Useless Journal Entry 001
This is about me.
I’m about 99% vegan.
I did the master cleanse in December of last year because I was starting to eat huge amounts of food (namely bread stuffs) uselessly and found it hard not to do so during the day. I only went for 9 days because I ran out of maple syrup and the grade I bought thereafter… I don’t really know how to explain it but I didn’t feel confident it would be good enough to carry me for one more day. Regardless, after the cleanse I just suddenly stopped eating meat. And gluten. And separated sugar. And eggs. AND dairy. I guess it was easy since about 80% of my food consumption was organic to begin with.
I find my cooking skills have improved.
That is all.
