Any and all help to spread my gofundme or my journal would be helpful. They want to ship me out of here to some where else soon for better accommodations. The copays are coming up next week. Was able to pay off one of the several that need to be handled thanks to the donations so far. Got an ultrasound and stuff done today also to double check on my liver from the wilson's disease also.

Emergency! Sarah_Furry in Dire Straits
Posted 9 years agoHello, everyone! If you can spare a moment of your time, could you go visit
sarah_furry 's page?
She's having a hard time of it lately and could use the extra help.
She's also got a cute corgi fursuit up for sale! It looks great, so if you'd be able to afford it, maybe you might want to buy?
Here's a link to one of her latest journals: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7682712/

Post-AC update! Con crud, Pokemon Go, and nuked journals
Posted 9 years agoHey, all! How are you all doing? Hope you've all been well!
So, came back from Anthrocon on Monday. It was a really fun con, though I wish I had gotten more time to do the things I wanted. Still, I had a smile on my face for most of the weekend, which is much different from my daily life. Ate a lot of tasty food (the pierogis at TenPenny are amazing!), bought some neat knick-knacks and got some hugs from cute fursuiters. Wish I had found my camera in time for the fursuit parade; didn't find it until we were packing up to leave. Still, fun time had by all.
Unfortunately, when I got home, my throat began to ache. A day later, A cold developed. Hooray, con crud. -.- Been attacking it non-stop with OTC medicine, fluids and tissues galore. Gonna try to get a doctor's appointment for Friday, so I can get some proper medicine. Other than that and pushing through working, all I can really do is rest. :/
So! How about that Pokémon Go? It looks pretty good, but I'm still a bit iffy on getting it. Read a few reviews on the download page and they did not have many good things to say. Plus, the thought of micro transactions in my Pokémon games makes me feel...yeuch. Any of my watchers played it yet?
One last thing: I finally nuked all my journals! 10,000 journals in a year, and I just had to do it. I hope I didn't miss out on anything important in them; if there's something I ought to know that was in one of them, please say something down in the comments below!
Love you all! Peace! ^.^

50 Watchers! Whoo!
Posted 9 years agoHoly crap, I just noticed I had 50 subscribers! Thank you all! I hope you've all enjoyed watching me, looking at my commissioned artwork and reading my dumbass journals!
I've had nothing planned for this; I was busy packing for Anthrocon (second year!) and decided I'd look at my FA for a bit, and lo and behold, I saw a 50 count on my watchers!
If anyone has any ideas as to what I should do for this occasion, please leave a comment! Would you like to be in a commission with me? Maybe we could game together on a stream or something! I dunno... XP
Thank you everyone, and I hope to see you at Anthrocon! <3

Posted 9 years agoSo. I was about to head to bed on my last vacation day off. When I saw in my Facebook news feed that...
The Steam Summer Sale has started! Now say it with me...
STEAM SUMMER SALE!
STEAM SUMMER SALE!
STEAM SUMMER SALE!....which is also happening all throughout Antrhocon weekend...Shit!
Seriously, from June 24th to July 4th, pray that your wallets don't empty as you dump hundreds of your hard-earned dollars buying tons of games, 90% of them you won't get around to playing! Hurray!
Still, I have to ask...Are you ready for a miracle?

TMI Thursday!! Ask me anything!
Posted 9 years agoYeah, I know it's supposed to be TMI Tuesday, but there's more than one day that begins with the letter "t", okay?! So, we're doing it now!
Go ahead and post a question and I'll try to answer it as truthfully as I can! Interested in seeing what all my watchers' questions might be...
Also, yes, I immediately regret this, seeing as how it replaces my "Yogurt Addiction PSA" journal that was on my page. XP

