I'm really looking forward to MFF again this year! At what seems like the last minute we were able to get a hotel room <3 you have no idea how close we were to not going!

So I will be there and I'll be bringing a lot of plushies to sell at my dealer table - the amazing is sharing with me! I will do a very very small amount of doodle badges, and I will have balaclavas for sale for fursuiters, I will mostly be trying to sell plushies <3 please stop by to check our our table- silver is even gonna have a super awesome fursuit for sale at her table!

Yay it's almost time! As for me I'm packing right now and we begin traveling tommorrow morning! I will arrive at the hotel to crash and get settled in on Monday :)

So you may or may not have noticed I haven't uploaded anything since the beguining of the year.

Well in a nut shell- had a lot of personal uphill battles to sort through for the last year and a half. We all have hardships that we have to get through in this life,and I am no exception to the rule. I feel it is important at this point to come back here and maybe start uploading my work again. It can be incredibly time consuming, but I'll see what I can do-

I've been spending a lot of my down time studying, raiseing animals and crafting with love. I am thinking I want to start an etsy and store envy soon to maybe list some of my items :) I also have a lot of cool supplies and items I want to put for auction here- I need to make some space here for new projects :)

Thank you for your love and support, I wouldn't have become the artist I am without this website. There are so many talented and inspirational individuals in this community!

My goal is to host some really great and educational panels this year, make Vio's 21st birthday epic, talk to a lot of new people, take lots of photos, have a great art show and surprise everyone with the project on display there that we've been working really hard on, see a lot of my friends I've had for years and catch up, party, play werewolf, and help this MWFF be one of the best!

Have you noticed that different animal totems come into your life at different times? Have you detected that these times where a new animal enters your life, you notice everything change drastically? From what I gather different animal guides come into our lives to help us see a new perspective, to grow and the overcome our next climb.

What are some of the strong totem/spiritual animal pulls have you had in your life?
How has that animal guide helped you in your daily life?

I'm interested in hearing from any of you of your personal experiences, as this is one of my favorite subjects and one of the main reason I am in the furry fandom.

Hey guys! well things have been goin pretty great in my neck of the woods!
Been getting lots done at work, managed to get some time in with art here and there,
happy home, been loving married life so much too!

Been focusing on a few side projects that I hope will be ready around November/December
and been working on since October last year lmao, cant' wait to share ;)

I had a great time at RMFC last week, it really put me back into the con going spirit <3

Wow so I've been planing to go to rmfc for a couple months now and kinda forgot to tell everyone I'm going! Yep ill be there!

So after spending the last 8 years knowing this amazing guy and going on such an incredible adventure, we are going to become husband and wife <3

We will be leaving to Hawaii next week and stay for about a week. Our ceremony will be at sunset on ka'anapali Beach. We will have the ceremony filmed and my mother thought it should be webcast so I will be sure to share the link around for those who wish to see it (most likely post the link via twitter).

I want thank everyone that has been apart of Skuff and I's lives from our small humble beginnings til his day! And I mean everyone! We have had so many adventures with you, so much fun and learned so much about ourselves and the world!

After I met Skuff and started talking to him in 2005, I decided to name myself "Lucky" because that's exactly what I am. I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful yote in my life ;)

Had so much fun the other week while everyone was at FC, we had a little mini-not at FC party :) I was Trouble and I also was the puppet lol ;)

Ok so not to long ago we made the decision that we are going to be trying to make 100 fursuits this year :) Now along with that we will be posting our costumes mainly on page :) and I will both still post pictures of our own suits and some different shots of some of the custom work we do on my page.

****EDIT : And just for the record we are not cutting corners or quality. It is more than possible to make this amount of costumes in a year if 2 people work full time. Last year we made about 50 costumes with tons of trips and working just under part time. If you think that other fursuit makers are working full time, guess again.*****

haha so I figure I might start posting more journals here on FA land. Twitter has gotten kinda boring for me :)

I have so many ideas swirling in my head for my aerosol canvas work, I just cant wait to get my cans back out and rattling. God I love spray paint so much, its probably dangerous. But its the best media to really express some of the more grungy or violent feelings an artitst can have. As of late I have found that the longer I go without painting, the stranger and scarier my dreams get. I think the art is the best way to make these things go away. The constant to alot of my dreams as well as my paintings if you notice, is this strange wolf-like black monster. I feel that it is most likely my Muse as an artist. There has always been 2 sides to my art, a light and a dark. The light I find to be not as consuming to create as the dark. The dark art almost seems like a necessity to create sometimes. An urgent necessity. After allittle bit more hard work on some of these current costumes I'm helping with at Dont Hug Cacti, I really can't wait to get back to my art. I will be skipping Further Confusion this year as well, this time will really give me the space I need to get back and gathered to myself :)

My question to the artist out there reading this:
When you aren't drawing your fursona, do you have something that comes out of your art on a regular bases that you can't help but to create? Like a muse within your work? If so, what is it? What do you feel like after you've drawn it or written it out?

Ok, before all of my MFF happiness report I do have some news to report of something I was dissapointed with that happened during the con. On Sunday night when everyone was having a great time, someone decided to steal a bunch of t-shirts from the hotel staff. This person also decided to start handing them out to attendants at the con. Me and my friends were handed t-shirts and quickly after he left we realized they were most likely stolen. Funny enough I had made friends with some of the employees at the front desk the night before so I took the stack of shirts from my friends and went down to ask my friend at the front desk if they were stolen...they were. The front desk said they saw the guy who did it and they had already called police. I honestly didn't want our convention to be known as theives so I told them I could track him down and get the t-shirts back myself and bring them back. I found someone who could tell me where he was and headed to the room party quickly. On my way to the room party, the cops we headed to the elevator, they were headed to the room below the correct room, this would give me time to get the shirts back before anyone could get in trouble. I got to the room, sure enough there were a ton of furs wearing shirts...I yelled at everyone of them to quickly get them off including the original thief. We then quickly folded them and ran back to the front desk with about 30 more shirts. The hotel staff pretty much kept begging me to give them a name, the cops asked me as well, but I told them it wouldn't happen again and it was an accident. So my friends and I headed away from the front desk toward our room to maybe wind down from the craziness but then the original theif decided to confront me in the main lobby, in front of staff...I decided to leave when staff surrounded him,it was no longer my problem.

Mff new hotel venue is an excellent and magical set up. My friends and I all agree it was the best con we ever had. Something like this will change their veiw and other nice hotel's veiw on having us with them, or they will treat us crappy. Please respect our convention host's and represent our fandom well at all times. I really can't stress it enough. I'd also appreciate if no names were used from my story. I don't want to get all prechy or anything just seriously, this is all of our fandom, and I don't know about y'all, but I'm prolly gonna be here until I'm old and grey.
