I've been horrible with keeping my gallery up to date here. Over the last couple of years, Twitter has become my main "hub" so to speak, as well as Patreon and my own website. I'd like to get this gallery up and running again eventually, but there's a lot of catch-up to do.

[Personal] Rest in Peace, Flora
Posted 9 years agoMost of you probably follow me on Twitter and already know this, but I thought I would post a journal here just to explain my short few days of not being around or posting much.
Early last month, our youngest cat, Flora, was diagnosed with lymphoma, a type of cancer in cats. The cancer was very advanced so her chances with chemo were not good at all. We were giving her Prednisone (a steroid) daily, and were told she had 4 - 6 weeks to live.
For awhile she was doing great on the medicine. Her symptoms cleared up and she was her normal self. This past Sunday night though, she started rapidly declining. Monday morning, we rushed her to the vet. We had a hard decision to make, and chose to end her suffering. There was no more we could do. Our other option was a VERY risky procedure that she wasn't likely to even survive. Flora was just over 1 and a half years old. She was taken from us too soon.
I don't like taking off from work unless I absolutely have to, I've taken yesterday and today off to mentally repair and grieve our loss. I caught a cold as well, probably from the stress, so I'm trying to nurse myself back to health quickly. I'll be back and posting art post haste. I want to thank everyone who has given me and Vain_Vurxof love and light privately and on social media. Your kind words and support have meant the world to me, and make this heartbreak just a little easier to bear.
I'm sorry for such a somber and personal post, but I felt the need to share, just so you all would know what is going on.

I am happy to announce I will be ditching Google Docs/Google Forms for my ordering process.
I would frequently get feedback about my ordering process being a tad confusing or intimidating. It is always my goal to optimize and better my process for all of you, to make it as easy and stress-free as can be!
My friend growlbeast on Twitter found these new forms when we were discussing alternatives, and I couldn't be happier. I'm now using Cognito forms.
Before, I had separate forms for each commission type, all different links and on different pages. Now, I'm able to have a single order form that changes based on your selections. The form listens to YOU! You will be able to order multiple pieces of art, art containing 2 characters, etc. with ease!
