Suicidal Awareness (please read)

As you may all know on the 12th of August one of the most wonderful and generous souls in Hollywood history had taken his own life and his left the world in complete and utter shock. 

      None of then the legendary Robin Williams.





        

Many probably cannot comprehend how one whom lacked such selfishness and committed so many good deeds could comprehend this action. But we all must be aware that there are many individuals in the world whom suffer suicidal tendencies and feel isolated and alone. Some will even put on a face and try to hide these problems from those around them







 I feel it's my responsibility with this group that I stress that if you do feel isolated, if you do feel in a dark place, if you do feel helpless then please do not keep these feelings to yourself. Please console in someone. Speak out, cry out do what you must to reach out to another human being for help, it's not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of strength to admit you are facing these problems. 





     

 You are not alone. There are others like you and people who love you, people you may not even know wish to help you. All it takes is a few easy steps to gain help and trust me the world will be a better place if you seek it. If you are facing any of these problems please speak to the following organisations.
