Alright, it's been bugging me.
My left eyelid has been twitching CONSTANTLY for the past week, and I can't get it to stop. Every now and again, it will start up, then stop on its on accord.
I've been told that it happens because I don't get enough sleep.

Wargh. I'm never gonna get around to actually doing a summary of my vacation. I may do sumthin short or something here soon.

As for right now, I want to share a video with you guys. It's a trailer for a game called Battlefield: Heroes.
It's by the same people who made the other Battlefield games (1942, Vietnam, 2, 2142). But this one's different in the way that it's a FREE CARTOON SHOOTER.
Yes, you heard me.
It's a free game.
Basically EA's free version of Team Fortress 2.
I mean, seriously.
If you go here and watch the trailer, you'll notice that the graphics look exactly the same as TF2.
But considering how successful the Battlefield franchise and TF2 have been, something tells me that no matter how cartoony or goofy this game will be, it will still be a great game to play. Just watch the trailer. They did an awesome job with portraying the goofiness of it.
And that's coming from a guy who hates cartoony games. =)

Actually, I'm back a few hours earlier than I should be. We made good time!
So yeah. I'm back from the Florida trip. Had one hell of a good time there, and my sense of time has been completely disoriented and destroyed. O.o;
I'm tired as crap, though, so I'm going to bed early.
But it's good to be home, even though I miss Florida already. =/
And I missed you guys. The hotel room / condo didn't have (effective) wireless, so I was deprived of my internets for a week. =C

But aye, the time for Spring vacation has arrived! And so, I'm goin with mah mate and her parents to DISNEY WORLD (8D) in Fladida-- er, Florida.
Will be gone from tomorrow to the following Saturday-- as in eight daaaaayyyyyyzzzzzzzz of awesomeness~

In other news, I have this huge gash, about an inch or so wide, in my thumb-knuckle from when I was carrying this chair from Tuesday evening. Somehow it got caught on my thumb, so when I carried it over my shoulder, it decided to bite me. And owch. It hurts. Though it looks worse than it really is. O..o
In even more other news, the Towel Fix did not work on my 360. Time to ship it in. T..T

Well, it happened again.
After hearing that Laura will be online with her boyfriend tonight, I was like, "Sweet! I'm so gettin' on." But since I have orchestra rehearsal, I could only be on for a short while, until 5-ish. So I get home, turn on my 360 in hopes that they are online. They aren't, so I start up Halo 3 to mess around for a bit.
And it freezes at the menu screen. I'm like, "WTF! Nobody told me it would freeze there!" So I shut it down, start it back up again, and this time it freezes at the dashboard. So I shut it down again.
This time, the screen stays blank, but the power is still on. And I'm like "WT<i>F</i>! Nobody told me it would die there!"
And then the Red Ring of Death appears. Again.
MICROSOFT. Go f'ckin die.

Ah, yes. For those of you who have seen the submission, yes, it's true. Fal is now officially the father of three wonderful little ones-- two boys and one girl. <3
(For those who get reality mixed up with fantasy, I don't mean me myself. =P)
This is really the coming-about of  zophia, since she drew the hatchlings initially (out of free will, even! She's so nice. :3). So she is to thank. However, the picture she drew spurred my mate to give our three little ones official refsheets, which are almost completely done, actually. We have yet to name them. ^..^
I feel so happy... I mean, he's a father! I feel like Fal has suddenly become older and much more mature, like he has grown. And in turn, I feel like I have grown myself, since I feel there is an attachment between us.

Additionally, I wanted to ask a question to all you XBox LIVE users.
Just the other day, there was an update for the dashboard. Now, when I created my gamertag, I used a different Live ID than my MSN ID. I know that in the past, you could not change your gamertag Live ID at all.
I was wondering if, with the recent update, it was possible to do so? I've read on the GameSpot forum that someone said it was now possible, and others agreed with him. But apparently I'm not looking hard enough.
Any assistance? =/

Band season's almost over...! AUGH. I LOVE IT, BUT I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO BE OVER.
This Saturday, we're going to be at CoC (no, not "cock"; "Contest of Champions"... n00bs). And we are SO getting first place.

Then, after that, that's it for marching band. However, I'm going to be auditioning for my county's youth orchestra this coming Sunday, so wheee~ I'll still be musical!

