I was wondering if I should do some commission reservation slots?

as it is right now, although i finished the original list of commissions, i've got a couple of patreon pics to do and a bunch of stuff for rekzar so I wont be opening commissions yet

but i thought, for those of you who really really want a commission and want to be assured you'll get one when i open again, reservation slots might be a good idea?

It'd be like this

I take 5 commissions at a time.
when those slots are full, there will be a further 5 slots for reservations
reservations will be ensured by a 20% non-refundable deposit (20% of the full price of your commission)
when it comes to commissions opening again, or if I finish really fast and want something to do before opening again, I'll contact you first, you pay the rest of the commission price (the remaining 80%)
I do your commission then.
reservations would only be available to flat colour commissions or above.
it would be non-refundable so that people will be less likely to pull out, and in case i make a start with ref gathering ect when i have spare time.

do you think reservations are a good idea?
if yes do you think the reservation process is ok? or is there something you think would work better/be changed?

So I might start offering comic commissions and thought I'd gauge interest before I do. It wont be until I've finished my current commission list though.

also would be standard 1-2 characters in the comic, every character after those would be extra too.

Ahhhhh, it's been so long since I've had this much fun~

My first ever London Furs meet was wonderful!

despite getting lost on the way there (i am hopeless without google maps when it comes ot walking)

when i got there, Will was super nice and introduced me to some people, and my friend Nao came to keep me company and to be a familiar face. And I made a bunch of new friends!

I even got to play catch with some people. such a simple game is so much fun to me. I really miss doing active stuff.

After the bar closed, hung out with some other furs I didn't know, at this point being veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery drunk (first time I don't know how long whey), and talk art stuff a lot, such lovely people~
Went to Wetherspoons with them and Nao, and we all talked and drunk more til we all had to make a move to get home.

Nao constantly kept asking me if I was gonna be ok getting home xD, silly~ getting home is eaaaasy~

so yes home now, very happy, cand super can't wait for next time!

Ok so I'm totally better after that bout of food poisoning (totally gone off smoked salmon for a while now ew)

It's going into the end of my university year, and unfortunately I'm behind on uni work. And it's also getting really close to MCM London so I need to also take time to finish my two main cosplays.

SO, I've updated my past schedule (which i never really followed oops)

So my trashbambi account is, from now on, going to be for works others have done of my characters. All personal/commission work will be posted here instead of being separated.

I decided this due to how infrequently I get to do personal work. That lack of personal work means i rarely get watchers on that account and I want everyone to be able to see all of my work without having to follow two accounts. It's just easier for me to post it all here.

So, I've had the personal art account for a while but it feels kinda pointless. Considering this account has far more watchers and I want everyone to see both my commission work and my personal work. It seems kinda pointless to have them split, as my personal work doesn't get as much attention there was it would here. (obviously i'm all about attention right? lmao)

Good luck everyone!

So for anyone who had been to any of my streams ever, ya'll will know that i regularly have trouble with SAI crashing, programs freezing, ect.

Why did no one ever suggest I might just need more RAM? xD

Well, hopefully that kind of problem will stop soon and I'll be a little more productive. I ordered some extra RAM for my laptop since it only have 4GB in. so I got another 4GB. Dad says that should be enough. if not I can always sell the two 4GB ram cards and buy two 8GB ones as my laptop can take 16GB total~

In future I'll be saving to hopefully get a desktop with far better specs. better graphics card, blabla all that.

Likely going to buy a ready made one since I doubt i can afford to build one when OS and stuff is factored into price. Gonna look at gaming computers since they tend to be good for art~

In other news, planning to do some YCH auctions soon~ look forwards to that~

Ahh, gonna be 22 in 7 days~ (on March 4th) and this year... after several years of disappointment, I might actually have people come to my party!
