After a period of waiting, the construction of my new suit will start soon. I’m excited yet nervous since I don’t even know what it will be. Perhaps it’s a kangaroo or even an orange tabby cat. Even the colors will be a mystery to me.


A number of friends have tried to convince me to get suited up while blindfolded, so I won’t know what I look like as I’m getting dressed for the first time. Would only find out when I see myself in a mirror later on. I like this idea tbh

I think the hardest part will be selecting a name for the critter

For those that don't follow my Twitter or converse with me on telegram. Well I've adopted a dog, in less than 3 weeks he be coming home with me. Iam quite excited and also very nervous since I've never had a dog before. Mainly due to living situations, like other roommates already had pets and house had a limit or even disallowed dogs.

So after long conversations with another wuff. And me always saying I'll get a dog and showing off possible canididates to friends. I just took the leap and put a deposit down on a boy from a recent born litter.

A little about my pupper. Hes a rottisky, half rottie half husky. He takes after his sire more than his mother. In just 3 months he's gotten so big. Checkout my Twitter to see photos of him. I call him stealer of hearts.

Guy on facebook going by the James carroll is using my fursuit images. This isnt me. I've tried getting Facebook to remove said photos and had him reported many times but no results, as of yet.

This year is the first ....okay second time I've traveled alone to Berlin Germany. Must say a little nervous since I have no one to lean on for support. Scared I'll get lost between the berlin airport and the Estrel Hotel. Wouldn't be the first time to get lost but I don't want that to happen again.

Staying in the main hotel from Aug 14-21 and sharing my room with a local canadian fur by the name of shakarr (his first time). This year's EF should be lots of fun from the sounds of it. Between the waterpark and the epic dances plus fursuiting of course ;)

Can't forget the beer and tasty food which I fully expect to gain a few pounds from. Then working it off once home.

Only 2 months from now as I type this till I see my friends and making new ones as well. Plus wide range of memories.

If you see me at EF do say hello, I don't bite but I do steal beers with my straw (in fursuit)

Very hard to get enough energy to do things these day. Maybe I've spent too much time around cats :P just want to sleep and relax without doing much. Or maybe I just did alot of things that it's exhausted me

another year another con. this one is BLFC. Rather excited to attend this con since there is lots to do and lots of people I know will be there. This con has so far impressed me greatly growing changing and keeping the attendees happy & entertained.

between me & roommate purchased a locker up for auction recently, inside was 3 sets of hawaiian dance outfits and gear. Kinda wished I won this locker last year since Eurofurence 19 theme was hawaiian, I didnt :P so I have to figure out where to sell these. Craigslist time :D hope I get a few interested pokes

Well I reg yesterday for EF, got my reg number 1206. A little higher than I wanted for a badge number but oh well at least Im attending.


will be my eight year attending this german convention and yes even tho Ive been before Iam still nervous about going. more so since Im traveling with someone (prefer to) but makes planning a little more difficult. Not used to planning trips with another so its a little stressful but stress i can manage.

Even been thinking of offering really cheap commissions to help cover the costs of this trip, would also force me to get drawing again

Well Its official Im a year older, cant believe how fast this year went. hopefully next year will be a little slower or I will age backwards well the second option is impossible. but i can always wish.

So onto the most important part of a birthday......gifts :D *greedy paws out* what! only time of year besides Christmas Im allowed to be greedy.

Secondary most important part of a birthday is cake, cant forget a cake. its traditional for us birthday folk to have a slice of cake. <3

Third and very important part of a birthday is well wishes from friends & family

due to finances and such *frowns* its looking like no MFF for this wolf this year unless I can scrap together enough for a plane ticket and room costs. A friend suggested I ask people for donations but Im not willing to do that, iam not the type to hold out my paw asking for peoples money. Just seems wrong to ask people for their hard earn money to send a wolf to a furcon.

well Wednesday I participated in an locker auction, won two in total with various collection of items from fencing weapon to high-end skate board(s). Im in the process of selling off these items to interested parties to pay off the locker purchase and make a little $$

some weird things were in the lockers from highend skateboards, fencing weapon, trumpet, camping supplies, womens wetsuits

as the topic says I really dislike the dentist, its painful both physical and financially :( and they still want me back in 8 months to cap a tooth. But the major issue that has popped up is where do I get the money to pay for the work done and work to be done.

