Plain and simple Earth Defense Force 5 is a sequel/reboot of the series and Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain is an Alternate universe where the attacks happened in America and not Japan. Why is thsi important? Because people are SLAMMING EDF: Iron Rain saying it's a shit sequel next to 5 not realizing it's a spin off because the Japanese assume Americans are too stupid to understand why the games are great and made a simplified version with prettier graphics and western FPS mechanics to help them understand.

It's literally the Mystic Quest of the EDF series but if it was done right. Basically you get your brodude roomate to play EDF Iron Rain and then get him into your nerd group to play the other EDF games, that was it's stated purpose that EVERY REVIEWER doesn't seem to understand. EDF5 is the sequel not Iron Rain.

If you didn't agree with something You either talked about it among friends, debated over without assaulting people or screaming random insults and labels at them?

When you judged a game, movie, or book based on the quality of it's content rather than the content itself?

When you didn't agree with the above you just didn't buy it instead of whipping up frenzied hate mobs that go out of their way to assault people or ruin their careers?

Hell Translators have even sad they altered storylinea of the fucking Yakuza games to make them more progressive because they had "problematic elements" and claim that yes it is totally because the values in Japan are changing. No really just ignore all the recent games and media from them that proves we're lying to save face.

Really the only super well known company that seems to be trying to get their games out in the original context is ATLUS and if you watch any kind of gaming news you already know how people are freaking out about the out of context video clip of Catherine: Full Body's many MANY endings. Like seriosuly what has happened with people these days?

What is with this new idea that "trap" is a slur against gender fluid or trans people? I mean as far as I know a straight, gay, bi, trans, cis, genderfluid, etc can be a trap because trapping is just dressing in clothes in the opposite sex specifically to trick the same gender for a sexual thrill. It's a fetish and unlike cuck it's not even one that has been used like an insult. I dunno about anyone else but I've never heard someone get called a trap in a negative light, let alone in rl conversation so i really am confused as to the how and why of this becoming a slur to the point it's ending friendships because it really seems like a hypersensitive internet culture thing just trying to cultivate outrage just to cause problems.

New PC case came in today, and after transferring over I noticed that the Y cable from the other case has snapped off inside my motherboard. After reground I am trying to lose I put everything back together and nothing works. Before it was a lease starting up the power supply in the cooling fan and the hard drive but now I don'
