I just got a phone call. My uncle died in an motorcycle accident today.
They wanted to make a trip to Italy this weekend, so he prepared the bike and made a test drive; and didn't came back...

It's even higher than the PP draft horse, which is 213cm to the ear tips. My ceiling is 243cm, and Bucky's antlers are scraping on it.

EF20 was a blast again!
It was so nice to see old friends again. And so many awesome fursuits!
Too bad, the hotel doesn't have a pool. No place for our squeaky toys (besides the toy panel).
But that gave me more time to take pics.

At EF, and knocked on my door and gave me a present. It was a huge Alexia plush dragon. I still can't believe it. That was one of the biggest surprises for me ever. I nearly started crying.
Alexia, I'm soooo happy about this. Thank you SO much! *hugs ya extra tight*

What can I say? It was totally awesome again!
Meeting all the friends from all over the world again was the highlight of the year. Also finally meeting some friends in rl for the first time.
Sadly, we missed a lot of the events, but being in the pool with our squeaky toys made up for this. I'm very thankful to the EF staff and hotel management for giving us some extra time to fill the pool with inflatables again.
Did anyone notice the joke they made about this in the pawpet show?

And then we had the official event with our inflatables on Saturday. I'd never expected such a great response for that. So many visitors, and everyone was happy and interested. Not to mention the many, many fursuiters who came by and posed for photos.

- Sorry, but I really can't dancing at all.

- Yes, I drink alc., I could drink Baileys like fruit juice. But I don't smoke, never did and never will.

- Why should you? I have nothing to sell.

- Sure thing. This wolf might be a bit shy but he's a nice guy to hang out (at least I hope so).

- I always wear a t shirt with ZigZag, Sheila Vixen or other E.W. Schwartz pics on it, should be easy to spot. At the pool, I'm one of the guys with the inflatable toys.

- Maybe? I usually go together with some friends, so we could arrange something.

Are you buying art?
- Depends on how much money I'll have then. Gonna get some bottles of the fancy liquor for sure.

What do I have to watch out for, when I am meeting you?
- Uh, nothing special I think.

- Well, that's the most difficult thing at a con. I can give you my phone number, but you might also have to check the pool area (mobile phones don't like water, ya know).

Last weekend, me and  tobiwan visited a friend. On Saturday, we all went to the public pool in Oschatz. It's a nice, big swim hall and the best thing is, that they allow to bring even big inflatables.
When we entered the pool area with Tobi's 15ft tiger, you could hear the kid's jaws dropping to the floor.
During the day, lots of kids asked for a ride on our toys and they had so much fun. Even older adults asked to borrow a toy.
I was really surprised how good the 15ft tiger is rideable in the pool. You can lie on his back and relax without risking to fall off, at least as long as no one pushes you.

Now I can't wait for EF to go to a pool again with some toys.
