Posted 4 years agoI’ve ended up sharing this mindset on Twitter but I’m just going to be real, if you are in support of the menace in office or the terrorists, I do not want you part of my artistic community or journey.
I tend to kind of be silent about a lot of things and I don’t really say much but that’s mostly cause I feel I don’t need to express it, after yesterday something in me burned. The entire last year Republicans have treated me poorly for no other reason than ignorance, I haven’t been able to create due to depression from this horrible environment, I attempted suicide and I’ve never felt so alone. But right now more than ever my blood boils. I don’t care what your bs is just leave and if you hate politics news flash no one wants to deal with it but when you put people’s life on the line with your fucking ignorance you’re every part of every fucking problem. I can see the good in people like others can but if you in anyway shape or form support or even think that this is justify, you have no place in my life nor will you get a chance to show otherwise! Don’t follow my art, I don’t want support from these horrible people who don’t deserve anything short from a flaming purgatory with endless torture that raises with every injustice, every hateful behavior and every ignorant comment that spills out of a mouth that needs a fist to shatter every tooth out of their mouth.Life Updates
Posted 5 years agoSo hey everyone, hope you’re all surviving during this interesting experience. I’ve been a bit MIA for months well mostly due to job hunting and now currently working cause I was able to get a job thanks to a bud of mine helping me out. I sort of wanted to wait to talk about it cause we’ll the last one hired me then fired me immediately after two days of training when my contact number mysteriously was wrong and after confronting the place about it, well it was obvious I was fired for something out of my control. But hope is going good and I am excited cause now it feels as though I will be close to tasting freedom since I might be able to move away from a very toxic family I am currently dealing with.
But I will be returning to posting and creating soon so the returns of comics and such will happy hopefully with less depression in the way. So excitement again but enough about life.

Posted 5 years agoWell I decided to make sort of a master journal that shows everything going on, such as updates on slots and commissions, any adopts or YCHs I may have available, pieces I have for sale and so on. I’ll be updating this weekly on fridays for any changes and such.

Advice wanted
Posted 6 years agoI don’t know if it’s a stretch to ask but does anyone know how to make games and can give some advice on how one should start when it comes to learning how to create one. Like does one need to know coding or can you do so without it. Does anyone have any you tubers that can provide sufficient enough information to learn about this or articles for it. Posted 6 years agoI was looking through an old journal of mine that I kept sort of as an everything book. Like little life tidbits and stuff I thoughts I felt necessary to write. I stumbled onto a section in that journal of when I was the art club president at my college at the time. It’s funny how I had lesson ideas, I wanted to teach and share how to make stickers, what materials I used, share some tutorials that help me out, and methods I used to get into digital art. Sadly while reading all of these brought back a lot of bad memories from all the push back of friends not helping me spread the word nor help put up posters to advertise, the instructor of the club pretty much ignoring me when I suggested things and demanded to know our budget, wanting to do fundraisers and such but everyone only being halfway on things. I ended up quitting after being supremely frustrated from all the push back for more than half of the semester, I do wish I could do some sort of critique system for young artists or some sort of teaching but I don’t know if anyone would be interested in that. Maybe something for another day or sometime in the future if there are people into the idea.

I started to watch it for some ideas and accuracy for Cold Cases but now I just find it so interesting how it's like from people's different perspectives. Quick Terms of Service
If you are interested in commissioning me you must know:
I do not do NSFW
Commissions must have references or detailed descriptions of what you want (I'm not too picky about images as long as it's clear what it is)
All commissions must be paid through PayPal in USD currency
While discussing and having confirmed what you would like I will need your e-mail to send you an invoice
The commissioner has the freedom to ask for process shots of the commission if available.

Painterly Commissions
This is a digital commission that is geared towards having a painted look of toons or your pet/animal of choice. This commission is a less refine version of my realistic commissions. Payments for this commission must be made up front. Prices are listed below.

Scheduling Art Streams and Random Thoughts
Posted 7 years agoSo last weekend I was doing some test streams to see how well my laptop would handle running them. It would literally only last about an hour and a half. Which is an incredibly short amount of time in my eyes for a stream. During one of my test stream my laptop had a huge graphical glitch which lead me to cut the second stream a little shorter than the first due to fear of damaging my laptop.
After those runs I am pretty sure I need to get myself a desktop so I don't cut my laptop's life and I can stream for longer. If I manage to get one I wonder if you guys would be into a weekly streaming once or twice every weekend for a few hours. I might do an "Ask the Artist" on Sundays and you guys could ask me stuff and I'll respond with some goofy doodles. XD
On a side note I've been thinking of changing the names of my Patreon tiers. I've been thinking of names to call them and well I always found naming audiences by stuff to be really cute but I don't think I'd come up with anything good. I had random ideas of mixing words like Amorphous and Pup then turning that into amorphups, amorpups, or just amorphous pups. Mostly cause Yekngz is an amorphous wolf character. I don't know if you guys would be into being called something like that, just a random thought I wanted to share XD

Ideas for Patreon
Posted 7 years agoI've been thinking of adding more to the exclusive content for my Patreon aside from the sketches, screensavers, and PSDs. Maybe some animation attempts and some images of me trying to do some 3D modeling. Also some how-to videos because I sometimes don't find certain things on youtube. Like last night I was trying to find some digital way to paint lily pads and all I found were traditional ways to do it, which can be applied digitally, however, you can't really just palette knife a lot of stuff digitally unless you already have a brush for it.