WHYYYY-HY-HYYYYYYYY???????????
OH MY GOD I WANT TO CRY.
Okay, so I beat Halo 3 last Thursday, and got to see the ending + special "I'm going to float towards that giant orb thing in the sky" legendary ending, and wow. I was bawling. Crying my eyes out. More tears flowed down my face than a baby's.
Am I just weird for doing so? I mean, for one, Johnson is dead. For two, Miranda is dead. And for three, MASTER CHIEF IS FRIGGIN STRANDED IN DEEP WHO-KNOWS-EFFIN-WHERE SPACE!
When I saw the cutscene with Lord Hood commemorating the fallen ones, I got all boohoo-ish, but then when I saw the 117 carved onto whatever that was (looked like the tailfin to a plane to me), I thought, "Oh my God. He's dead. Gone. The legend. Whom everyone came to know and love. The ONE BEING who CAN'T DIE is GONE!" and busted out crying.
And then Bungie went all, "Let's make them think he's dead, but show them that he's only stuck in deep space with almost no hope of returning home!"
SCREW YOU BUNGIE, DAMMIT. AAAUGH. Now I can't wait for whatever Peter Jackson is working on. AND I'M SO SAD. MASTER CHIEF, NOOOOO!
But really, that made me so insanely sad, but yet happy at the same time. MC risked his life countless times to bring peace to the known universe. And it almost seems like he can't get back.
Please include MC in whatever new trilogy is in the works so we know he survived, Bungie! D=

HOLY COW.
I'm lazy.
FWAH. I AM ALIVE. Yes, hoohah! Those of you who wish I no longer exist, woe unto you! >=3
Ah, okay, to the point. Yes, I am actually alive and have been back from the Virginia trip, as mentioned in my last journal, for a while. School has already started, and has been enjoyable for the most part so far. To tell the truth, it's kind of hard to believe we're already done with half of the 9 weeks so far. O.o
Ah, but yes, the Virginia trip was insane. It just flat out ROCKED. Not just because Riko was there. Wheeeeee, Busch Gardens... :D
So yeah, the school year is going well so far. As for band, however, it's been going on since summer, and it's been heading somewhat down a winding hill. Band camp was amazing, better than it's ever been, but since then, we have had.... oh, I'd say maybe a maximum of 5 good practices. And we've been practicing every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for two hours each.
It's just that there are those students (READ: mostly freshmen and sophomores) who don't understand that you actually have to WORK. It's not "rainbows and butterflies", to quote Riko. =3
Also, I haven't really had any inspiration for music or whatnot. I've had a couple of ideas, but it seems like my license for Cubase ran out again. I swear, it's like it's based on a timing system, not usage.
Ah, but I'm going to try to get around that, if not get it fixed, and work on something.
Oh, also, I've been considering getting a few of my friends over and doing a cover of some alternative songs, like ones by Relient K, Yellowcard, TBS, etc.
Ohohoh! I have my LEGENDARY EDITION of Halo 3 reserved!!! WOOOOOOOOO~!!

Oh! I got a new sword in Virginny. I have pikchurs of it that are coming soon.

Well, school is starting up for me on Monday, so half of my free time will be gone from then on. Blargh.
The upside is that this year, I'm taking classes that I want to take, so it won't be as bad. And the marching band is going to kick SO MUCH ASS.
And Riko will be in four of my classes! That fact alone makes me want to go to school. =3
Ah, wow, I swear, my love for her increases by the day. I never thought that would be possible, but I guess I was wrong.
And thank goodness I was wrong.

-Saturday, August 4th-

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Band camp was AWESOME. And my legs are sunburnt! But I have an awesome tan(line)! WOOOOOT.
So yeah, I brought my 360 and Halo 2, and we gamed it up in our room with 2 TVs, 2 360s, another room with the same thing, and then get this:
Our brand new director brought his 360, and he, the drill writer, and one of the section leaders hooked up with us. Holy crap, it was awesome.
Of course, those were all at night. During the day, we did non-stop marching in the blazing heat that felt like over 100 degrees, under the hot sun, sweat coming out of every orifice possible (and more). I am literally speechless at how so few people had to sit out because of how hot it was.
No, really, this is the kind of heat that is dangerous, and we survived it. It's like Hell, only three times worse, as I was informed. BUT IT ROCKED. And I am back. Hai guys. I'll be checkin dem messagez soon. :D
In more current news, I just heard that skateboarder Jake Brown fell from a 72-foot jump at the X-Games this week, and survived. Reach your heart out to him, folks; he's recovering, but he literally cheated death.

Also in recent news, a bridge in Mississippi collapsed during rush hour on Thursday. Seven people were killed, and who knows how many more injured or trapped. They need your thoughts as well, folks. Read more about it at CNN here.

Heyo! It's that time of the year again!

Band Camp is coming up THIS WEEK (WHOO! xDD), from Tuesday to Saturday. We will be leaving Tuesday morning, and will not return until Saturday. We being my lovemuffin Riko and I, of course. <3 x3
Our new director will be giving us an entirely different practicing style than our older one did, so it will be fun, hardcore, and we will kick some total ass. Also, I'm bringing my 360, but since the place we're staying at supposedly has crappy internet (so said the students who brought their systems last year), I doubt I'll be online hardly at all. And since I don't have a laptop, the chances of me being online are even less.
So this is when I say my goodbyes until Saturday.
Oh, and if you can, give a very, VERY warm good-bye to IndoGralleon... he's heading off to fight in the army, and we all know how dangerous that is.

I used to play Battlefield 2 a lot. It's been a while since I have, but I never uninstalled it.
And, out of the hundreds of full-system virus scans I've gone through with AVG, I've never seen this before:
