So i began my career as a full time EMT over a year ago and a LOT has changed!

We bought a house!
Im now on a 24 hour truck.
My queue has gone from nearly 70 to now SINGLE DIGITS!

Changed careers- I'm now an EMT full time!

I am still around, I am just extremely busy working 50+ hour work weeks now :D

What's been good with you all?

Well, it finally happened!  Littlebluewolfleo & I got our 1st home- https://twitter.com/WinterSnoWolf/s.....478080/photo/1 We are currently in the process still in moving everything on over. In the mean time, I acquired a job as an EMS provider! lll be working in the city of Charlottesville, VA beginning on Sunday. 3-4 13 hour shifts every week with 1 mandatory weekend day.

With that being said, Ill be halting all commission forms on Friday. And keeping them closed until my queue reaches 0 again. I plan to have everything done by the end of the year so I can re-open once a week for a short week long turn around time and only take things in small batches as I know I have time to work on art inbetween my new job.

I want to thank everyone over the years for supporting my art <3 I love to draw, and taking this new step in a direction of public safety service is new and exciting for me. I have really felt a change in myself with moving more, helping those who need it most, and giving back. Im excited to crank out more art over the rest of the year and then re open for a much faster turn around time and cater to those who havent had the chance to get art from me before <3

Hey all! Little ol me here.

Just wanted to update everyone and say hi! Im very busy with artwork I owe, being enrolled in the current Firefighter II course & preparing mentally for upcoming surgery on Sept 30th. Very routine operation: Bilateral tonsillectomy.

Id appreciate everyone patience in the next upcoming month or so. The last 6 months have been pretty painful when it comes to eating, breathing, anything. I choke easy with everything I eat, and waking up dry heaving every morning the last month has been misery. I am looking forward to this year long struggle with "wtf is wrong with me" and why I have been having a lot of issues.

If you haven't noticed, I've began migrating art from my now old commission account to here. As I move things, Ill link back to the original posts, and disable comments on the older posts followed up with a notification that the pieces have now moved. Feel free to delete these from your notifications! I wont mind XD

It's taking some courage to actually even look at my early beginnings much less post them. I want to thank those who not only view my early commissions, but those who actually believed in me all the way back then to entrust me with their money and characters to draw. Been very weird seeing my old pieces and then shoving them in my gallery here! But I am doing it in batches as to not flood too much ^^;;

I intend to hold off on posting anything new for now, Ill still email those who are on my current queue when I finish their pieces :) I'm having some personal pains (migraines and back) that have left me a bit uneasy to work much. So maybe the timing for these folders and me revisiting past work is the right time for me. Taursday a week pieces I still intend to deliver on time as its a necessity for my book at years end.

So, what do you guys love about the fall time of year?

Got the word yesterday via online: I passed my written exam portion of my Firefighter I :)

Already knew I passed the practical testing (we found that out as we did it that day) so Im now certified in the state of Virginia. Just doing the last small 'after course' of Hazmat Ops and then Ill be done.

Ive been working hard at my training reading my book, running calls, watcing informative videos etc ever since I enrolled back in October last year. Its been a grueling and very challenging last 6+ months but Im here, I did it. I couldnt have done it without my awesome support system containing my bf Leo, my brothers & sisters on my department, my abroad brothers & sisters first responders all over the world and you. Yes the furry community who on may occasions helped support my endeavors whether you commissioned me to keep my livelihood afloat, or offered your words of encouragement & wisdom, or just watch my art and fave once in a blue moon.

Im bad with words, I just like to draw, so thank you all :) I mean it

MOVING::
YES! I, AM, MOVING! The date is all set to go move in and live with my better half of 3 years  littlebluewolfleo I am so excited I cannot tell you how stoked I am! Once the holidays cool down, on January 2nd it will be GAME ON for job hunting! As far as the move goes, most of my stuff has been trickling down there all this year. I have 2 more trips down this Friday (back on Sunday) and then the final haul of travel will be done on Saturday Dec 22. Luckily I dont have to really unpack as most of my stuff is already either un-packed, or doesnt need to come out of its storage bins (fursuiting crafting supplies).


EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! So yes, I am pretty excited :)

RANDOM::
Umm so yeah, with moving on the 22nd, birthdays (there's like 5 of them in the past few weeks) travel, my teeth & business its been one busy month!
I just have fair share of packing and I just finished up over $3k and 2 years worth of dental treatment today.

I got:
all 4 wisdom teeth out (one at a time)
a root canal surgery
over 10 fillings (some done twice in this year)
and a very extensive deep cleaning

All that took well over a few dozen visits spanned out over the past couple of years. But after a decade of smoking, and a few years of neglect, I was well over due. And an now happy to be restored and ready to pursue a much healthier oral health lifestyle!

Fear not, I have every intention and plans to get to peoples work. A lot of the current pending projects are adult material and when I'm at home, I cant always work on it. I live with family so I think that in itself explains it. I have plans to finish Cupcakes, Selken & Kempers pieces this week. And at the very least Ink pettypaws & Nanooks pieces along with all the sketchy PWYW pieces. Finishing everyone up no later than Christmas.