New Year Drawings?
Posted 7 years agoSo I'm thinking of offering a New Year deal, I've gotten myself some colorful pens and Bristol paper. The drawings, which will be mostly cartoon portraits, would be 3 by 3 inches and I might give an option for shipping if people want to receive it in the mail. I'm still determining a price for it but let me know in the comments below if you guys would be interested in it or not. I might post some examples later to show you what I mean.

Updates, Finals Week and Problems
Posted 8 years agoSo for the raffle winners who are wondering where are their prizes. I've currently been wrapped up in the hell that is finals weeks. Cause we all know it's more than one week XD; I am hoping I'll have these digital paintings done before the end of this weekend.
On a side note and a more serious one, probably everyone has seen what's been going on, but if you haven't Patreon had made a decision to charge patrons 2.9%+.30 per tier in some weird delusional way to seem like they're helping creators. Which had the exact opposite effect, and creators are losing patrons which in turn has caused creators to lower price tiers and lose a lot of patrons fast. In the mix of this one of the artists I looked up to is trying to help other by retweeting their online stores or Ko-Fi accounts. So I thought why not spread the word for a bit of help. If you can't donate to the artist's Ko-Fi, feel free to at least retweet them so they can get more exposure to help during this hard time for them.

Posted 8 years agoI've had one of the roughest week I've had in a while, emotionally anyway, I was hoping to open commissions during it but after some thought I decided not to because I'm not really in the best state of mind. I might try doing some doodle headshots with my ko-fi later in the week but that might change depending on how I am mentally.

It is the month of spoops, gore, blood, spoops, and ghouls, it is also the month of ink practice and like I have in the past I will be practicing my ink skills for the entire month of Inktober. So hope you guys enjoy the pieces I'll be putting out for the next month X3 It sort of feels like I had a hiatus from posting daily to come back to daily posting XDD
On aside note I'll be putting the comic I'm working on in a sort of slowly doing it state, I was hoping to start posting last week but some minor inconveniences ended up slowing me in the process. I'm not going to stop working on it but it'll be delayed for a bit while balancing inktober, school work and writing and inking the comic. I'm also going to not give myself a set date for this because it'll leave life confused so it can't mess me up when I plan it out because no set schedule to mess it up. XD I will be making announcements a week or two when I feel the comic is ready to be posted. :3

Update Of Many Things

Personal
So I've been looking into an art college I want to go to, SCAD, and I'm planning to make use of my free time while at the college I'm currently at to make some pieces to, hopefully, make an awesome portfolio. I was set on wanting to sign up for an application first but I didn't feel I had a lot to put into a portfolio so I thought why not make a few more pieces. So I might post some more W.I.P. of what I'm working on.
Art
Dailies are going to be ending soon, what will be happening after this? Well like what was stated above, I'll be posting W.I.P. of pieces I may or may not be putting in my portfolio. And from the few dailies that are concept sketches of characters, I have started loosely writing a comic idea,
darkspyke and I came up with while hanging out and having some pizza. I also had an idea for you guys to be able to vote and suggest for a situation to happen in the comic probably once a month to add in any ideas that probably wasn't considered when we came up with some. So depending on how this all goes it'll hopefully be starting near the end of September.
Tip Jar
After June, when I was threatened to be kicked out by my mother, I returned donations because I didn't feel right keeping it since it was to be use to help me and that was mostly for the reason it was an emergency. I know this is like months later and I was meaning to post this a while back but I kept forgetting to, this is mostly for anyone who got it back and somehow didn't receive the message I sent with the return.
So what now with the ko-fi account? I'm now using it as a tip jar, anything that goes into it will probably go towards me saving to use it for whatever reason, currently that reason is to move out or go to a far away art college where I'm away from this toxic environment. So for those who can't commission me but want to help me out you can always tip me with ko-fi.

So I'll try to announce a week or so before hand when I'll be open for commissions, how many slots are open, etc. I'm also currently looking and learning from other artists terms of service to create my own. Life Update
Posted 8 years agoSo I wasn't kicked out or at least I haven't been yelled at to get out yet, regardless I'm happy to be with my doggo who missed me while I was gone. I'm still going with the plans I had discuss earlier with my friends on getting a job and looking for apartments. To all my friends and anyone who is concerned over my safety; I will keep you guys up to date with everything if anything happens. I appreciate that I have a lot of friends who would both help me plan and help me emotionally in all the stress and anxiety the whole issue put me through. Personally I have been threatened by my family before, though never was there was a threat of kicking me out, especially when the reason was literally due to me having depression and not wanting to eat out.
Since I'm back with my computer and tablet my digital commissions are open again

If you're an artist who like to use references a lot or like to try and have references on the same screen you're using you could give Pureref a try. I'm personally very happy with it having only used it the first time :3c
