Posted 3 years agoOk, so Hurricane Ian is coming to Florida, but seems to be heading way south of me, so I should be fine. If you live in the Tampa/Orlando area, duck and cover. Me and my roomie are still getting a solar rechargeable battery station to keep the fridge and my room AC going.

Now, I think I need a Tiefling version of Cheska.

Posted 4 years agoFor some years now, I would almost say a decade, I have loved Tieflings, not the standard D&D Tieflings who all seem to look pretty much the same.
I mean the Tieflings porn in AD&D 3.5 edition and into Pathfinder 1st edition.
These fuckers had style and no two looked the same. That's where my girls came from, Bellari and Rakisha.
Over the years, my girls have gone through changes, Rakisha was inspired by artwork by T.Catt and Bellari evolved from idea fully formed into her own image.
Bellari looks very human save for her horns and tail, if she could hide them with magic, she would be human. Very quiet and devoted to her magic shop, she was only played for a short time, being retired when the game died. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/23942113/
But Rakisha lives in my brain, I played her straight from level 1 to 20 an is my most powerful character. Her first image, while lovely and cool, turned out to be wrong inside my head.. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/21238945/
Fluff, the artist, is not at fault in anyway, the image is as I described it to her. No, I am at fault because Rikisha, for lack of better words, hated it.
Now I am building her image anew in my head and I am taking the long road before I seek another artist to bring her to life once again.

Lamia nerd: Cute Lamia who really enjoys/geeks out over stuff, has lots of books, comics, toys, etc of her favorite things.
Goth mouse: Cheeky goth mouse, trends the tea shops, reviews the newest music, darker than you but friendly because real goths are not pretentious asses.

Half Orc Library Nerd. Wears glasses, loves sweaters, name a book=she knows it.

Posted 5 years agoBack last April, my health took a nose dive, but I am still alive and sort of kicking.
A lump on my Thyroid may have been the culprit.. down side is I can't swallow the needed medication for some reason.. so I will get worse before I can get better.
Then we have Covid-19 and a president who doesn't give a shit about anything but his rep and money.
Well, I am staying inside with a Room mate who has no choice but to risk going to work.
I'm honest here, I hope we get through this, all of us. I really do.. and that's all we can do.. is hope.
I hope you all make it through to the other side of this.

Mine is a liquid diet of walmart Nutritional Shakes, I can't eat solid food.
Because of a stupid mistake over the Holidays, I am gonna be unable to make to my next purchase of food [Jan 15]
Any help you can offer will be awesome, even if it is just passing this message along.

Posted 6 years agoI could have been, but my room mate is made of awesome.
Back in April, some internal organs became a bitch and almost killed me, I spent four weeks in te Hospital, I was not awake four 3 of those and didn't know who the fuck anyone was at first.
It's been 4 months since I have been home and feeling good enough to talk about this.
I can't eat solid food and have lost a lot of weight, even my clothes don't fit anymore..
I am doing good and gettig better each day and hope to be eating solid food soon.
Make sure to follow up on your health, I would miss you if you went away. <3

Posted 7 years agoI am seeing a new therapist next month on the 14th. I hope I can get some help because it's becoming harder and harder to stay positive.
I assure everyone, that I have No thoughts of ever taking my life.
I went down that road once and saw how it shook people up, how badly it scared them, I will not be that cold to my friends and loved ones, or my self.
It's hard, it hurts and I want it to stop, but ending my life is not an answer I will accept any more.. at all.
I love you, my followers and friends too much to hurt you like that..
With that said, can someone post some good jokes, funny stories.. I need some good happy thoughts to hold in my heart.

Cheska is ten years old.
Posted 7 years agoCheska the halfling, created n D&D 3.5 originally, she made the leap into Pathfinder a few months later, now Pathfinder is coming out with it's second edition after 10 years.
To think she would age so very well.
If I can save up some cash, I am thinking she needs an Anniversary picture.
Also means looking at art people doing commissions.
Add to the fact that a friend wants to add his character....
