We will be in pavilion #3

We will be hosting our first annual Seffurs Park Spring BBQ

There will be hotdogs, hamburgers, soda/water and some small sides and snacks provided

I have also rented out the ever so awesome #3 pavilion, it's near the water and two grills for cooking and perfect for fursuiting around and saying hi to the passing boats, lol :3

Now as before with any event I always try to get everyone involve with helping, donating and setting up for the event

So here's the plan:

This event will also be kind of like a potluck, if you’re good at cooking, want chips, cookie, etc. feel free to bring it! ^_^ snacks and food to cook on the grill and drinks that you might want to bring are all fine and are super encouraged!

**please note the park has a strong “no glass container” and “no alcohol “ rule, so if you want to drink at the party please hide it in like a sports bottle/water bottle or something like that.**

Now to help cover for the cost for supplies/food/pavilion rental etc. I would like those who are able to and are joining the event to please donate whatever/any amount you can, there’s a paypal [ nekochristmas[at]comcast.net ] and have in the PayPal note what the money is for or just giving me the cash in person is fine at the party too. I love hosting the parties and as a group effort if we can keep up donations we can have more throughout the year. [Maybe a summer one too? :)]

On a side note:

I'm going to need a few furs for setting up and cleaning up afterwards [when the party is done, the park rangers inspect the grounds and pavilion to make sure everything is good, if not I have to pay the park a clean-up fee] they will have to show up an hour before the party at the lot #3 at the park [if you guys want we can all carpool from my house to make it a bit cheaper for the park fee]

So far for setting up and clean up I have the fallowing shown interest

[*setting up is stuff like putting the table cloth down, getting the grill ready, helping wire stuff up, party banners etc. and cleaning up is all of that….but backwards, lol]

*If someone would like to be the cook for the event email me or text me to let me know [my info will be posted below] if not, I will be cooking the yummy food

*I will be taking a group shoot/picture for the Seffurs main page and FA page before sunset

Park charges a one time a day fee to enter the park grounds:

$6.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle.

$4.00 Single-occupant vehicle or motorcycle.

$2.00 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.

Because it's $6 per car load up to 8 people, might be a good idea to carpool if you guys happen to live near each other [also a good reason to meet local furies when driving there!]

i think the camera loves me

I've been fighting a bit of a small stress depression last few months, but I've gotten over it for now and I'm concentrate on work to make some extra money, sadly this means I'm working all the following Saturdays this month and the next for a 6 day work week (so no renfest for me at the moment) this of course may change.
this also means meet at my house will be suspended until after the month of March.

I am also sad to say that I will not be going to FWA because of the need to save money for this upcoming year

on a happy note I am starting work on my new fursuit, it will be grey and white and the head base is from media

I have just finished cutting out all the fur needed for the body, and I will start work On it tomorrow night after work to start sewing

so far everything seems like it's going to be going good with it so I'm kind of excited

I'm debating on disappearing from the Internet this up coming year

I'm kind of feeling a bit down with just everything here
(in the way that I don't get enjoyment out of being online in this way)
feels like watching reruns, it's all the same, and I hate that feeling, like I'm wasting my time with everything I do, all the parties are fine, but even that is starting to feel like work, and so are cons too,
fuck! I don't even feel like drawing because nothing feels "fun" or adventurous to me and things are feeling like a chore. ...
but ya, I'm still debating on it, maybe focus more on me and not on others as much, idk

so woke up at 6am, but didn't have any strength to get my self out of bed, after 40 mins of in and out of sleep from the fever, i get out,went into the tub and took a cold shower

at this point i felt something was getting worst, so i went to urgent care, had some test, and xrays done, doctor told me that i had walking pneumonia, he gave me some antibiotics that's hopefully going to help

on a side note: my lungs look like spiders had a party in them!

i will be going to EFF still, but i won't be drinking or suiting [mainly for the fact that i can't have any extra stress on by body]


hopefully i get well and have fun with everyone!

have this super bad fever, started getting it friday, had it full blown that night

didn't to furloween [for a few other reasons as well] but this was one of them

I've been sleeping an avg of 12 hours a day, don't have an appetite so I've been also feeling drained about that

-had- to go to work on Monday, told them I'm still sick, called out for today.

i do feel better, hopefully by EFF I'll be right as rain, i more then likely won't be drinking at EFF even if i do feel better [i don't want a relapse of this flu]

still need to fix up my fursuit a bit
