What IS Growth-Of-The-Week?

Basically, each week we give a new artist recognition for their 'growth-related' works; shining a spotlight on the already established, and encouraging young and developing artists by getting your names out there!

Why do we feature you?
We're fans, for one. Also, it ends up helping artists gain views, new watchers, favorites, and commissions by people who might not have even known about them! Consider it a community service, if you will; encouraging interaction and traffic in regards to 'growth' related subject matter.

Who's 'in charge' here?
We rotate updating 'Growth Of The Week' between the three of us.
Week 1 of the month is handled by
Week 2 of the month is handled by Luther,
Week 3 of the month is handled by Tyrnn,
Week 4 of the month is handled by Luther & includes the 'Growth Story' of the month.

Contests, Events, Kiribans, etc., -any/all site changes- will be voted on by the trio before implementation.

What if I have a complaint/suggestion/question?
Notes should be directed to the group, so please refrain from addressing any individual administrator - whomever catches a note will answer and sign the reply; any 'important' matters being brought to the other's attention.