PSA: Yogurt addiction
Posted 9 years agoHello, friends. Today, I'd like to talk to you about an issue that is near and dear to my heart. The issue I'd like to talk about is, indeed, about yogurt addiction.
Yogurt addiction?, you say. What's that? Sounds stupid. Well, young one, I'm here to tell you it's no joke. Allow me to tell you about yogurt addiction, also known as the sweet dairy killer of the supermarket.
Sure, it starts out innocent enough. You and your friends are having fun, drinking Danimals and thinking, "What's the harm in having one more?" But next thing you know, it's 3 a.m. and you're searching for your next creamy fix. Before you know it, you're behind the local supermarket playing high-stakes jacks for just a spoonful of Yoplait from your "dairy daddy". Then, you're dragging yourself into a clinic and begging for some relief, but they only give you a teaspoon of light cream just to get by.
You find yourself at rock-bottom licking pink residue out of an Oikos cup you found in a public trashcan, and you break down and wonder where it all went wrong. One 12-step program later, and you're in front of an auditorium full of middle schoolers tearfully recounting the tale of how you beat a hobo to death for a Gogurt--nay!--half a Gogurt.
You've all seen the PSAs: a father looks under his son's bed and finds a Jimmy Hendrix vinyl and a jumbo tub of Chobani, just as his son walks in from his day at school. the father cries out, "How did you get this? Who taught you how to use this?!" only for the son to blurt out: "You, okay?! I learned about it by watching you!"
Maybe you roll your eyes at such. But let me ask you this: do you know what your teens are doing right now? Surely they're at home, doing their advanced trigonometry homework like good boys and girls. But what if I told you that right now, they're tearing through the house, trying to find their next sweet, creamy fix. They'll check the medicine cabinet, sure, but nothing in those bottles has that fruit-on-the-bottom high they crave so much.
Who knows, maybe they'll try to make their own. If it's such a problem, it must be too easy to acquire. But did you know every 7 out of 10 yogurt labs are so unstable, they explode? About 34 homemade dairy churners light up a quiet suburban neighborhood every month, shattering the peace forever in an eruption of flame and high fructose corn syrup. Is that charred blood on Billy's class ring? Or is it...strawberry?
Friends, speak up if you notice your friends or family members exhibit any of the following symptoms: general lethargy/apathy, a glazed look in the eyes, bits of off-white substance on or around the mouth, an obsession with John Stamos, mild to severe lactose intolerance, or asking about going to the store over and over again. Seek help immediately, and together, we can save your loved ones from the creamy madness. Together, we can put down the spoon for good. Thank you.
Oh, but don't worry about coffee-flavored yogurt; nobody eats that nasty fucking shit anyways.

Birthday's almost over...Might as well make a journal
Posted 10 years agoHey, all, hope you've all been well. Earlier, this October 14th, I had my 27th birthday. I can't help but dwell on how much time has passed and everything that's gone on in my life. Memories, missed opportunities and regrets, dreams and desires...It feels almost unreal. I'm a little wistful of birthdays gone by and how things have gone and how they could have gone.
To me, when I was younger (God, that statement makes me feel so old T.T), birthdays were these huge events with a stack of presents and parties, an overwhelming sense of joy flooded over every moment, all eyes were on you, and every 'happy birthday', no matter how brief and insignificant, meant something to me. Now...well, I had a nice day. Didn't get to do everything I wanted, but I ate good food and got a few presents here and there from family and close friends. My Facebook had many well wishes from friends and family and I enjoyed each one, clicking the 'Like' button on each one and commenting on a few... But other than that... It felt like any other day off.
I guess I just feel wistful for "the good old days", even though I despise that statement. But I know the world doesn't revolve around me, even on my own birthday. Other people have their birthday on this day, just like every day has a birthday. I dunno... I guess I just miss being a kid sometimes, my childish cares revolving around cartoons and video games while my worries pointed towards classwork and my general solitude...
Meh, whatever. I'll stop before I get whiny and depressive. All in all, I had a nice day. Not wonderful and fantastic, not terrible and filled with woe; just a nice day.
And I hope you, reader, had a nice day, too. If not, here's a hug through the internet. *offers hugs* :) <3

