My cat was shot on Monday he's doing well after surgery
I didn't know what was wrong there didn't seem to be a lot of blood and I thought it was a bite
I brought him into the vet and they showed me on the x-ray that someone shot him with a metal Bullet. This thing should have went right through my cat I'm lucky I have evidence. so I'm not sure if they're shooting at my cat from really far away, or maybe it was ricochet, and they only intended to scare him off, no idea. It was in his upper left flank underneath his tail. Didn't seem to hit any bones

THIS IS ABOUT MY CAR
But I got in my car I didn't know how to drive stick yet and I try a few times to get in reverse and get into gear. so I could drive him to the vet. my car didn't sound like it was ready to be driven, before I got to the vet I told my mechanic it's getting towed to his place. Very expensive day
Not to mention. I asked the tow truck driver to drive my car for me on the truck... because I don't know how to drive stick. I dump the clutch trying to get it on the tow truck. The alignment was off from driving with a flat tire.. (btw I thought it was just the ball joint cuz the mechanic had told me the ball joint need to replace really bad that side, and it's low profile, that's why I wasn't driving it until the 25th.) I mounted the car on side of the tow truck ramp. I got it off the ramp but damn. I asked him to drive it for me again. I'm trying not to cry enough as it is. And when he did and the emergency brake was not working, so he winched it anyways 🙄 embarrassing, but honestly more worried about the cat rn. He was going in for surgery. And my mechanic said don't worry about it cause we got all new rocker panels coming in anyway. Thanks trump for the $280 in tariffs.

he inherited a gigantic house on 100 acres by the ocean and he's pretty alone... so I thought maybe I would find a girl roommate who would like to help me make this a homestead next year. and I would hire her for to be an employee for my fursuit making business and help me make an income so I can pay my friend back for all the top quality equipment to make said business. and also I'd be renting the basement as a studio and paying said roomate enough to pay for the room and make their own projects with the equipment. The house has been renovated to be in top shape even though it's built in the 1800s. We live next to a Native Reserve and I would like to learn a lot more about the native plants and edible food on the property

My todo list is now a trello page where I post screenshots of all current updates..in the future if I am.comsistent with this list I will also attach it to a Google calendar and streaming schedule. But for now I'm just doing art coms and making youtube videos. My boyfriends getting a dj setup and he got a new laptop so I'm excited to see what he's going to do. He's starting to stream regularly and practicing guitar and it's fun to see him make good progress in short time. Jimmy can't read too good but he can play guitar like a natural I swear he can read notes better than a book

i adopted some axolotls on kijiji a few months ago and the deal was too good to be true for the whole setup they didnt include any chemicals to regulate the water and they didnt have asdequate filter system so i have been doing water changed regularly twice a week and i didnt have any problems so far until something bad happened on saturday and i havent been functioning very well for a little while. On saturday my bf accidentally cut his finger and he fainted while i was wrapping his bandage and he hit his head so hard he had a seizure and tbh in autistic and i have ptsd and i totally had a panic attack after the emts arrived they said he was okay and he didnt want to go to the hospital so they said hes probably going to be okay because hes very cognitive but anyway my point is it was very traumatic for me i havent been bathing and cleaning or doing laundry or going out at all.. and i been sleeping it off to clean my axolotls tank for maybe a week. and she has fungus on her gills now. This is definitely caused by poor filtration and i wasnt keeping up with the maintenance in result of that. I dont feel good about it so i am reaching for help. I have quarantined her and beginning some tea tree oil treatment for a week but this is only a tempoary solution to a problem that will arise again if i am not viligant on water changes. edit: i forgot to mention they were a rescue. They were in bad shape when i got them and many of their gills were chonky and missing lots. but they grow back in good time and the right conditions. they were doing much better until this happened. I did rehome the one that was looking the worst because im not experienced in axolotls and i was second guessing myself. i rehomed one to a girl who said she was from crystal skull exotics from guelph but when i went to their facebook page theres someone going around using their name but they are not the same people. so im guessing shes going to breed that poor sick undersized thing :( so now i feel they are probably safer in my care since i check on them so often and i currently dont work so i can do art and my own businesses

