ones that game developers would love to have. But really? Hayden Pantierre? Why? I can understand people like Willem Dafoe, or that dude who was that Call of Duty game (I forgot his name ^^; ) because they are movie stars, award winning ones. But Hayden Pantierre is just a primetime tv actress... she's been in big shows, but I didn't realize she was so popular (ESPECIALLY in Heroes... I hated EVERY scene with her in it lmao) that some game developer would be like "Ooohh ohhh, Hayden, be in our game!!"

Not to sound like I despise HER personally, I just don't really like her as an actress heh ^^; I'm sure she's a perfectly nice person in real life, but I just hate ALL her acting roles heh ^^; So that's just a little tangent I had to get out heh XD If anyone bothers to read this journal, I guess I'll leave a question: Are there any actors or actresses that you just don't like?

Hello there watchers! I've been getting some nice writing done on things, including my first ever commission XD Work has been keeping me busy, but I've been on a pretty nice creative kick when I get home at 12 or 1AM, so I've been feeling good about writing lately!

But, my question to you guys is this; Do any of you guys enjoy TMNT? I have a WIP smut fic, and I'd quite like to have someone take a gander at it, and give a critique or opinion on it so far. I just heard that the new Starwars Battlefront game will have NO playable CIS faction, AND no Galactic Conquest? That just shoots any desire to buy the game right out of the nearest airlock... I loved playing as the CIS in the old Battlefront games (THE REPUBLIC MEATBAGS ARE LOSING REINFORCMENTS X'D ), and Galactic Conquest was the best addition to Battlefront 2, and even had the little 'what-if' style endings that show what happen if your faction had actually won. To hear that this new Battlefront is gonna have LESS features AND stupid DLC no doubt, is just awful... gaming nowadays is pretty shit compared to even just 10 years ago.

Heh, well, not much of a raffle since EXACTLY the amount of people I needed joined, so you five all win by default!

Here's are the players:

Now then... here's how I will determine the winner of each hand... I'll be using a real deck of cards, and I will play five hands of Texas Hold'em, one for each player. I'll do this by laying two cards facedown, for the dealer, and take two cards myself, for the player. I'll then lay out the first, second, third, turn, and river cards, out on the table, and perform a showdown between the dealer, Mr. Dominus, and the player.

If Mr. Dominus' hand beats the player's, that player loses the game. However, if Mr. Dominus's hand loses to the player's, that player will still be in, and Mr. Dominus moves on to the next player. This will continue until there is only a single player vs Mr. Dominus, which will initiate the final showdown. If Mr. Dominus wins this hand, the last player loses, and Mr. Dominus enslaves all of the players. If the last player wins the hand, Mr. Dominus loses, and he will grant the winner's wish.

Hey there, any interested watchers or other curious people! I'm thinking of opening a story raffle, experimental, just to see how it goes. There would be five slots, and I'd use a RNG to choose the characters! However, there are guidelines that would need to be followed! This story would also be NSFW/Adult, so you'd need to be okay with that XD

Alright, here is what the plot would be...

Five people, are all in desperate need of something. Be it money, revenge, power, a cure... they want it, NEED it, and they are desperate for it, willing to risk everything to get it.

Suddenly, each of them is visited by a mysterious courier, who gives them an invitation. ' Dear (insert character's name). Your desire has called to me, drawn my attention. You want (insert character's need) . And I am capable of giving it to you. Are you willing to risk your very life, your very freedom, for a chance to bring your wish to fruition? Come to the address listed, at midnight tomorrow. And be ready to play the most high stakes game of poker you've ever played. If you win, I will grant your wish. If you lose, you will become my property, and never return to your old life. The choice is yours. '

Each of the characters can feel a power of sorts in the invitation, and each one ends up deciding to see what this poker game is all about, if this is true or a scam.

