Posted a week agoLet's open another round of size lottery, because these are fun to do, and because I had a few expenses last month that left me a little poorer than usual.
For the newcomers : size lottery commissions are special commissions where all you do is give me one or more characters, then a new size is given to them through RNG and I'll draw something out of it.
You cannot choose the size and tell me what to draw (besides the character of course), so only apply if you wanna be surprised and if you're willing to give me full artistic freedom over your commission.
Here are the sizes your character can end up with :
Literal micro - The smallest size. Bacteria sized and anything below
Call an exterminator - Bug sized. Tiny enough to be barely noticeable
Of mice and men - Mouse sized. Quite small but still somewhat able to interact with things and people
Half-assed - Half the size of an average human
Twice the power - Twice the size of an everage human
House flipper - Big enough to destroy houses and easily stomp people
Skyscrapper scrapper - Big enough to level buildings and rampage like a kaiju
On the city - Big enough to level a metropolis in seconds
Mr. Worldwide - Earth sized, crushing countries whole like they're nothing
Cosmic dancer - Anything from dwarfing Earth to dwarfing the Universe

Draxx vs. the World continues !
Posted 5 months agoI'm making this journal to reassure those who enjoy this project as much as I do and have noticed the pace getting slower.
My original plan was to have a story contained within Macro March, like Edwige's growth drive last year, but with March coming to an end, the scale of the whole thing, the commissions I have to finish and the simple fact that I want to draw other stuff, it clearly won't be possible.
This is why I'll continue the project at a slower pace and with no set deadline. That way I'll have time to work on other stuff pressure-free. I aim to have one page done weekly. The next one is already sketched out and shouldn't take long. It'll still be interactive so make sure to follow the story closely.

Posted 7 months agoFelt like doing another round of those. I think it's fun. For those who don't know about it, chaos commissions are like regular commissions, but a random effect will be added to the artwork, pretty much like those video game chaos mods.
Here's the list of effects :
Zombie characters - Your characters will look like zombies (they won't behave as such though)
Explosion in the background - Pretty self-explanatory
Gender swap - Males become females, females become male
Random clothes - Characters will wear fully different outfits. Naked characters will be given random outfits aswell
Underwater - Also pretty self-explanatory
Ancel squats the commission - I promise he'll behave
Bunny transformation - All characters will be drawn as bunnies
Size lottery'd - A size lottery spin will be applied (i.e : a random size for your characters, from bug sized to cosmic giant)
Missing model - The infamous ERROR model will replace a random object in your commission
A character is T-posing - A single character will do the T-pose. The rest won't be affected
Glabouni - A character will say the word "glabouni"
Author's note - I'll show up on the artwork and make remarks about it
Random language - Characters will speak in a language other than English. If the artwork has no dialogue, some will be added
Naturally, just like other commissions of this kind, you won't be told what effect your commission will get and you will only find out once it's finished, therefore you should only apply if you're ok with your commission having an unpredicted twist to it. Posted 11 months agoBOO! It's that time of the year again. I'll spend the next month drawing nothing but spooky characters before reuniting them all in the end. Various things are slowing me down on art these days so it might turn into another Spookvember situation, not that I think anyone cares much.
For the newcomers, Spooktober commissions are as follows : single character only, no background, must be horror/spooky/monster/gore themed. You'll be given an individual image of your character, but I'll also add it to a large collective image at the end of the event.

This is why I thought of doing a round mystery slots ! Been a while since I've made those.
For the newcomers, mystery slots are basically the hardcore version of 3-word commissions. In this case, they're 0-word commissions. You simply claim a slot, pay me, and I'll draw you something. Don't worry, I'll make sure to draw something that fits your likings.
As usual with these kind of commissions, only apply if you're willing to give me full artistic freedom. No backsies !

Posted a year agoWith my commission queue clear, time for a little break, and by break I mean more drawing ! Just under different circumstances.
To the newcomers : this is like an AMA, except you ask your questions directly to my characters instead of me. The questions that interest me the most will be answered through a funny drawing.
If I don't draw a response to your questions, I'll at least answer them by replying to your comments like a classic AMA. If I don't respond to your questions, this either means I'm preparing a drawn response, or I simply don't have an answer to give you. Be patient.
That being said, as long as this journal remains the most recently posted, ask away. Remember these rules :
-Ask your questions by commenting on this journal and nowhere else.
-Make sure the character you're adressing is mine. About half my gallery is commissions involving characters I don't own.

I'm still a proud resistance fighter against the Christmas annexation of November though, even if it's pretty much a lost cause.
This is why we're doing overtime like last year. I'm opening "you and me" themed commissions again. This means the following rules must apply :
-The commission must be horror/spooky/halloween related
-It must feature at least one character of mine. (it can be something with your characters interacting with them or something with just my characters)
-3 characters max

This idea is inspired by the many chaos mods you may have seen for various video games. Basically, I made a list of random "modifiers" that will apply to your commission through RNG. Here are the modifiers we'll start with :

Posted 2 years agoIt's pretty fucking hot where I live right now and it's sort of hindering my capacity to draw for long periods of time. Having a display tablet doesn't help. These things get warm, you know.
I still ultimately want to draw, and I want your monies, so I'm opening slots for sketch commissions until things cool off. As usual, comment on this journal with all info and refs needed to claim a slot.

Ask my characters anything ! [ROUND 13]
Posted 2 years agoI'm feeling like doing another round but let's not beat around the bush : most questions you guys ask end up unanswered because it'd take too much time to draw a response to all of them.
Unfortunately, I can't tell if this'll ever change. Drawing takes more and more of my time, even if it's those quick doodles, BUT I think the "answer" part can at least be adressed.
From now on, if I don't draw a response to your questions, I'll at least answer them by replying to your comment like a classic AMA. That way you won't feel like talking to a wall anymore. If I don't answer one of your question in the comments, this either means I'm preparing a drawn response, or I simply don't have an answer to give you.
That being said, as long as this journal remains the most recently posted, ask away. Remember these rules :
-Ask your questions by commenting on this journal and nowhere else.
-Make sure the character you're adressing is mine. About half my gallery is commissions involving characters I don't own.
-You can ask multiple questions. Just condensate them all in a single comment please. Take your time, this ain't first come first serve.
-No kinky questions. Asking stuff like "can Kuru sit on my face" or "can I lick Haruka's feet" is a good way to get ignored or even blocked.
-Meta questions are likely to be left unanswered. In-universe questions are most encouraged.
-Nekkid won't answer any question regarding his mask.
-Don't expect super detailed response artworks. These are just little visual responses for fun. I won't spend hours drawing them.

Size lottery commissions closed !

For the newcomers : size lottery commissions are special commissions where all you do is give me one or more characters, then a new size is given to them through RNG and I'll draw something out of it.
You cannot choose the size and tell me what to draw (besides the character of course), so only apply if you wanna be surprised and if you're willing to give me full artistic freedom over your commission.
Here are the sizes your character can end up with :
Literal micro - The smallest size. Bacteria sized and anything below
Call an exterminator - Bug sized. Tiny enough to be barely noticeable
Of mice and men - Mouse sized. Quite small but still somewhat able to interact with things and people
Half-assed - Half the size of an average human
Twice the power - Twice the size of an everage human
House flipper - Big enough to destroy houses and easily stomp people
Skyscrapper scrapper - Big enough to level buildings and rampage like a kaiju
On the city - Cities can be flattened in a few steps
Mr. Worldwide - Earth sized, crushing countries whole like they're nothing
Cosmic dancer - Anything from dwarfing Earth to dwarfing the Universe
