Ive SERIOUSLY been slacking on getting this account...pretty much destroyed, I still haven't carried over my watch list, and more and more...Im starting to think whats the point hahaha, Im always discovering more people, and a good chink of these old watchers have gone inactive. Both consoles JUST came the fuck out, and there are great games (Hopefully) being developed.
You should have thought about the wait time for games before you bought the console if you knew you couldnt wait.

But no, me personally, I was expecting a little...something. IDK, there is just SOMETHING I look for in every movie to make it that AWESOME movie Ill love and Tell myself I buy the DVD for, but I never will.....This movie didnt have that...SOMETHING.

Now before you start thinking Im the one guy who didnt Splooge about Rocket like the movie, the movie was still great. Totally ignoring Rocket; because he is obviously a giant highlight, I liked everyone; especially Groot, Drax, Yondu and Nebula. I honesty liked their characters more then Rocket

Im not going to spoil anything about the movie, but I feel like its pacing...was maybe a little too quick in some areas...course what COULD they do in some of those time frames. The music was a little off putting in a few scenes, and it has a few cliches and bad lines.
The movie also looked like it ripped a couple things from star wars (Well, just 1 costume, and 1 scene I swear I saw vader and the Emperor)

But all of these personal gripes, the movie was alot of fun, it had alot of great humor, had great action, of course Rocket was beautifully animated (Well with a few shading and lighting hiccups I noticed), Yondu's actor took me the longest time to remember, Christ Prat was great, & Dave Bastista for me is the highlight, because I just did not expect him to be a good or even decent actor.

Overall...I give it 7.5/10
Great Movie, just....didnt have a few things I loved that the other Marvel movies had.
Captain America - The Winter Solider is my #1

It literally only took a few hours, and FA is back up
Whatever happened, makes all the little crybabies look stupid about another "Migration"

Yeah, I watch 7.3 Thousand People here on FA.
My Inbox CONSTANTLY updates, so I always have something new to look at.
Between Drama Bombs, Weird topics, Hate and Sad Journals I get lots of People I could Commission, and just s much I could possibly win free art from, as well as humorous and enlightening journals.
And I love art - I get shit tons a day to look at.
Everybody I watch has something I like from them, and I like to see more from them.

So really, its all a Win-Win. Only issue is that I do miss things with the huge influxes.
In that regard, occasionally people sound a little turned off or disappointed that I watch so many people. A few thought I was a Watch Bot, or one of those few people that look shady and are "experimenting" on them.
No idea why....I mean there is clear as day activity on my profile, so Ive proven Im a genuine User.

Im not buying commissions for a while (Depending) because its time to Throw My Gaming life a Phoenix Down and get ready to waste my life on my old Gaming Addiction.

This is becoming more and more of a thing apparently.
Ever since someone shared a video from Tumblr about it, its starting to spread around, or people start going to artists pages to tell them they need to charge more for their work....

Frankly......I think its silly.
Dont get me wrong, artists defiantly feel deserve every penny they get so long as they put the honest work into their product. I love and support art of all mediums.
But, the artist themselves also set their own rules, they are Freelancers, and pretty much run their own business. How can they really "undersell" themselves if they are the ones that set up their prices?

From what Ive seen, this is mostly targeted to those that make bargain deals compared to AAA artists who charge $100+. Its said that they are "Letting themselves being taken advantage of"
Well....Im sorry, but aren't bargains suppose to be taken advantage of?

And its becoming frowned upon if an artist takes on more then 3-5 pieces of work to meet a goal to live on, because they are "Shooting themselves in the foot, taking on more work then they should because they are underselling themselves"
Well what about those that have jobs outside of this or are hobbyists and are just making extra pocket change? Do they still need to charge $80-$100 or art to work by some standard?

It does personally urk me that a few artists that were doing fine with their systems hve been pushed into charging double or more for their art because of this Tumblr video. Sure, a few of them are still getting work, while others suffered as much as the artists that left FA over the Zaush Exodus.
Because, to me, the artist let someone else tell them what to do instead of them deciding to charge more because they NEED to. That I can respect, or changing currencies because of the country you live in. Both are reasonable, but charging more because someone told you to, I can't respect that.

And lastly, look at the times we are in.
Not everybody has that kind of money to just spend on $100+ of art.
Select people seem to have Deep Pockets and can afford these prices frequently, but alot can't.
So, unless these "Deep Pockets" are gonna be the ones to keep you afloat.
I think your doing yourself more harm by Charging more. (Depending of course)

Alright, ive wanted to say something about it for a while.
I know the shit I talk about can be unimportant or dumb and I make shitty arguments, but just wanted to share.

So Im not sitting here getting all hopeful that I can get something nice for a price around my budget. Or at the very least, I at least like to know what Im getting and for what price. A bloody warning you charge extra for a Sword or just one article of clothing would be nice to...

And before you throw PWYW (Pay-What-You-Want) jargon at me, let me counter with, ID STILL LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. A tier system if you will...
If I pay THIS much I can expect this, if I go this high, or this low, I can look foreword to this and that.

I pay $30 just a shot in the dark, I get a Headshot sketch.
I wasnt even given an option, just pay what you want and Ill make something nice...I pay $30 for a (Not even detailed) headshot.

If your online at the end of the episode, there is a percentage counter of how many people around the world made the same, or different choices then you in that episode.

Its quite interesting that I made a few choices that others didnt.
I was part of a 37% that didn't help kill someone in an episode

So, we pay your rates to have our ideas drawn with our characters. Even if 100% of it all is from us, we the commissioners have NO rights to the image?
I completely understand that we can't sell or make money off of something we didnt draw, or change the image. But we can't color sketches or linearts or post it in our galleries WITH credit?

Im a little loss with this.....
How is something we PAID for not ours in ANY way?
And reposting it in our Galleries..WITH credit....isnt this free promotion desired?
If people know who drew the image and its posted by the commissioner and it draws extra attention to you.....isn't it counter productive to prohibit reposting by the commissioner?
If your really afraid of nobody knowing where the art came from, and theft, make it a habit to attach a Link back to your gallery. Include your name/username.
Some artists have even smartly painted in Watermarks so they can't be removed without ruining the image.