Something I hate about this website is apparently, of you have a hard time with a customer, the moderators will take the submissions down EVEN IF THEY HAVE PAID FOR THE ARTWORK

It doesn't work like that. I paid for a service or commission, and its done. I paid for the service. You don't get to go back into my account and report my submissions just cause you are salty. Which are clearly all paid art, all the same character through the whole gallery. Its so dumb too, its not like I'm personally isulting these people. This has happened at least 3 times now. One time I was just upset this girl was charging me full price for 2ych of my character on a pool floaty. when it was the same ych with just a different pre-made pool floaty. I was asking for discount since it was no extra work and she was being really weird and about it. She didn't even draw the lineart for that base and purposely did a bad job on it in the end
Another time I bought a ych there was a pink glow around the character in the ych sketch so I gave her a pink character and she took the glow off in the finished image. I tried to explain the reason why I bought the image is because I liked the pink backlighting and she changed the picture entirely after completing the ych. I was polite but she was insulted that I didn't like the piece she did because I have autism and I forgot to compliment it when I wanted to changed back the way it was.
The 3rd time this happened was a big argument. I met up with one of my favorite artists of all time, nayelie, and I paid $85 for art from her. Later after the convention she posted an update on her trello about a new project she wanted to launch. An art illustration book. I was excited for my favorite artist and I wanted in. Eventho I was living in a trailer I made multiple payments because i had my.customers sent nayelie directly so I didn't have to pay transfer fees twice. naylie took commissions for pages in her illustration book and I paid over 200$ for it. The commission stated guaranteed signed copy in print and 2 pages in the book. One page showing sketch and progress and the 2nd was finished fullpage full detailed commission. After she completed my artwork she said there was no guarantee that my art was even going into the book. and she might not even fund them. Also arguing I bought a tablet pinup at her regular price (which was advertised as 140 when I bought rhe full illustration) unfortunately I could not do a single thing about this because I'm not covered by PayPal buyer protection since I didn't send her the money myself
Not only did she straight up lie and scam me. But she constantly made me switch social media platforms to contact her. When I got her business cards it said Instagram furaffinity and Twitter she told me to stop talking to her on furaffinity so I messaged her on Instagram she told me to stop talking to her on Instagram and Messenger on Twitter so I made a brand new account I've never been on Twitter and I was talking to her on Twitter for this commission. After she scammed me I made a few posts in frustration. And hundreds of her followers harassed me for it and told me I got what I paid for, and there was never any book.

Anyway this girl purposely goes in my gallery multiple times a year to take this piece of artwork down I paid over $200 for

I was really hoping to get in the union but after Christmas break it was apparent I was covered is red sores.
I thought maybe I have too much eggnog or exposed to insulation or something.
On Friday I got 4 new bump down my arm, I took a picture reaction and send it to my friend who is getting his doctorate and he said uh its January those are bedbugs.
I confronted my roomate and asked him if that was the rreason he was leaving his belongings outside.
But it isn't getting cold enough this year to kill bed bugs so I assume I've tracked them in from the back porch when I go smoke weed
During Christmas break I had two weeks off work and I came back to work only 4 days then now I discover the bed bugs I've taken a week off work and this blows man.
I've been bagging all my belongings to prevent the bugs from spreading and I honestly just freaked out. I'm terrified of parasites tbh
I washed everything, and then I washed it again, I slept with the lights on for days, and I haven't been bitten since I think, because I already had a mattress cover, 2 sheets and 3 blankets. They were likely nesting on my body pillow.
The exterminator came on Wednesday and he said that he's going to put this oil based pesticide on the wall that catches the bugs, works for 3 mo, and I could finally sleep with the lights off lol
I realize I'm probably overreacting. but I hear so many nightmares about these damn bugs. My landlord obviously cares, and he spent hours steam spraying the couch, and let me use it to spray the baseboards and doorframes.
We found abug running around the bathroom after I sprayed the hallway. Idk what to think. Are they in the walls now???
My bed is off the floor. My clothes are off the floor. Everything is in bags, and I thought I had it handled but when I was digging through a bag I saw a bed bug and now I'm freaking out again :((
