Dear FA User;

I'm sorry that your submission was removed. Believe me when I say that I would rather remove no submissions at all. However, FA has rules for what can and can't be uploaded, and it's my duty to remove any submission that I believe does not follow those rules. I have nothing personal against you or the subject or your submission.

If you are confused about why the submission was removed, or if you feel that your submission didn't I would be happy to take some time to discuss it with you. I have no problem with talking over the issue with you. I'd prefer that you understand what happened rather than remain confused and make the same mistake again.

But please, don't send me PMs telling me that I'm an asshole, a prick, or whatever word you might use. Don't assume that I hate you, and that I'm out to get you banned from the site. I'm not sitting behind the computer laughing while deleting your submissions. I'm not bragging to other users or admins about how many submissions I removed today.

I'm just one of the volunteers who's trying to keep up with the 50 or so tickets that get put in each day. I don't want to cause trouble, I don't want to pick fights, I don't want to mane enemies. I want to make the site run as smoothly as possible, without angering anyone in the process.

So please, before sending me an angry PM or making an angry journal, remember that I'm only doing what I think is best for the site, and would be happy to constructively discuss the issue with you. Do this, and it will be better for the both of us.