Tbh causing some stress as I try to figure out things to generate some extra cash. not easy I must say with me working a fulltime work-shift.

well on saturday I went out car browsing with my dad and came across a car that met my needs and budget, so now Im a proud owner of a red Chrysler sebring 2006. Wasnt planning to buy one that day but was a good idea since my old car wont start, might be the battery or something.

*chuckles* a few people have nicknamed it red-rocket

Since I applied for a job at the airport Ive been waiting and waiting for their call back, gotten into the 3rd part of the interview process while it got closer to the end of Oct. So far no additional call back from them :/ so I went ahead & continued my mff planning. The flight and hotel room already figured out months back but since I didnt know if I would get this job I had to delay my planning aka might have to cancel trip for job. Even tho Im excited about attending this furcon Im a little down that I didnt get hired.

But I will see you all there at the con, who else will be there

This year I had 3 travel companions join me on my trip to Ef,  tabberpaw  nitroshep and  raptorred After multistops we finally arrive at Frankfurt to meet up raptor-red but his luggage didnt make it with him so we had to wait till it arrived on the next flight. Boring three hours to wait I must say since we couldnt go anywhere with so much luggage. Finally it arrived around noon, nitro & I went off to rent our vehicle. We were lucky to get a midsize car that barely fit 4 of us, 5 fursuit boxes, 4 luggage, 3 carry on's.

Our first stop after leaving Frankfurt was to drive to a town called 'Bonn' where we stayed the night with eisbear who I arranged with in advance to crash at his place for the night to recover from the jetlag plus directed us to a german version of a costco, I believe called metro but I could be wrong. *chuckles* we were like children in a candy store which resulted with us leaving the store with two shopping carts fulls of stuff. Then try to cram beer/booze & snacks into our rental car... which already was packed solid with luggage(there is pictures). After that we went back to eisbaers place for dinner and a beer :P which knocked nitro into a coma XD. The next morning we begun our journey toward the host city of Eurofurence, Madgeberg. Such a long drive but nitro was the one behind the wheel while I was passed out from jetlag for part of the trip.

After four hours or so we arrived at our destination, the hotel already filling up with furries as they dropped off their luggage at the front doors. We quickly unloaded so we could return the car to the rental place. Reg-line omg must of had at least 100+ furs waiting to pickup their badge/room key (ef badges are also room-keys) in the meantime I found my contact to drop off the fursuit I transported all the way from Canada, one less thing to worry about.

Once there at the con this wolf got busy meeting up with new and old friends :) and various events. Plus drinking various alcoholic drinks. I danced so much my feet were sore after a few days.

Dear lord the fursuit parade was was 1.6km (1 mile) long I think the longest parade route Ive ever been on at a furcon. Later I heard that the furs were calling it the death march. At one point we went thru a local mall shocking and surprising the shoppers, I dont think they expected it.

I received an invitation to join in a special project which I found out later was a music video being created by the talented EZwolf. I spent two days trying to convince tabber & nitro to do a stop down at the ringberg since there was an after party being held there, like previous years :D For those that never been to the Ringberg hotel it was the previous host hotel/convention space which is located smack on top of a mountain. A location that is still the talk of eurofurence attendees that been there. Only a small group of furs decided to attend the afterparty this year but made it nice and special. Among them was uncle kage and his parents, 2gryphon, Andre(hairless master of alcohol) and many others. Did a short fursuiting outing and dinner at the Crazy Horse just for us furries :D


The next day we made our way to Frankfurt and our flights home (which resulted in our luggage being misplaced)

Thanks everyone for making my Eurofurence a fun & relaxing time *nuzzles* wish I could name everyone I met there but the list is huge. I do hope to see you all next year :D
