TOS
-Unless commissioning a new design, you must have a reference sheet. Reference sheet must be SFW. I will not take descriptions of OCs.
-Please do not use too much slang talk. I like to keep a slight professional vibe. Please do not RP with me.
-Any ill behavior, complaining about prices or work, or comparing artwork can result in termination of the commission.
-I reserve the right to cancel and refund commissions.
-If you have a specific style in mind, please show me the artwork that displays what you want. (Obviously it must be an artwork from my gallery. Do not show me someone else's artwork and demand I copy their style.)
-You can repost it on social media! Please tag me in it! My @ is usually fangs211.
-You can claim rights to the OC (obviously) but not to the artwork.
-You can NOT edit digital art pieces, without permission.
Small edits are fine with permission. Adding NSFW bits or heavily altering is not permitted.
-You can NOT profit off of the artpiece without my permission. That means no printing it on a button or a t-shirt and selling it. You CAN have the art piece duplicated for personal, non-monetary reasons. (For example, printing it for a badge, having it on a button, framing it as a gift to friend/SO.)
-In return, I will not directly profit off the artpiece of your character by using it in pins/buttons/t-shirts/ect for sale. However, I reserve the right of using it as sample display art on my social media/business cards/ect.

-For craft commissions, I reserve the right to extend due dates. I will work my best at completing it in a timely manner for you but my own personal life, health, and especially education comes first.
-For more expensive commissions (especially the one involving craft work + shipping), I may require an email sent between our paypal emails to confirm the details of your commission.
-You can NOT resell plushies/suits for more than what you've paid unless you have other artwork/crafts of that specific character and are selling the character as a package.

If you charge a chargeback on me for what ever reason, you have cancelled your agreement to the TOS and I reserve the right to use your artwork in anyway I want. You may also see a call out post. If you are unsatisfied with your art piece or your craft has ripped, please contact me and I will work with you. Please do not jump straight to chargeback.

Please please please! Let me know if you would like edits/alterations during the WIP process of your traditional/digital artpiece. I will gladly edit whatever you think is wrong, as long as it is within the commission's details. If you come back months later to complain, I cannot help you.