They each arrive at midnight the following evening, and are met with the sender of the invitation, Mr. Dominus. He is a black stallion with unnaturally red eyes, and a white mane, well dressed, in a tuxedo. He explains to them that he is not of this world, but is in fact, a powerful demon. He explains the purpose of the game. Poker.

Mr. Dominus will grant the wish of the winner of the poker game. However, the losers of the game will be transported to his realm, to serve as his new harem, and never return. He offers them one chance to leave... and none of them take it.

The raffle would be to choose five characters for the role of the gamblers. I will determine the winners of each hand by using a real deck, so there is NO PLANNED WINNER, it would all be based on the luck of the cards. Which, of course, means that any and ALL of the characters could end up as sex slaves in a demon's harem, if the cards come down on you. So be prepared for that possibility and don't get pissy if your character ends up as a sex slave, because it's the luck of the draw.

All entrants would be highly encouraged to come up with a REALISTIC kind of wish for Mr. Dominus! After all, they are gambling their freedom for a wish, so it has to be a truly desperate wish, nothing silly. For example, perhaps a character is in desperate need of money to pay off a debt to a dangerous loan shark. Or maybe they have a brother or sister with a terminal illness and they want it cured. Or even someone who is desperate to take vengeance on someone who completely ruined their life.

If your character's wish is something vain, like becoming a famous, superstar singer, they would have to be almost crazy personality wise, for the risk of SEXUAL SLAVERY to seem worth it to them. So keep that in mind. And also keep in mind, if you pick a super serious reason, that if your character has a wish like the aforementioned terminal illness cure for their sister/brother, and they LOSE, that they will never see that sibling again, so unless you're sadistic or like tearjerkers, be wary.

You can enter boy or girl characters, but no herms or C-Boys, Dickgirls, Futas, Taurs, Nagas. Dragons are okay, as long as they are anthro. Keep in mind that if they lose, they will be sex slaves to a male demon, so if your character is a lesbian, they WILL still be his unwilling sex slave, so keep that in mind too.

If there is a winner, there will be an epilogue for their wish coming true. There will also be a second epilogue, which would show the fates of the losers, serving their new Master in his realm, which would involve the single sex scene in the story.

1: Your character. Describe them, or post a ref if you've got one. Their personality and sexuality would be great too.

2: Explain the character's wish. Tell me the degree of their desperation, what is SO important to them, that they'd risk becoming a sex slave to get it?

3: Tell me of any sexual NO's for your character.

4: A solemn swear that you understand that your character IS at risk of losing the card game, and that you will NOT bitch about it if they do end up losing. It's all based on the luck of the draw.

I'll be running this raffle until the 13th of this month, and then using a RNG to choose the characters.

Also, this is my very first try at a raffle, and my first try at writing for 5 characters of other people at once! So while I'll try my best to complete this, if something comes up that requires my attention, or this becomes too tough, or if there aren't enough entrants, I might not be able to complete it.

I HAVE RETURNED XD

Turned 22 today lol, got some B-day money from relatives, so that's always nice XD

Ugh... anyone ever really dislike something and then you see a bunch of other people showering it with praise and it just really pisses you off lol? Just so that I'm perfectly clear to anyone who comments, this is just my PERSONAL opinion, so any kind of 'rebuttals' will serve no purpose because you aren't gonna change my opinion lol. You're free to disagree with me, tell me my opinion sucks or whatever, but trying to CHANGE my opinion will just be a waste of time lol.

This is just a rant about the new Sonic Boom redesigns of the characters lol, they were recently revealed in full color, not just the terrible silhouettes. I should just get this right out there: I DO NOT LIKE FRIVOLOUS REDESIGNS. When there is a redesign for no real reason, just for the fuck of it, it pisses me off pretty much instantly, because USUALLY the redesign is ugly to me. This is a strange one as well, because honestly the only one who they did any BIG changes to, was, of course, one of my favorite characters, Knuckles.

