So I've noticed that there are a number of artists out there who are less than happy about people on f-list using their images on f-list and I just wanted to make a quick note to say that it really doesn't bother me. I can't speak for anyone who's characters I draw, you'd have to take that up with them, but if it's an image that I've drawn that either has one my own characters attached to it or that doesn't tag anyone else's character in the description, then I say why not? All I ask is that you don't edit it, don't remove my artist tag or my FA and Patreon address, and that you don't claim it as your own art or character(s). Basically, if its a picture of mine that I own entirely, I consider someone using it on F-List as free advertising for me, so as long as you treat it as such and aren't a douchebag about it, go ham! Actually that pretty much goes for any place you want to post my stuff, I'll probably be grateful. Basically, just don't be a dick about it. We all know how to borrow someone's art in a way that isn't shitty, so just do it that way and I won't have to get nasty. Have a good day you kinky bitches!

I've gone and lowered the prices on my Patreon by half or more. I had originally taken suggestions on pricing from friends who I think had some lofty ideas of what my fan base really is and I ended up pricing myself out of the market, so now that my head is out of the clouds lets see what becomes of some more realistic prices!

Terms Of Service

These terms of service applies retroactively to all commissions. If you commissioned me before these terms took place, you may note me to discuss.
Content of Commission
While I am open to many types of content, I will not draw the following because I do not believe my talent are in these areas.
-Vore
-Anthro children in adult situations/nude
-Macro/micro
-Taurs
-Reference sheets

I will also not draw anything I deem as hateful, such as a commission that targets a minority class or a commission made solely to attack an individual or make them uncomfortable. For all commissions of a sexual nature and there’s another party involved, I will confirm you’ve had art with them before or you’re listed on their page. Otherwise, I may note them for consent to draw their character.
Mature Artwork and Age of Commissioner
By commissioning me for any adult material, you acknowledge that you are of legal age to view such material (18, or 21 in some places) and you release the artist of any liability. 

Payments

Once I approve your commission, I will message with my paypal information. The buyer will be given one week to pay 50% of the agreed upon amount, though other arrangements are open to be discussed if necessary. If the amount is not paid within that amount of time, I may choose to bypass your commission
Once you approve the sketch/lines, I will await the other 50%. I will not continue the commission until this is paid for. If the other half isn’t paid in a week’s time without any explanation, your commission may be canceled and your first 50% payment will not be refunded to you. The lines are yours to keep. At a later date, you may request I finish the piece but you will go to the bottom of the queue.
All payments must be made in USD.

Timelines

While I produce art in as timely of a manner as life circumstances will allow, I expect the commissioner to respond to me in a timely manner when more information is requested, WIPs are sent, and the final image is sent.
If you do not respond to a WIP within one week, you will be knocked down to the bottom of the queue. If you do not approve the final image that I send you within one week, it will be assumed to be correct, posted in my galleries, then you will be sent the HD and print versions of the image.
Also, if a description is sent in with incomplete information, I will email you requesting the missing information. If that is not provided within three days, I may choose to not accept it.

Refunds

If you choose to cancel the commission for any reason, it will be my discretion on what should be refunded. If I’ve only lined your image, expect half of your money back if you’ve already paid in full. Otherwise, it depends on my progress on the image.
If I choose to cancel your commission and I have not yet completed it, you will get a full refund for all monies paid to me if I did not cancel it due to lack of contact of the commissioner, behavior of the commissioner, or any type of harassment.
Regardless of which party cancels, any work that has been done may be reused by me.

Your Rights/My Rights

By commissioning me, you are paying me for my time and materials to draw your character(s) as you request. You are not acquiring rights to the image. I reserve all rights to my artwork, including using for advertisement, posting in my online galleries, posting to paid galleries, and selling prints of.
For an optional 15-25% fee, you may request the image remains private and/or that prints are not sold of the image. There is no fee for you to delay me posting the image (for instance, a surprise gift to someone). Also you may remain anonymous at no charge if you wish.
If you do not like the sketch I give you, I will redraw it one time only. The previous sketch I did I own rights to and can use it for a future image, YCH, or another for-profit item of my choosing.
As a commissioner, you have rights to post the small version (under 2000 pixels) of your commission to your online galleries, make personal prints of the image, and any other use as long as I’m credited as Milo Nettle and you are not profiting from the image.
Included in the price of a commission is a coupon for $10 off a print of the image on InkedFur.com and US shipping. Please state you’d like a coupon code for the image after the final one is sent to you. This makes it so an 11x14 inch image is free or $10 off a larger print.
I retain the right to schedule my own hours and work on commissions in the order I see fit, while still fulfilling said commissions in a reasonable time frame.
You may NOT edit my artwork unless I have given you permission to do so. This includes: watermarking, cropping, or any other violations of the content's integrity.
You may repost a work you commissioned from me as long as I, the artists/creator, is provided appropriate credit.

Other Fees

If you commission an image from me and have no visual references, I may choose to charge you between $30 and $50. This is to compensate for going back and forth with you on the character design making sure it’s to your liking. If your character is simple, for instance a solid white wolf, I may wave this fee.
Any requested edits after the inking stage are left entirely up to the artists discretion. If after I’ve colored the image and you see a change that needs to be done that is not my mistake (as in your reference sheet is incorrect and you didn’t warn me prior to coloring) I may choose to charge you extra for time to complete the change at a rate of $20-45/hour, charged to the nearest quarter-hour. When you commission me, please verify the reference sheets given to me for all characters are accurate. If they aren’t, please state what is different before I start drawing.

So I ended up with a Picarto channel (I say as though one just fell into my lap) but I've always been sorta shy at the thought of people watching me draw. Up until recently it's always seemed like such a solitary endeavor but I thought I'd ask you guys if you'd like to see anything like that. So whatcha think?

So many things keep happening that it's sort of feeling like FA is on it's way down, which kind of makes me sad since this place has had such a strong community for so long. So I'm wondering, if people start to give up entirely on FA, where are they most likely to move to? any suggestions?
