Terms and Conditions


General

All commissioners agree that everything created in a commission from  mogmoogle remains the intellectual property of the author. Any characters, uniquely created, plots, settings and/or any idea not uniquely your own. All characters created by the commissioner remain the intellectual property of the commissioner, but in purchasing a commission you agree that the author has the right to post, repost or publish the commission as he sees fit and you do not retain the rights to royalties or compensation from any profit gained from the publication of the commission. As a courtesy, the author will inform you of where the story will be posted and will discuss any concerns you may have with a particular forum for the posting of the commission, but the commissioner understand that as stated above, the determination of where, when and how the commission is distributed is entirely at the will of the author.

(That being said, I'm not a dick, if you have concerns feel free to voice them. It's a courtesy that I will extend to you as well.)

The content of the story and the content desired by the commissioner is entirely at the author's discretion. The author reserves the right to refuse to preform the service for any reason.

(This is also a courtesy. If I feel I cannot provide you with a good product because of my lack of interest in the topic, I will let you know so that I don't waste your time or money.)

Won't do:
Hard rape. Rape in context of advancing plot is subject to approval or disapproval at sole discretion of the author.

Pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars. All commissions will cost $10 for the first 500 words, (about one page,) with additional pages at $5 per. Commissions shorter than than five hundred words, (Poems, Character descriptions, et cetera,) will be held to a minimum price of $5 regardless of length. Payment will be due upon commission of the piece, unless otherwise stated by the commissionee and agreed upon by the commissioner. Options for making the payment will be discussed via email or instant message.

Editing

After completion of the story and it has been sent commissioner for review, the commissioner will receive one editing pass for revisions. Any live streaming of the story being composed will count as the editing pass. Barring serious error by the author, no other editing passes will be granted without a charge of one cent ($0.01) per word of the total wordcount of the story.

Procedure

If you're interested in purchasing a commission, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions as stated above. Send a request to me via email, (mogmoogle at gmail dot com) or Telegram messenger mogmoogle with your Fur name, your contact info and a brief description of who and what you want in the commission. I will return the message as promptly as possible to set up a discussion via instant message or email where the details can be agreed upon.