It's like they did not know anything about the character, and just looked up his most basic traits: He's super strong, and he lives on a tropical island. So naturally, to make it perfectly clear to everyone of these two traits, they hulkified him, making him much taller than the others, and gave him muay thai arm wraps. Wtf? Really? I think it looks atrocious. This is one of those things where the redesign is DRASTIC and those are usually the ones I hate the most. However, this is a strange one, in the way that Knuckles is the ONLY one of the four, that got a drastic redesign. The others, got what I call 'What was the point?" redesigns, especially Tails.

"What was the point?" is when they basically keep the same design, but they just add pointless things, that were not needed at all, and only serve to irritate further. Like for Sonic. They did 4 things. They gave him hand/foot wraps, instead of gloves and socks. Why? What was the point? They gave him a scarf. Ooh. Extra fucking clothes, again, what was the point? They gave him 'messy' quills, which translates to "We just had some extra quills stick out between his normal quills". REALLY? It looks EXACTLY the same, but they put two extra tiny quills on his head! What was the point of that!? It just looks dumb! But the last thing, is the most irritating. Especially, ESPECIALLY, because usually in Sonic art, when people do this, people will point out immediately that the artist made a mistake, unless the artist purposely draws them like this. Blue arms. Sonic now has blue arms. Sigh... really? Really? WHAT WAS THE POINT?

For Amy... and here is where people can really call me out for either bias or hypocrisy... I don't like Amy in her normal design. I dislike the actual character of Amy. It doesn't matter what she looks like, because I don't like HER, in general. However, she also got a "what was the point?" redesign. The took away her boots, and gave her shoes. And they also swapped her 'poofy' dress, for a non poofy one. And that's about it. What was the point of this? There isn't one. But I don't give a shit about Amy, so they can change her all they like :)

But Tails... HE got the most pointless redesign of all, because he... didn't get one. Not at all. He looks EXACTLY the same. All they did... was give him goggles and a tool belt. That isn't a redesign. They just gave him stereotypical 'smart guy mechanic' stuff, to show that HE'S SMART BECAUSE HE HAS GOGGLES AND TOOLS DURRR! PLUS, he actually ALREADY HAS WORN THAT IN LICENSED STUFF BEFORE! In Sonic Riders, he is wearing goggles and a belt I believe. In Sonic X, whenever he was repairing the Tornado, he wore GOGGLES AND A TOOL BELT. There is NO CHANGE here! So, out of the four, I actually like Tails' "redesign". Because it ISN'T a redesign lol.

And here is the point where I'm gonna get pettier than I already am about this lol... I keep seeing people oohing and ahhing and squeeing over these designs. Even saying that they hope SEGA makes these the official new looks for them! And THAT is what is really pushing my buttons lol! REALLY?! You guys ripped on those silhouettes, yet you actually like THESE? Some of the praisers are even artists that make BETTER designs of Sonic characters than this crap! ARGH! And it's not just that... now there will be an influx of fanart and smut featuring these shitty redesigns! I REALLY hope that there isn't a bunch of Knuckles stuff... I mean, Knuckles smut stuff is rare enough, but now watch, suddenly there will be a ton of Knuckles stuff! BUT IT WILL BE THIS HORRIBLE VERSION OF HIM LOL XD

Geez... it's just one of those things that instantly sours my mood just LOOKING at it... and I'm disappointed and kind of stunned that people actually LIKE it lol. But, as the title of this journal says, I'm just whining lol, it's not like I'm gonna change anyone's opinions lol. I just hope that these redesigns don't become the official looks, because that will be a real downer for me lol.

This is pretty much the end of the rant, just felt like getting it out lol. I don't care if you leave a comment defending the designs, or saying I'm a petty asshole lol, I won't delete the comment or anything, after all, you're just stating your opinion, like I am lol. But, I admit it would be nice to see ANYONE else hating on these designs lol XD, because all I've seen so far are people gushing over them.
