Hey guys! Whats up!? Kinda disappeared for a couple of years, huh? :3

Everything has been going great since I graduated. I've been following on personal projects, had a job, no family issues, no money issues. Well, until now, that is. I recently lost my job, and am without one until further notice, so I decided to hop back in here and see if people still have interest in my artwork! I'm going to have to start slow, with simple work like my latest submission, but if I see interest, I'll probably open up for full color in the future!

My computer will take one or two more days to arrive and once I get it Im gonna crank out my remaining commissions. I'm really sorry for taking so long on them and i feel horrible for making you guys wait. Youve been more than good to me and havnt complained, so ill try to make it up to you once im done with everything I owe. These past few weeks have been hell on earth, but I'm glad im done with school.

On another note, I wont be accepting any commissions until further notice, and im sorry to say but I wont be as active posting here on FA. I'm not leaving, but I wont be drawing as much 'furry' as I used to, if that at all. I'm researching the job market for Graphic Design/Illustration and Im gonna be busy as it is with any work I find.

Well, my dad called up last night saying that he bought me a flight to head home tonight for mothers day weekend! :D I cant wait to get back home to Puerto Rico, but I'm afraid I wont be able to work on your commissions till I return. Sadly, my laptop is old and obsolete to this point, and painting in photoshop isn't an option, much less in painter D:

I will, however, continue roughing and sketching the few I have left to do so, and once I get back to where my desktop is we're back in business.

I understand you guys spent money on my artwork, and you WILL receive it, but please understand I haven't seen my family and friends in months, and I was really happy when my dad called with the news. Also, I've been working really hard on my portfolio/website, and I've had hard drive problems as well. At one point, i had to rescan over 300 sketchbook pages, which was a pain D:

Again, I'm sorry I'm taking so long, but they will get done asap as soon as I return next week from my trip.

After talking with a few people, I've decided I need to raise my prices. The amount of hours I spend on each drawing barely compares to a minimum salary here in Florida. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I gotta eat, right? :P

I need to work on my digital color so I'm only offering these for the time being. They are first come first serve, so the first two people that want one, and posts here, will get it.

Note: I'm always improving. If you see an augment in detail, it doesn't mean I didn't like my past commissions/put less effort on them. I got some nasty notes when I posted the the example picture back in January that I didn't like at all, so just keep that in mind. And its not just me, every artist improves over time.

Besides, I had a good run with sketches not so long ago, and I wanna keep using my new tablet :)

Yup. I'm 23. Time passes way too damned fast in college lol. I think im gonna stay in, grab a couple of beers and just draw :)

I finally managed to clean up my gallery, maybe now its a bit more presentable. It was overflowing with sketches and OC doodles and stuff.

Basically, everything I considered extremely old (marked as old), anything thats pencil on paper, Lineart with a few exceptions, and photos and shit went straight to scraps.

NOTE: THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DELETED WAS THE AUCTION PROMO COLLAGE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN SCRAPS. Whether it was a commission or a gift, and you find it in scraps, dont be offended. Scraps is better than it being deleted.

In anycase, i think its better for me and for the people who come and see my gallery. No one wants to be bombarded with sketches when they enter an art gallery, unless if its in a sketchbook. Think of scraps as my furry sketchbook. :D

So, today I get the damned scanner back (FIXED), finally... So i will scan and upload the sketches from last round. Don't worry Tobi, I have your sketch for approval also. :)

A bit of bad news tho, my external drive, where I keep all my files, has been damaged. The drive's USB port broke off from the board, so there's no way to connect it. Its under warranty, but they dont cover file recovery and/or transfers, so im just gonna dismantle it and but an external enclosure; luckily, the drive itself is intact. Also, I think im getting a second external as a backup, not an extension., so hopefully during break ill be able to do that.

Sorry to the people who have asked for the high-res via email, but again, my files are stuck on the external so its gonna have to wait till I can get it connected.

Another deal is im headed back home for Christmas break! Yeehaw! I cant wait to finish this quarter, its been too fucking stressful. The downside to this, is that I wont have a good computer to work with. My laptop is running smoothly after reinstall tho, so I might just get Photoshop installed. We'll see.

I want to thank everyone that has watched/faved my submissions. I havnt had the time to properly thank you guys for the awesome support, and i'm trying to answer everyone that has noted/commented, but my browsing time has been cut. I stopped gaming also, cancelled my WoW account, and classes have been getting really hard. I have 30x40in paintings due, vector and bitmap illustrations and designs to do, character sheets and sketches... The workload is getting heavy. On the plus side, Im graduating (FINALLY!) in June! So hopefully ill be able to pull through, its really the only thing stopping me from taking a break from 5 classes every 3 months. 2 more quarters and a half to go! *wheeze*

As to what im offering, im sorry to say I cant take anything inked or colored. It takes too much time away from schoolwork, and then I just feel horrible for making people wait, so I just wont.

Well, life has been hectic lately. A full load of classes and a weekend job, which if it continues as it is im gonna have to quit. Douchebag from the night shift stole $600 and got fired, leaving me to take over. Why? Cuz theyre cheap bastards who wont take someone else in. Ive been working there for a year and a half to 2 years, and im goddamned tired of standing behind that freaking counter. I even have to hide in order to draw cuz they wont let me, not even if theres absolutely no one coming into the store. Nightshift... tonight we got 20 customers maximum in 8 hours. Its lonely, boring, and sure the money is good, but it sucks.

Money. Heres that question coming up. My friend has been telling me to quit and do art in place of my job. Take commissions for food and stuff. I have loans and such that take care of savings and school, so that wont be a problem, and the money from work goes straight to needs and pleasure.

Question is: If I were to take commissions full time (apart from school) would you guys be interested? I understand I dont have a waiting list like some of the more popular artists, but i do need a steady weekly income. My job now gives me roughly $120 a week. I think 5 - 6 commissions a week will cover that, and thats fine. And with school going out the window in a year when I graduate, im going to need some practice, and experience, dealing with customers and the such. Illustration is a very competitive area of work, and it requires a lot of practice, skill and dedication. Lately, i havnt been doing that since my job takes alot of my free time.

To my current commissioners, I have to say I am very sorry for the delay. Ill understand if youre eager to see, and i have some sketches out ill need to scan, ill show them as soon as i can. Please please please be patient, i havnt forgotten and Im trying to do them as quickly as I can.

Please reply! Sure money isnt the most important thing in the world but its whats gonna get me to AC and its what gonna get me a new computer! For more ART! :D So please lemme know what you think about my current prices, you can see them in my last journal.

I happen to have a couple of free days ahead of me and I want to get some artwork done during those days. I've dropped down my prices a bit to see if that gets me rolling.

My computer is slowly but surely dying on me and everytime I run photoshop and other art programs it gets more annoying and laggy. I need to get some savings to my name so ill hopefully be able to build a new computer by the summer. Also, AC is just around the corner! Gotta have some cash on me for that also.
