Lady furs is a group for women who are furries. We welcome welcome from all backgrounds, orientation, ages, lifestyles, or creeds.
The purpose of the group is to give women a safe space to discuss experiences, share stories, network, support each other, make arrangements to meet-up at meets or cons.
We often set up trades, share favourite online stores, play silly games, etc...
We discuss female issues such as health, sex, sexual harassment, and other things that we as women experience regularly. We exist purely to allow women to network with each other, have each others backs, and to support one another.
We understand that some may take exception to this group existing but we believe there is a need and want for a women's group to exist based on feedback and experience at other types of conventions around the world.
Any questions you may have regarding why this group exists, or joining can be sent via a note and we will happily answer. We may use your questions to generate a FAQ down the line.

Q: Can I draw your mascot? A: Yes you can - we welcome non-sexual fan art of our mascot showing her with various body types, hair styles, and clothing to represent all different kinds of women. All we ask is that you note us so we know you've drawn an image so we can post a copy of it ourselves abd that you link the group in the description of your image.
