Support got back to me, and here is what they had to say;

Oh! My truck broke, so I had to buy a new one this week. The old one was totaled ; ^;

Simple list of the things I NEED to get this month, Im posting this in hopes of finding such things with help.

1) A well detailed, but not overly expensive artist to make me a Christmas themed image with my dearest Rosey.
2) An icon of a Christmas Rosey. 256x256, likely a headshot.
3) Custom Yarn tails, two of them, to match my fursona. Must be large, really floofy, strong against wear and tear, easy to clean, etc etc.
