I am still having trouble getting used to the new keyboard placement. It's a really nice set up, though. I do like the touch screen it comes with, though.

It's like my laptop has smartphone controls...

Anyone got suggestions on what to do? I mean, it's probably just gonna be another friday for me, but with cake, but other than that, dunno...

Making more of my spinach puffs (as can be seen here http://www.furaffinity.net/full/12336662/ , made them before). First batch slightly overcooked, second batch came out perfect... Gotta cook it at a lower temp than the package says, it seems.

Beyond that... Playing the new pokemon game, went Rowlet this time. Archer Birb :3 If anyone who watches me plays, I do competitive breeding as a hobby, though if you want me to breed you up something, you gotta train it yourself.

Yesterday was my birthday, sorry for not announcing it ahead of time for those who like to wish folks a happy one, but was a pretty busy birthday. Nothing spectacular, was just pleasant all the same. Lemon and Creme Mousse cake for the curious, though a friend insisted on getting a chocolate silk pie too, in case anyone didn't feel like they wanted cake.

Just thought I'd share, still wondering what I'm gonna do after the usual tuesday hangout.

Hitting level 27, I'm no worse off than I was this time last year, things have changed in regards to my friends but they're all doing okay too, so... It's been a good year, past few days notwithstanding.

For those of you who wanna do anything for me, I request only one thing, since the stuff I would feel materialistic about should be tended to with birthday money and friends who know me well enough to know the stuff I'd like... That one thing is: Come up with your own Vael or Regatt breeds, like Luprand did a long while ago, hehe. I have examples in my gallery, though if you need a more clear premise as to what they are, just leave a comment.

Laptop pretty much ate itself. Lost so much music and art and various other things... So, now I gotta go about digging up passwords and shit like that for many sites and programs as I have to re-download so many things, as well as deal with the fact that some things I've bought in the past I can no longer re-download thanks to there being a time limit on them.

That, and my laptop is now a permanent home-fixture since unplugging it has high risk of system wiping again.

EDIT: Turns out, also completely lost access to my DeviantArt account... So, if you wanna see anything from me on DeviantArt (if I ever finish anything again), I'm on my old "club" account there now, Colves. Yeah...

Like when one of my friends got me Dynasty Warriors for the PSP. Wasn't a fan of the series but I still had fun playing it. Probably more than I would have if I got it for myself.

I found a lovely little animation featuring music from a group I've loved since running into them through an older animation from this same artist. Two years ago, they made more and more people aware of the group with a lovely and fun vid featuring characters from Phoenix Wright, and a little more than a month ago they gave us...

Was doing my usual hang-out with friends for late-night role-playing, Super Hero campaign...

When suddenly one of the other game-store patrons runs back in from going to check his car asking for the fire extinguisher.

Next thing I know, everyone's moving their vehicles away from the one that just suddenly started on fire (from the back seat no less) and people are struggling to get shit out of the car before it starts blazing, dropping bucket after bucket of water on the mess in an attempt to keep it down long enough for the fire department to show up.

Having it happen not even fifty feet from the spot we were sitting was kinda killing our need for sleep, and making everything just feel... wrong. I mean, I know this kinda shit happens, but how it happened means someone deliberately tossed something flammable into his back seat, and the fact it happened somewhere I usually feel really safe just because of the local people and the fact it's a family-run store has me a little unnerved.

They guy's alright, thankfully, horribly shaken from this (understandable, of course. Who wouldn't be, right?) But he said he was going to be okay... He has insurance, he only lost a portion of his MTG collection, and his $600+ of war-game miniatures were in the store still.

Everything just feels off now thanks to this incident. Especially since it happened so early on Thanksgiving.

"Oh gods ow, ow, I just stepped on a sword!"

Side note, it was just a nerf sword, so I'm fine, just caught off guard.