I'm at Anthrocon! WHOO!
Posted 10 years agoHey, all! Hope you're all well! Been trying to keep up with things, but my life's so tiring and it's been a bitch getting myself moving on my page. Seriously, I've got like almost 6k submissions and 1.5k journals gone unchecked. Not good. v.v
Anywho, I am writing this in my hotel room in the Courtyard Marriott, right near the Anthrocon convention center! WHOO! It's my very first time going to AC and I've been having a lot of fun! I've got some experience going to cons (Otakon four non-consecutive times, this year will be my fifth), so I sort've know how things go. But I've seen plenty of famous furs like Uncle Kage and Telephone and famous voice actress Kimlingh Tran (voice of Fidget from Dust: An Elysian Tale and Chichi from Team Four Star's Dragon Ball Z Abridged), eaten lots of yummy foods at various Pittsburgh eateries, and bought some cool stuff down in the Dealer's Den, too! And it's only Friday! ^w^
Can't stop playing my 3DS, too; Streetpass is in near constant need of being emptied! I've gotten a metric fuckton of Puzzle pieces in the Mii Plaza, tons of MH Guild Cards and Palicos, Street Smash for SSB 3DS, and whole bunch more. Planning to go down to the Dealer's Den more and check out the Artist's Alley, too.
Other than that, yeah! I've had a great time so far (aside for a few small things) and can't wait to have more fun! Hope to see you all soon! *huggles* ^w^

Please donate!
Posted 10 years agoHello, all! Wow, it's been a super-long time since I've posted a journal! I don't usually have much to say, unfortunately, so...yeah...
Anyways! The reason I'm posting this is because I'd like to help out a friend; his name's Alphonse and he's in a bad situation. Him and his significant other have been trying to get out of their living situations and have had the worst of luck. Alphonse has a GoFundMe up and could really use your help; even a small donation of $5 or $10 U.S. helps them get closer to finding a place to call their own. Please consider donating a few bucks their way and, if it's not too much trouble, share their GoFundMe page and story around FA (and maybe Facebook or what-have-you).
The GoFundMe page: http://www.gofundme.com/jwuyok
Alphonse's FA: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/alphonsemai/
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your days to read my journal, and a thousand huggles if you decide to lend a helping paw. Till next time! ^w^

Alrighty, then...what next?
Posted 10 years agoSo, I've got most of the favorites in my pics folder squared away, I've got a substantially large Watch list going, and I've linked my F-list and FA together...What should I do next?
I know I want to start asking for commissions, but I'm not completely certain about the process. I've only asked for a commission before once IRL at Otakon, and that was face-to-face over the course of three days. Asking for such over the internet is different: you need to rely on trust, but I don't want to get jipped. Plus, I'm not sure how I can pay someone for their work in a safe and secure manner...Maybe one of you lovely watchers can help me with this conundrum? :3 ...No, I don't need money; I'm good. Just need some assistance is all.
Also, my account is quite threadbare when it comes to the info. I'm not entirely sure what I should put down, whether it's likes or dislikes, description of my fursona, general musings, or...fuck, I'unno. So, drop a comment on what you'd like for me to display! What would you like to see on my general info? Any questions or suggestions? I'm open to pretty much anything, so don't be afraid to ask! ^.^
Guess that's it for now. Thanks for reading, and I hope you all have a pleasant day!

New account! Finally!
Posted 10 years agoAfter much, MUCH procrastination, I've finally signed up and gotten an FA account! Whoooo! ^3^
Long-time furry, first-time FA-er. At the moment, I'm working through my pics folder and Watching my favorite artists and super-cute popufurs, but I'll be putting down more info about me soon...as soon as I figure out more about the features and stuff. :/ Also, I'll be linking my F-list here soon and contacting fur-friends to check out my page....yep! :3
Anyways, I've got some work to do, so to any who read this, I hope you have a great day! Peace!
