It seems I have recently had my paypal account hacked. Paypal has reversed the amount that was transferred to some guy I don't know without my sayso, but now my account is frozen. I can't do anything with it until I verify a credit card that I don't have.

Anyone I have asked to commission, I'm sorry, but until I get this fixed (which seems unlikely for now) I won't be able to commission you. Paypal has a notorious reputation when it comes to giving people back their money.

Until this is resolved, please don't send me any money either - you'll only be giving it to paypal.
