So I totally died and regenerated into  daveyote then flew away in a Tardis!

For the people who don't know Doctor Who stuff:

davidasakura simply was too "weaboo". I'll be 21 soon and honestly it's really awkward having a name like that when you don't look the least bit asian. Plus in the past two months a majority of my local friends agreed Coyote was more suiting, so why not do a refresh?

Don't worry, I won't hop accounts. The new one is permanent, even if I decide Coyote isn't me down the line(which is unlikely given how well it seems to fit my personality.)

I have no clue. Maybe it's the fact that I've gotten the hang of Brushes or something but I've put out more stuff in the last week than I do in a month.

I think it also has something to do with my awesome little circle of friends, specially  delsol since he does a good bit of critique'ing for me!

Inception was great, definitely one of my new favorite movies, gonna have to rewatch it a few times.

I somehow screwed up a few muscles in my leg x_x and of course my mom being a mom just had to force me to go see my doctor whom just gave me some pain pills for the flares of pain and told me to just stay off my leg for as much as I can while it fixes itself.

I need ideas for new stuff to draw! I know I wanna do more Worgen-esque things, but with new models for them added that can't really be used in a 3d model viewer yet I have to wait so I can do it justice.

I really wanna make the Vulpe Worgen pic look nice and flat colors and some crappy shadows wont do it justice! If anyone knows of some really informative tutorials on making fur look nice, I'd appreciate it! Especially if they are idiot proof, since I'm an idiot...


I also mood a lot of stuff to scraps, cause a majority of it was a major eyesore :|

Been to the hospital twice in 24 hours cause mom's got one hell of a pink eye infection and her neck is acting up still(after the car wreck in early February.). Drivers in Washington fucking suck, they go too slow or ride your ass and get pissy, so the drive to Madigan on Ft. Lewis was simply DELIGHTFUL.

On the positive, while there I did gestures and holy fuck was it nightmare mode. The longest someone kept a pose was 18 or so seconds, at first it was just batshit crazy but I got it down pretty well so I'm happy! Felt pretty awesome sitting there scribbling there with people commenting on how quickly I could do figures :)

Finished Out of Position by Kyell Gold! I'd almost argue I like it more than Waterways, if only because OoP really does deal with College and afterwards, whereas Waterways was more Highschool and life after... And I'm about to get into college.

Anyhoo... Still alive, got several sketches sitting around, I know I've been lazy as fuck D: I need to just get things with my ma worked out so she's fine, then I'm telling everyone else to sod off for a week so I can get shit done.

Also Bellfurs was awesome this weekend, spent most of it hangin with  lykanthrope  kumowolf  jacq  thewhitefalcon and  ratherdashing plus other cool peeps like Kaji :U

Sometimes that program REALLY throws a pose from hell at you, like someone laying down with so much foreshortening and perspective going on that the only thing you can do is scribble madly and hope something makes sense...

I love this. I'd post the stuff but really it's nothing post-worthy and some days are better than others.

And I wanna go to Levenworth with  lykanthrope this weekend D: Beer, awesome brotwurst and other things? Hell yes!

Umm.. Update on life?

Saw Avatar in 3d, was good, ended up getting hurrr delayed on a debt to a certain awesome artist even further(Thanks Tia, Chase, you guys just seem to ALWAYS need cash huh?) thankfully she doesn't mind the delay.

Looking for a new job, the one I have now is okay but it barely covers the bills I do pay because we're so over-staffed(I wonder if there will be any job cuts in 2010 just to piss people off further!)

But all in all life is going okay for now, and being Christmas Eve I can only hope it stays that way!

I do has art stuffs, though lack of computer time means I can't ink and color it! D:

It seems with Christmas and other fantastic holidays quickly arriving, I'm running out of time to work on things digitally in peace! Someone is on leave till January as he goes to Afghanistan then, so the computer that I've been sharing for a bit is mostly taken over by him.(And used to play nothing but WoW.... how does he not get burnt out on it?!)

So I'm trying to figure out a way to get more time to myself for drawing so I can finish the 3 or so images that have been saying "FINISH ME. FINE TUNE ME." Maybe I can go live under  lykanthrope 's bed and abuse his computer while he's at work.

So yar... As much as I hate it, I won't be posting too much this week or next, though maybe I'll find a way to do a quick sketch or two to make up for it!

Thanksgiving was great, I already gushed about it on Twatter so I'll spare you guys the mooshy details.

I have art done...! Well sort of, the Dobie and Dingo twin pics are more or less done minus some extra shading and muscle adjustments, I also have 2 more pictures nearing completion and plenty of sketches!

I'm temporarily at my sisters place in Lacey to help with her kids while her husband is away for a week thanks to the Army. So while she goes to work I keep an eye on my youngest nephew till the others get home from school. So because of this no digital stuff... Buuut I have been sketchin up a storm, particulary working on muscle and of course making bodies look less constructed... The Posemaniacs app is god tier in terms of useful.

Anyhoo... Possibly Tuesday I can post stuff!

Anyhoo, figured I'd make another journal just to give a random status update(And kudos if you know what song those lyrics are from.)

I got a pretty bad injury last night, was carrying something up the stairs and on my side of them as I got into the hallway I brushed up against an expose sharp section of the stairway and... Left quite a trail of blood. Doing fine now, was just some annoying burning pain for an hour or two after.

Kinda slowed down with sketches, I feel bad since for a while I was doing 2-3 a day(And I haven't posted most of em!) but now I just work on coloring or inking... I'm trying to get the Dingo twin done, same with the Dobie. I also did another amusing doodle for myself that I'll post later.

Sunday had a temp that went from 101 to near 104 and threatened to beat my face in. Still feeling some mild shit like an ear infection now(Fluid built up in there, yay! Come out you fucker.) and sleeping so much during that has made me... Not sleep. I got 2 hours earlier but I can't sleep anymore. Fark.

The picture of  docmarcus wont display which sucks, gonna re-upload it in the morning with another gesture drawing if I don't force myself to try sleeping. Missed Hell's Kitchen last night so I'm kinda in a pissy mood over that...

So I guess it's time to pop some pills(Sorry House, but I make your vicodin kick look like child's play.) and try to crank out more stuff while I have a quiet night... Anyone got any good trance music I can get lost in for oh.... 6 hours?

Spent a majority of my time with  chestnuts and  lykanthrope along with all sorts of other people! I'd love to put in a wall of text about the con, but I'll save that for another time.

I just FINALLY got home and I am soooooo out of it. Also the two people mentioned above got me drunk and made me get involved in stupid shenanigans!

The app IM+ for iPhones and iPods seems to have become a glitchy bastard. It deleted a few friends from a list and I can't figure out who was removed. I re added a few friends I could recall.

If you're someone I talk to often and I don't message you for a few days, message me incase you've been removed! If this is indeed a problem that'll repeat itself, I'm gonna switch to something else.

So I've done quite a few sketches and came up with a stupidly obvious way to making them show up on my scanner...

GO OVER THEM IN BLACK LEAD AND THEN SCAN THEM!

Who would have thought there would be such a simple solution? So on Monday I'm gonna scan a few in, ink em, and then hopefully post them if I have time.
