Commenting (trolling/what-have-you) on a journal by that Cigar smoking Skunk feller who's a little over six years older than I (yeouch), I finally managed to get a response.

To be honest, I was amused. The type of response was fairly on par with what I was expecting, but it's the style in which it was delivered that seemed most interesting. I won't go into it any further than that.

In other news.

The buddies almost have their trucks in semi-working order. One friend's Jeep is now sitting on its frame, and it's quite a beauty. 52" tires, and it's still got a 13" lift to go from there. You'll pretty much need a pull-down ladder to climb in. Mud boggin, you know. Another friend is piecing together axles for his old S-10 Blazer he bought before we deployed as his project truck, and another one is going to be upgrading all his axles in his Suburban. Good times. :)

As for me, I'm still unsure what I'm going to do as far as all that riff-raff's concerned. Probably get me a truck for mud-type fun later down the road, but for now I'll just cruise with what I've got. :D The wife's been using the hell out of the F-150 we purchased from her grandmother, but that's fine by me. Country girls belong in trucks, and are probably the only ones that should be allowed to drive them. :P
