My dog that lives with my dad is highly neglected and not looked after. I was recently there and being petted for the first time in a long time, I discovered a tumor.

After being brought to the vets, we discovered it was cancerous and would cost 7000$ dollars to remove with surgery, meds, overnight fees, and anything else that comes up.

Being 17, I dont have much money but the money I do have is being given up to save the dog. My sister gave up her 350$ trip, Im giving up my 200$ contest, and my stepmom is moving away to work and cover bills. So, I cant afford this anymore.
