I made this announcement on Twitter just now, and I'll repeat it here.

I am winding down the character of Kitch.

Some of my oldest friends here remember when I tried to abandon the character, and the furry fandom as a whole, nine years ago. I did it back then from a much darker place, though admittedly I know many of the troubles I've faced in my life pale in comparison to troubles others have faced.

This time, things are far different. I am in a very good place in my life right now. It's far from perfect, but it is still very good.

I feel the time is finally right to move on.

I am not leaving the fandom as a whole. In fact, I feel a pretty good kinship with the fandom, and want to work to foster some more closer friendships. I don't think I can reach my goals with this character.

As I have posted before, I have a new character, a cougar-fox hybrid named Macsen. His account is here:  macsen I also have accounts for him at Weasyl and Furry Network, under the same name.

Please follow me there. I will have more art of him eventually, though admittedly I have no plans to do anything of a mature nature with him. I have one "saucy: pin-up of him there, though it's clean enough I feel it's okay for a General rating, and that's the hottest he's going to get.

Once more, I am not leaving the fandom. I am only changing my character.
