He's a single dad of two beautiful little girls. This man has gone through his fair share of messed up crap and now this.
His mother has been battling Multiple Myeloma, which is a rare form of cancer, for the past 10 years now. He moved out of state to help her. But she is in the final stages and it is down to just making her comfortable now. Her benefits have paid for the care for the most part, but they won't cover her final experiences (funeral and all that).
If you are able, could you help out? Even if it is just getting the word out. I would greatly appreciate it, and I know he would too. Thank you.

Posted 7 years agoIt would seem that alot of people are having trouble commissioning artist about breast sizes for their female characters. Well 
has made this very useful little chart to show how breast sizes should look, that is realistic to their actual size in the real world.
She has however not included a DDD size. So for those of us in the United States, here is a little information to help us better decide.
In the US system, a DD can also be an E. A DDD can also be an E, or an F. Some companies skip E altogether. What cup size is labeled what is largely up to the company that makes the bra, with only a little standardizing between the many companies in the US. In the UK system, there is no DDD.
So the best way to use this would probably be to tell them somewhere between an E and an F. Or just flat out use an E or an F.

Posted 7 years agoFor those of you who do not know, my children were involved in a very serious bus accident Monday, on their way home from school. They are about as fine as can be expected, just some deep bruising and a little swelling. However, the little girl who was in the seat next to my daughter was ejected from the bus, and passed away Tuesday morning at 1 am from her injuries. This little girl was the same age as my daughter and was her friend. So as you can imagine she is really going through a tough spot.
You never realize how afraid you can be, or how much of an impact that fear can have on you, until you become a parent and your child is in an accident. Especially when had there been one little change, it could have meant the life of one of your children. It's a numbing, almost crippling fear. Thankfully by someone's grace, I am managing to not be crippled by this fear and to continue to function. However at this point, I am not very certain if it is actually me doing any of this, or if it is just a robotic, going through the motions kinda thing.
This is a situation, and a fear, that I sincerely hope no parent has to ever go through. And I have a new found respect for the strength these parents who have ever gone through this.
And the worst thing is all the "What Ifs", the unanswered questions and the utter feelings of helplessness as you watch your child try to process what happened and what they saw, as you know that there isn't much, if anything, that you can do to make things alright again. The counselor at the school urged me to try and focus on all of the positive things. Being a realist with bipolar disorder, this is a very difficult thing for me to deal with. While I am attempting to not dwell on the negatives and the what ifs, I can not completely ignore them and not look at all the sides of the situation from every possible angle. Complete with all the conflicting emotions, from being thankful that it wasn't your child, to feeling a crippling horrible for thinking such things, even though you know that it is only human, and as a result beating yourself up about said feelings.Help Her Afford An Urn

Posted 8 years agoBy the time I get done posting this, it will officially be my birthday. I turn 30 today. I am not really sure how I feel about this.
I will be spending the day with my children as my hubby can not be home to spend it with as well. I have to make tea for everyone in the morning and eventually go to Walmart to pick up some things.
My children are going be making me a birthday cake (I will be helping with the filling and base icing coat). They are making me a Caramel Apple two layer cake, filled with Apple pie and drizzled caramel sauce (which I will actually be making homemade for the first time), iced in a fluffy vanilla marshmallow frosting, with pink and green cookie icing decorations. If all goes well it shold taste pretty good. (Note this is the first time attempting such a cake)
Not sure what else we will be doing, but the day is just gonna be kinda lazy until dinner time.Icon Issues
Posted 8 years agoI am having an issue getting my icon to appear in my gallery posts. It shows up on my profile, and in the avatar management area, but it does not show my icon in any of my gallery posts (where I have added : Insanity_OverkillIcon: without the space of course). But if you click the little square that does appear, it takes you to my profile. Does anyone have any clue why this isn't working. I have tried it every way I can think of, but it is still not showing up.And apparently it isn't working here either..... But it does show up when I do a Shout.New Year New Me
Posted 8 years agoSo this is my new profile, I will be using this one from now on. I figured it's a new year and it's time for some changes. I turn 30 in 2 days after all.
Now, many of you may wonder why I decided to change from my old one. Well since I am starting to get new characters, and I have all of my family's on here as well, I felt it was not right to have one of my fursona's names as my user ID. That and the name hit me last night, and I just ran with it. LOL That's the bipolar kicking in for ya.
I have transferred everything from all of my stuff to that new email now as well. This way everything is linked to the one, and all in one place. I have to keep one of my old ones because I play a game on the phone called Ingress, and my account on there is linked to that email (needless to say you can not change an email linked to an account).
It is also linked to me personally. For the first time in 5-6 years there is something with my real name surfacing online. So if you get anything from a Beverly Pannell or Beverly Pugh, that is me. (Note I do not really care for my real name, hence the Amy on my profile)
Also I would like to apologize to everyone watching me! I am trying to get this new profile set up, so I am spamming everyone with uploads atm. I promise once I am finished, there will not be as many uploads.
I hope everyone's year turns out to be everything you hoped it would be.
