Never forget where you came from

Soo apparently I was doing too much with my back.. I found out the next day my lower right side of my back was in dire pain from laying down or sitting in certain positions.. I also found it hard to sleep applying pressure to it while i toss and turn at night.. I was wondering if there were anyway to speed up recovery of a pulled or strained muscle cause it really hurts.. Other than that yes i've kept my promise i'm still drawing i'm just not ready to show anything yet! Also might be moving back to Sacramento for school and work since theres nothing for me and my mate here in Fairfield.. What about the rest of you?
