BroodSlugs and Sleggs.
Posted 2 years agoThe Broodslug species seemed to pop up out of nowhere in the world of G-Milk in more ways than one. The form has a host of sub-species including: Broodslug Critters, Broodslug Hosts, True Broodslugs, and a visually similar but genetically distinct group classified as Modslugs.
Broodslug Critters, also know as Sleggs (Large arm-sized feral Slugs), manifested practically overnight, without warning and began transforming people into "Broodslug Hosts". Sleggs attach themselves to a host's body in one way or another, fusing themselves to the host's appendages (Often the genitalia), or the host's insides. The first cases exhibited either grossly distended bellies, or Slegg-fused genitalia or appendages, as a result of the the merging.
The Infected would seemingly forget the sudden insertion of the critter, or other physical discomforts, due to a secretion the Slegg would pump out which put the host into a "Mind Fog." This deeply hallucinogenic state was akin to an augmented reality that would temporarily incapacitate the host, in an almost lucid dream mixed with their immediate surroundings. The host would unknowingly begin transformation into the species in this very "high" state of mind, significantly increasing the hosts libido as an extra means to distract them during their 'trip'. The host would begin to gestate and lay Slegg eggs within a matter of hours from the initial merging. This would often coincide with their euphoric high wearing off.
The Slegg is a complex critter that differs from most Critters born from G-Milk. Sleggs appear to have photographic memories and will retain information obtained in their larval stage, though their larval forms don't have the brain compacity to process this stored information. So far, they are the only Critter that seems to have the potential to gain higher levels of sentience with use of pre-sapience memories.
Additionally, It's incredibly rare, but older Sleggs may pupate and turn into a "True Broodslug." It's unknown as to what exactly causes a Slegg to "want" to pupate or what conditions are necessary, and has yet to be replicated outside of the wild. True Broodslugs lack the resources to navigate society, and may turn to an tribal like life if left unchecked. G-Milk has often taken to providing consolation to these True Broodslugs in a similar way to how they handle Dummy Clones turned Sentient.
During a Broodslug Host merge, the host may retain information and experiences of an older Sleggs's life, gaining the memories of the Slegg. This may explain why some Broodslug hosts don't notice an immediate change in their bodies, physical changes are accompanied by an alteration of their self image. In some cases, external sources are required for the Host to recognize a change. Such as someone pointing it out to them, or seeing old photos of themselves. If this occurs, the relationship between a host and the Slegg may become symbiotic in nature, and the host may decline separation treatment.
G-Milk and Government mandates anyone who wishes to stay in their Broodslug Host form must have their ability to gestate more Slegg Eggs removed to prevent further spread of Sleggs.
Slegg Critters are quite tame and docile in nature. There are only two times during the year where they become active and purposely attempt to create Broodslug Hosts. This makes it much easier for citizens to avoid them and for Mute-G's to contain them. To further quell the spread, G-Milk has created what effectively amounts to a Slegg-repellent which nullifies the hormones/ pheromones Sleggs search for when choosing potential hosts. It's in a fine granular form and can be spread about the garden, and be used as a body moisturizer. It has a faint rosemary scent.
The related ModSlug trend coincided during the initial Slegg outbreak, and should be mentioned. For whatever reason, the Broodslug 'figure' became a popular form within the modeling community, spearheaded by a popular G-Milk model and artist by the name of "Limuta" Aka: "Lima." People began modifying their bodies with G-Milk to take on similar looks and Traits of BroodSlugs, and began referring to themselves as "ModSlugs." This fashion trend made it incredibly difficult to stop the outbreak of Sleggs. Mute-G's would have a hard time distinguishing ModSlugs, and Broodslug Hosts.
Today, the form has become available for purchase as a G-Milk formula, providing a neutered, non-contagious version of Broodslug Host features. It is similar to other Critter transformation formulas provided by G-Milk, and made available to dissuade people from purposely infecting themselves with the Slegg critters to gain the form.
Thankfully, the Broodslug mutation outbreak wouldn't come close to the severity of the Drider outbreak. The high majority of those infected would come out of their haze within three hours, with no desire to actively - or unknowingly - infect others. The mutation was carried purely though the Slegg critters.

Now as a heads up, the spoken content is something that would normally go onto my ALT account (Fart/Scat ALT stuff,) but the actual sketch images that will be posted here don't include/show any of that. It's only discussed in the information. Posting/ Hosting the YCH on my main mostly because I want to get this out there!~ ;D

How will this work? And how will this effect the adoptable?
- I'll be collecting some of your AI inputs, and using them to create simple generated images using NOVEL AI.
- The created AI characters/images will ONLY serve as inspiration for the character that I draw. (Think of it as a base reference, like in the Loona Adoptable: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/52045851/ .)
- Another poll will go up later with some of the generated images. Users can vote on their favorites, and how they want to see the character changed (Influence amount, Hybrid, Body Type, Coloring, Etc.) This will further be narrowed down later on the Patreon Poll.
- You may type out your own input in the link, OR generate your own image and submit/link it.
- I will draw the resulting adoptable in my own style using the AI image as a reference ONLY. The AI image will not be traced, copied, or passed off as my own work, and the AI image is not indicative of what the final picture may look like.

Posted 3 years agoHiyah! I have some plans to update my Patreon in a month or two, and have been considering doing "monthly adoptables" and tying my patreon to them? Overall, this will guarantee a new adoptable each month.
My question for you guys:
What kind of special benefits would you want out of my adoptables?
I plan on selling this teir at around $10-15.
Here are some general ideas I have, as well. Feel free to let me know your thoughts on them: ( Won't know if you do/don't like something if you don't tell me XD )
1) Receive benefits of "Big tips" tier.
2) Patreon users may make a suggestion for the character, one idea will be chosen randomly to be added to the character.
3) There will be a first vote open to the public. A second vote will be created to narrow down aspects/assets of the character, based on the first vote's results. Only Patreons in this tier will be able to access the second vote.
4) I may add extra vote material like things that will effect the character's story. (Open to more exclusive voteable items if anyone has ideas?)
5) Three (reasonable) edits may be made for free to Patreons of this tier who buy an adoptable
Maybe: (really need input on these)
6) Mayyybe a discount for who Patreons who bid/buy the character? (Since the tier will cost 10-15$ to enter maybe a 10 to 20% discount?)

Here is what has already been chosen:
- Will have both Dick and Pussy.
- Will Be Curvy/ Feminine, with wide hips.

- Monsterfication was a high vote in kinks, and some other kinks help lend to it. A lot of you also chose a high-level of kinky-ness, in general. (most votes at lv 14, but many votes at 15 and above, too.)
In terms of story/design, I'm going to lean towards a post merge/tf incident that leads to a more monster-like design. But just incase I include a vote for just how monster-y the character is in form.
- Many of you also wanted merging to be included, so I want to know what you want the character to be merged with.
- You may make a suggestion for the character, I might randomly choose one of your suggestions to add to the character.

In terms of story/design, I'm going to lean towards a post merge/tf incident that leads to a more monster-like design. But just incase I include a vote for just how monster-y the character is in form.
- Many of you also wanted merging to be included, so I want to know what you want the character to be merged with.
- You may make a suggestion for the character, I might randomly choose one of your suggestions to add to the character.
- Instead of going with "Kaiju" height, I'm going more for the design asthetic.

November 2022 - Updates
Posted 3 years agoHeyah! Wanted to give a life-stuff update.
Unfortunately, I'm still not opening for list-style commissions yet, and I still don't have an official time as to when they will be open. For the time being, I'm still going to be working with my limited projects. On the good side of things, my arm has been much better than it was earlier this year. However, I feel like my progress is starting to stagnate a bit. I had to drop out of OT ( Occupational Therapy ) , so most of the progress made has been on my own now. My arm still flares up time to time, and doesn't allow me to take on full work-loads like I used to. I may have another update on that in a few weeks, depending on how life/ future-planning goes.
Thankfully I haven't let this affect my artwork! Infact, I've been quite proud of a lot of the work I've been doing recently, and practicing when I can~ :3
In the meantime, I'd like to point out some artists who are generally open for commissions, and do some amazing work! If you like my content, you should definitely check out their profiles, maybe consider sending your commission interests their way!~ ;D
